We were quietly excited that The Lincoln was going to be a great new renovated venue. From the outside it still looks like the the old place, same as the last three attempts to make something of this place. Inside looked clean new and fresh, really like the sitting room full of rugs, leather lounges and fire place. The dinning area was pretty noisy due to all the hard surfaces. The staff were friendly, plenty of them although appeared each had their specific job and not willing to deviate from this. The menu looked good but that’s where the good ended. We ordered the Parmi and the Skull island jumbo prawns. The Parmi was just average in taste and size although the price was premium. Could get a better and much larger Parmi at another hotel not far from here. The prawns presented nicely but were under cooked, still raw in places, the prawns had been sliced down the centre and was near impossible to get the meat out of the shell. Sent this dish back and asked for a refund. Then the staff returned to the table with the dish trying explain to us the Cooks excuses. Looks like the curse of this venue will continue, nit expecting this place to last the distance unless the food dramatically improves. We won’t be back though.

This is probably the best schnitty I’ve ever had. Crispy fried with a delicious truffle sauce. Great service as well. We are dining here on a Friday night, probably 80% full, shame considering the reno on the venue is excellent and there is an excellent vibe about . Only wish this wasn’t as far from albury cbd (or alternatively a shuttle bus to cbd).

Such a lovely venue - renovations have created a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed dinner outdoors (service was super fast, food fresh and tasty!) before ‘retiring’ to the parlour for our weekly scrabble game… awesome place to celebrate our 300th game! Staff were fabulous, so accomodating and embraced our crazy, nerdy tradition!

Such a great place to come with the family! Food was tasty, friendly and efficient service, kids were well occupied in the sandpit. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

Spent a wonderful day celebrating a special birthday. With an age range from a newborn to 88 years the venue was perfect. A well appointed parents room through to a spacious area on the verandah overlooking a children’s play area. The gathering was organised from a distance with obliging, friendly staff. I loved that there was not a time constraint and we were able to enjoy our gathering without watching the clock. We had three courses with the birthday cake that we had brought in being used for dessert (there was a fee but the cake was served with cream and strawberries added). We ordered from the extensive menu and the meals were delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. We could not have expected more and would highly recommend especially if dining with small children.

Sorry, no food photos as we were too busy having a good old birthday bash. The service was very good today with prompt service, smiles and keen attention to our needs. The pub was busy as it was a Saturday lunch close to Christmas but we managed to get a table near to the little kids area which suited us just fine. The Cheesy Garlic Bread was great, we all enjoyed it. I had the Lamb with pitta, the amount of lamb was enough for me and cooked to perfection, in a medium style. Halloumi, pitta and a rocket salad finished the dish The others had the parmi which went down a storm. They then brought our own cake out for us to celebrate, great service with a smile. I would highly recommend 😁

Sometimes the most wonderful things happen by accident and this is such an occasion. Our family was driving Syd -Mel to see friends & we wanted photos at key points including the NSW / Vic border. I found a spot on Google maps and then looked for somewhere nearby to eat and saw The Lincoln. A Quick Look at the menu and layout with outdoor area for the dog made the choice easy. However when we arrived we were blown away by the layout I would say the most accessible pub in the country when was brilliant for our blind child. The largest accessible toilet, completely separate parents room, ramps, tactile marking and Braille in all the needed places. The meal arrived very quickly delivered by the friendly Skye and her counterparts. The salt and pepper tofu was two thumbs up from Mrs and Child #1, the chicken nuggets were inhaled by Child #2 and my 12hr pulled pork burger was dripping with flavour. My old regret is we don’t come to these parts very frequently to come more often but if we do it’s now locked in as a destination.

Nothing special. Food was just like coles salad box and we paid 66$ just for this food. Not recommended.

Lovely looking pub, stopped in on my way through. The lounge is rather nice, with leather chairs and a quiet atmosphere. I had the parmi and it was really good, the tomato sauce and ham were really great. Overall, I'd recommend a visit, and I'd come back.

I went here today with my son and our Mother’s Group which included around 10 mothers and their 5-6 month old babies. We were treated so wonderfully by all team members. The food was delicious and not once did we feel like a nuisance despite moving some furniture around to all fit with our prams and to allow the babies to play on the floor. The atmosphere was brilliant, too. I can’t praise the team enough for their kindness, understanding and patience today. And to top it all off, the food and drinks were fabulous.

I ordered the pasta special tonight which was a scallop and prawn linguine. The scallops were cold/partly frozen still and there were no prawns. Redeeming features were that my partner's and kids food was both alright. The beer was pretty good and the service was great.

I'm so disappointed with our experience here as I really hoped after all the different owners of this place, they may have finally got it right. We ordered the $50 eye fillet steak, which was tender and cooked well. The sides, though, were just terrible. The green vegetables were overdone and looked like they had come from a frozen packet. The mashed potato had no flavour and was nearly the consistency of Deb potato. Vegetables were served in a chipped bowl, and the jus was quite oily and tasted like a packet gravy. The salad was very simple with no dressing. I believe that if you spend $50 for a steak that you would receive better sides than what we got. We also had to ask for salt and pepper, which arrived empty. Earlier in the day, I was at a sporting event and overheard people talking badly about the meals and that "even the Parmys were bad." I really hope that this place survives and takes on board this review and works on improving the whole experience. Photo's of our experience attached.

I liked the interior and exterior about this place and was happy with the food and drinks. Service was a little bit slow but it was busy so it was acceptable. The seaweed rice bowl was vinegarey but what could I expect 🤣.

Had the Lincoln Parmi it was delicious. It was cooked perfect still moist and not dry at all. The salad and dressing was nice as well. The only thing was I prefer chips where the potatoes have been peeled beforehand.

Great venue, friendly staff, good drinks selection, nice music, But… food is lacklustre and pricey. Parmi is the best on offer, but really they need new chef and or menu

Good food (much more varied than a standard pub menu), friendly staff and nice surrounds. Play areas for small kids. Would be good with some more heating outside for cold days, we ended up inside but still had a great family outing. Will definitely be back.

Friendly and efficient staff. A comfy lounge area. The dining area is nothing special decor-wise and is over-lit, but the food was fine, particularly as the kitchen was under the pump on the night we were there because of a function alongside the normal Friday customers.

Food was overpriced for the small amount served (fried tofu ‐ 3 pieces), and chips without chicken salt had to be sent back because it had chicken salt on it. Very few options if you have dietary issues (I am low fodmap and vegetarian). All in all, a disappointing Christmas breakup at a pub that is also in an inconvenient location if you are coming from just about anywhere on the weekend and want to drink.

Food was not worth the money. $66 for 2 salads and some pita bread. Chicken in the warm chicken salad was like chicken loaf not chicken breast and there was lots of lettuce with not much else. Service was quick and they were very accommodating when we asked for salad to be warmed up but we did leave feeling very hungry 😔 Nice music playing and nice atmosphere, they also allow dogs. Food just needs to be better priced.

Food and Drink Service was quick and cheerful. There were 4 of us, we shared an entree of dips. Each of us had a main and 3 of us attempted dessert (generously portioned). All was thoroughly enjoyed. Good selection of wines including some top local ones.
