We would like to thank Hamilton Hotel for our Wedding event held onsite.
All our guests were treated with respect, kindness and the greatest customer service we could ever ask for.
The bar staff were absolutely wonderful and provided friendly outstanding customer service.
The food was super fantastic, please personally convey our thanks to your chefs for the amazing buffet and also decorating our wedding cake.
Molly was brilliant and extra perfect, she went above and beyond her call of duties to make our wedding day extra special.
Kylie, we want to thank you so much for your help in coordinating the wedding. Everything went amazingly well that day and we cannot express how appreciative we are for everything that all you guys did for us!
You have a hard job and you do it well! I will be sure to recommend you to others in the future.

We walked in to the Bistro last minute for a few drinks w friends. There didn't seem to be too many spare tables but a very helpful staff member Ben made it work & found us a great table. Really friendly bloke & excellent service. Will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose to dine at Winnie’s, Kitchen & Bar at the Hamilton Hotel for two reasons - it had vegan choices on the menu and its proximity to the airport where I was taking a late evening, international flight. We arrived shortly after 8pm and a nice corner table was cleaned and prepared for us. Drink orders placed at 8:17pm and promptly served while we contemplated the menu (see images). We placed our meal order via the “tap order and pay” app at 8:39pm which was confirmed with a debit of AU$74 to my credit card. All good to go. Or so we thought. 5 minutes later we were approached by a staff member saying they have closed the kitchen and can’t call Phil the order. There was no mention of the immanent kitchen closure at any time including when we sat down and when we our drinks were served. There is no mention of last orders on the menu. There is no mention of last orders on the website. There is no mention of last orders full stop. serve us. We were told there’s absolutely nothing I can do and they can’t service through. At this point it was too late to find another restaurant (the hotel had no recommendation or solution for us) and my farewell dinner occasion was relegated to a Hungry Jack’s 15 minutes away (thank you, Google Maps). 4 stars for atmosphere. 0 stars for food and service. Plenty of room for improvement and I hope to have an opportunity to update this review with a more positive experience sometime in the future.

We came for dinner again tonight, the food was fantastic! Special mention to the restaurant manager Grace and the tall manager Ben found us a table in the packed restaurant. Wonderful service from both!

This place provides excellent service and delivers a good quality pub meal. The steak was cooked perfectly the way i requested. The place was really busy around the Christmas period but the meals still came out in a reasonable amount of time. And the quality of the meal was great. Nice atmosphere.

The place was quiet, operating at about 25% of its capacity, but we still had to wait a while for our overpriced and overcooked steaks. The person taking orders tried to look busy, but was not helpful because we were encouraged to place our orders using an app at the table. No water was offered, no one came to collect plates, and it seemed like the understaffed kitchen staff were the ones actually busy. I'm sure I noticed only one cook and kitchen hand serving 30-40 customers. I understand the Hamilton Hotel is trying to push the boundaries of self-service pub meals, so don't expect much, especially if you're looking for a nice restaurant to take the family out on a weeknight.

The food was good not sure about rooms or stay, the location is good.

Sitting in the steak restaurant and the manager Grace approached us to move tables. I have never met a more polite and professional manager of a hospitality venue. She was a delight. 11/10

Plenty of spots to suit different moods, easy to start in the sports bar for a drink before moving to the restaurant for a sit down meal. Its a large venue that can cater for many people which they do with ease. Food was of a higher quality than expected of a family friendly location.

Our group attended tonight and we are all beyond impressed with the service and professionalism Grace provided.
She made us feel like we were the only people in the busiest place in QLD.
Grace, you truly are amazing and made our experience a very memorable one, thank you so much. If every place had a Grace, google would only have 5 stars.

Nice hotel venue for music gigs. We all went her to see the Fleetwood Mac tribute show. There were a good amount of bar staff, so it was not too long to wait for drinks, and plenty of room inside for dancing.

Myself and two friends were out celebrating my 60th birthday so we dropped into the Hamilton before our show and again after.
Both times we were greeted by Grace who was an absolute delight
Her beautiful personality and wonderful customer service was fantastic.
We will certainly be coming back to the Hamilton. Thanks to Grace.

Just leaving a review to compliment the fantastic customer service provided by Maria Fernanda, a lovely Colombian lady that made sure we had a wonderful dining experience at lunch on Wednesday. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us frequently throughout our meal. Will definitely be recommending the lunch service to all our friends.

I was a patron at hotel on the25/5.Had been to races and we had dinner at hotel.Food was very good. I am a non-drinker only drink zero beers.At approximately 10.15 I was asked to leave the premises. I supposedly had abused the staff.I was Humilated in front of many people. Security had got the wrong person. I am 66 wearing a suit behaving myself. Obviously they had the wrong person. I left the premises. There was no apologies at all.I felt very disappointed with management. NO APOLOGY given. All they had to do was check Security cameras?

I stopped in for a pint and was so surprised my the amazing staff and how friendly they were. Angela and Marianna where some of the nicest person I have met and would come back for they're service. Five stars !!!!

I rarely give 5 stars but Hamilton Hotel events team really came through with the goods on the weekend.
I planned a last minute surprise 21st birthday for my brother and it couldn’t have turned out any better. The customer service was 5 star. The food was amazing. The staff were very helpful and myself, my family and my brother were very satisfied with everything. It was simple but very nice. Just the way we wanted it.
We’ve received some great feedback from some of the guests but I’m sure everyone had a great time.
I want to make a special shout out to Kylie (Events Manager) for being patient with me and making it such a smoothe process considering the last minute notice. Thank you Kylie, to you, your team and the lovely staff who worked that night (Saturday 16/03/24 - Cherrys 21st)
We are very grateful for the service, the hospitality and everything you all did. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

I booked a table for dinner at the Hamilton hotel on the 24th or March for 6.30pm and when arriving was greeted by Ben. He was so polite and attentive and I have not experienced service like this for. Long time. There was a waiter named Grace and she was also lovely and we were never left waiting, as both Ben and her were at pur table regularly which is great service. My girlfriend said that she agreed the service was very, very good.
I watched Ben throughout the night and he was greeting, serving at the bar, waiting tables and the whole time he was very nice to everyone. Very rare in the service industry these days. I assume he is the manager. 5 stars.

I attended the Hamilton Hotel’s Christmas lunch service, and what an amazing experience it was. The food, the service, the setting were all absolutely top notch, I could not fault a single thing the entire day. The food was all delicious and abundant, the staff, despite working on Christmas Day, were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable, especially one of the service team Grace who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless. She cheerfully greeted every table, offered to take group photos, and made sure that every little thing was just perfect.
I was so impressed by the attitude of every member of the staff, and so happy that I skipped the cooking and dishes and chose to let the professionals take care of me and my family this year. The table setting was also gorgeous, there was a bouquet of roses on every table, a Christmas bonbon for each person and even a little name placard for that extra special touch. The staff were kind enough to come up and let us know exactly when each menu item would be available until, ensuring that everyone at the table was able to enjoy the food they wanted to, and no one felt like they had missed out on anything. Also, the buffet was very well set out. Having multiple identical buffet lines allowed for quick and efficient service, and meant that it was so quick and easy to get all that good food on my plate, a drink from the bar, and then back to the table to enjoy the company of my nearest and dearest.
Thank you so much to the whole team at Hamilton hotel, not just for your incredible attention to detail and passion for great service, but also for giving up your own family Christmas lunch and choosing to not only work hard, but do it with a huge smile on every team member’s face. Five stars doesn’t do justice to the dining experience I had today, I can’t wait to return next Christmas for another exceptional time with family and friends.

Highly recommended for anyone finishing up at the races or wanting a few pre race drinks. The security and staff are really friendly and do a great job. I have been here many of times now and have always had a terrific experience. Drinks and food are very affordable. They also have a live band playing absolute classics. Only thing I can say is that the band doesn't play long enough and they need to clear out the dance floor so more people can dance. Other then that definitely worth stopping in.

Have eaten at the Hamilton Hotel 3-4 times this year when visiting family in Brisbane. The quality of the meals is consistently good and complemented with great service. A special shout out to Grace who makes you feel incredibly welcome and clearly loves her job! Thank you, Grace!

Food was delicious and the service on point. Particular shout out to Ben who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and dealt with awkward teenagers’ demands.
We will be back without the kids next time!

Got checked for ID and told us to leave since we hadn’t been checked. However, we had been checked at entrance and more than happy to present ID. Was offered no explanation for why we were getting kicked out. Had ordered meals, offered refunds in cash even though we didn’t want that. Overall, very disappointing experience. We had been escorted by Grace, very awful service and experience.

Going to a pub for dinner on a Saturday night with young teenagers can be hit and miss as to how rowdy a place may be. Grace made sure we were seated in a suitable spot, made our teenagers feel comfortable and her friendly manner made our night. Outstanding service from Grace, all with a smile and a laugh. We will be back.

Couldn't recommend this place more. Fantastic service and food and a special shout out to Grace who went above and beyond who looked after us all night and more importantly made us laugh. A big family over from Ireland and couldn't have been more at home. 10/10!

Ben was amazing and very accommodating! We caught up with family and friends and he was so hospitable to our table, meals and drinks. Hamilton hotel is certainly worth a visit. 5 out of 5!!!
