What an unsafe place to be in. My friend started having a medical emergency, but the staff and security did not care. In fact, they were laughing, swearing at us and being hostile. My friend was passing out every few seconds or so, and throwing up too. She was not safe, and people were there to help her. However the staff were completely negligent. In another instance, a girl had accidentally fallen backwards on the stairs and hit her head. Again, the staff took no consideration regarding her health, and even kicked her and the people looking after her, out of club. This is absolutely appalling behaviour. Whichever staff was working on the 24th August 2023, roughly between 11:45pm and 1:00am, should be extremely disappointed with themselves and their lack of basic empathy. For anyone looking to go out, The Inn Hotel should not even be a consideration. The people working there did not care about the safety and well-being of the people attending the club. I am surprised it is still a functioning business. DO NOT GO THERE.

We had lunch at The Inn Hotel, the menu had half a dozen well priced items. I had the roast chicken sandwich, it was average. The others were happy with their meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, I'd be happy to return for lunch in the future.

Very fast service..very nice atmosphere low lighting for a nice romantic night..staff friendly..food great didn't have to wait long for food.would highly recommend..

Too many different cuisines on menu which is good but a bad thing because you need to specialise is one not have all. OMG you can’t tell who works here they’re all in their own uniform! Like wth?

The music wasn't bad, the drinks were good. But it had a very young feel to it. Most people seemed either under age or between 18-19 years old. Being in my early 30s I would not recommend this place!

Some friends and I went here for drinks, the staff were incredibly rude and hostile towards us and other people in the buildings as well as giving us dirty looks when we left. They did not care about health and safety at all and would rather just kick people out who had not done anything wrong.

Seems to be more of a nightclub then a suitable dine in venue. The old food items have been removed from the venue and the new stuff takes forever to arrive.. cannot fit in a work lunch here anymore.
The ground is super sticky as a result and the smoking and vaping area is inside a massive tent.

Saryah and Ebony at the bar in the outside area were so nice and looked after my friend and I. They both were so caring and made sure we were looked after. Their service was impeccable. They even took photos for us!!!
Sam in the inside bar was so nice and looked after my friends jacket the whole night so she didn’t have to carry it. The service was just unmatched, I have never been somewhere that they would I that.
Thank you to the all the staff we had the best night and these lovely people added to it ❤️

Ordered the $15 Thursday special Parmi and it was really disappointing.
Looked good on the outside and chips and Napoli sauce tasted great. Ham and cheese were OK.
However, parmi had soggy partial crumbing and had no juices or texture. Tasted like eating a block of chicken. Surprised this would usually cost $28. Staff were friendly.

Nice meal, but the womens toilets are very grubby. They need to be cleaned up. I hope the kitchen is not as dirty.

Just happened here during a happy hour and ordered a glass of Chardonnay.
Lo and behold, it was an excellent drop of Oakdene, locally sourced.
The waitress who served us was professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly. Just the kind of staff that make you feel comfortable enough not to move on to another venue and stay for another drink! Pitty that I didn’t ask her name to personally acknowledge.
Unbelievable quality and value. What a little gem. 10 out of 10.

I was at the Inn hotel for their hottest 100 party. It was pretty packed, nice day, everyone having a good time. Good vibes all around. Well, not all around. I was quietly fuming.
Having paid $35 for my initial ticket, and having been given a wristband, I left the Inn knowing I was safe to come and go as I please because that is the whole point of having a wristband. I have never seen otherwise, and didn't think I ever would. Unfortunately for me, I was told only upon re-entry that I would have to pay another 35 of my hard earned dollars to get another wristband (which went bang-smack next to my first one) in order to re-enter. Call me a chump, because like a fool I coughed up.
While I wrestled with the decision of whether I would stand my ground and stick it to the man, or enter back to where my friends were, some other (somewhat inebriated) punters semi-aggressively voiced their displeasure over the same matter to the young ticket lady at the door. I obviously can't support that, staff are only doing their jobs (and I'd like to add that all the staff throughout the day were great), and yet I certainly understood the ire of these blokes. I only hope the profits that the Inn make from poor sods like me justifies the verbal abuse which their staff are sure to cop from such a practice. Highway robbery.
In conclusion, the wristband was rather misleading. If you're not gonna let me back in at least let me know in some way before I've left.
The Inn, I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed. I'm also a little mad too.

I recently visited this bar for lunch during a business day and ordered the chicken schnitzel. Unfortunately, the wait time was excessively long, which is far from ideal during a busy workday. Additionally, the table was sticky, indicating a lack of proper cleanliness and upkeep.
When the schnitzel finally arrived, it was average at best. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't memorable or ideal.
I hope the bar can improve on these aspects in the future.

I entered the Geelong inn excited about my night ahead. I was extremely dissapointed with the rude and arrogant staff who put a dwell on or entire night. I quote from the security guard “I’ll belt your head in” on arrival as I walked in with two other sober friends. Once entering the toilets were unclean and unhygienic. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Had the privilege of popping into this little gem on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. My partner randomly picked it out and we were delighted with everything about it.
We sat down for a drink and some food with our 11 month old in tow.
The staff were friendly and super helpful, grabbing us a high chair and were very attentive to our needs, while trying to feed the little chap.
The food was delicious and plentiful and we will definitely be popping back in next time we are in Geelong.
If you find yourself in need of a feed or just a quiet drink please pay this lovely venue a visit

Had a lovely lunch at The inn Hotel today. Food was lovely and the service was great. A special thanks to the young lady who looked after us. We had a baby and she couldn't have been more accommodating heating bottle etc.

Great food, great staff, very welcoming. I was there on a quiet day. But the atmosphere was good. I recommend this pub to anyone.
I took the ferry down from Melbourne so it was a great day.

Came here after a long look for a decent pub. Got table service which was surprising and great. Super nice staff. Food was great, plenty of vegan options. Beer was great. Recommend.

Best pub in Geelong I’ve been so far. The crispy pork roll could be more crispy but awesome tasty. Staff were really friendly with a nice beer garden to sit outside on a sunny day.

Arrived at 2pm to a half empty pub and placed a simple 2 person food order. Waited more than 1.5 hrs for it to arrive. Watched people who arrived after us get their food before us. Appreciated the complimentary beer, but honestly, won't be going out of our way to eat here again. Muso was awesome by the way. Just such a shame about the service.

Amazing bar staff!! The girls were unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. We received excellent service from start to finish, drinks are well priced and the Espresso Martins were absolutely delicious!

4 of us just had lunch at The Inn today. It was so nice and what made it even more lovely was Elise. She was so nice and made sure we were happy with everything. Your right Elise, the wine you recommend was good. Hope you get the praise you deserve. Thank you. We'll be back. 👍🥂
