Your bartenders are very aware of their customers. Specifically Ana, her customer service was exceptional. The bar looks fantastic with the backlighting. Although it feels a little too bright in the club compared to what it used to be like. The new floor creates reverb when there is music playing and there is also alot of dead space with the new positioning of the DJ booth. I suppose this is because during the day The London is a pub. The men's toilet is missing a door. But there are plenty of sinks to wash hands and the English theme is trendy. Drinks are very cheap and the music is good. Plenty of room for improvement.

Who could resist free entry, $3 vodkas between 8-10pm and $5 vodkas 10pm til close!

I haven't been here in nearly 20yrs, it used to be the place to be and it was a beautiful well maintained posh after work club filled with well dressed people where you would start your night.
It was disappointing to see the renovation. Instantly extremely filthy, sticky and uninviting floors which would easily ruin good open shoes.
Bar staff were extremely friendly, quick you were served straight away and more staff popped out if you were waiting.
The DJ was just straight up BAD. They were vaping all night long, jumping and the entire set up was shaking. They handed out the microphone to heavily intoxicated people which just sounded like 2 yr old was screaming karaoke, it was awful.. the mix up and mashes were at an awful beat, which sounded like a 2yrold switching radio stations instead of a live DJ. It sitting at approx 100bpm which is incredibly hard to dance too and sped up to still only a very slow 125bpm (average being 128-132bpm 32 count). I couldn't work out why it sounded so off and realised that the inexperience of the young DJ was trying to mash already mixed songs which ended splicing up to 10 different songs into a set which should only have 4. So instead of having the first running, second bought over the top blend into the next double pairing all shortened and mixed, it was 2 Mixes spliced which were all odd beats overlapping making it EXTREMELY had to dance to and at most you got less than 45sec of dance to the same beat. In the end 3 of the 4 of us just couldn't handle another moment of listening to it. I suggest the young kid to have a good listen to Darley Jefferson and tidy his set up.
If it wasn't for the nice bar staff and cheap drinks without a doubt we would have just walked out like the majority of patrons. Most stayed less than 15mins before walking straight back out.
The amount of young girls without shoes on was so bad, lucky there was no glass, but I have NEVER been in a club with the dance floor that was mopped atleast 6 times because of the amount of spilt drinks.
Purely on staff and specials, I'd go again and try, but if the same DJ was on without changing, we wouldn't stay long and would more than likely head across to the casino instead.
Luckily good company saved the night and we were still able to let our hair out and have a good night.

Went there for the first time last night for a few drinks in town and was over charged 10 cents for every 10 dollars. This happened several times, to put it into perspective I was charged $40.40 for 4 double black cans after I was told the price for an individual was $10, and if they're doing that to everyone it'd add up.

Was essentially groped within the venue and after discussions with security and management they decided the perpretrator could remain within the venue as they had "warned him". Not good enough for patron comfort or saftey.

Very disappointing.. phoned to book dinner Saturday night before the footy and was cut off before I could finish and advised only open for night club and pokies..
Nothing in your website to advise no dinner times available..
Always came here for dinner before a game of footy and the cricket..

This is usually the place I go to when i come a meet with friends, the food here is great the drinks a cheap, staff is usually friendly and since the new renovation, the place has a great atmosphere. At night the nightclub is mostly the same too. Overall this place is my favourite spot in Adelaide over most of the pubs and bars.

The food was great! However, the tables were a little worn out and rickety. Environment smelled a bit of a "big night" (booze and vomit).

The DJs are amazing and the bartenders know how to have a good time. The floors do get really sticky though, and around 10pm the dance floor is crowded.

Really cheap drinks and extremely helpful staff. Young crowd as the night went on. Overall a good Friday night.

Only been here once for dinner, quite a while ago, but been a few times while it functions as a night club. The dinner was somewhat average I think, not sure what it's like now. The night club, however, is great. Some of the cheapest drinks, and always great music. Always start the night here when I go out with friends.

Nothing really special about the London tavern. The floor was extremely sticky it felt like I would become permanently stuck if I was to stay in one spot for 5 minutes or more. The food I ordered the seafood trio which was on the oily side. The salad was good if you were a rabbit & my mother’s steak was like boot leather

Love the new refurbishment. Clean, brighter, fresh. Comfy seating. Good menu. Decent portion sizes. Good value for money. Excellent customer service 👍👍

It is definitely a lot more welcoming with its refurbishment. It looks far more open and less gloomy. The service has also improved with welcoming smiles and thankyous on departure. I had the southern chicken and while the serving size is great it was a little too spicy and herby. I would still stop by for another visit though

Haven't been there in a while and new poker machines now in place. No winners as per normal. Could do with staying open longer as when I called it was around 4.30pm and they were closing within 20 mins.

Had the Gnocchi it was fantastic. My husband had the mixed grill which he said was fantastic also. The prices are so cheap, would definitely recommend .

Great for lunch before footy, spacious and good prices..Friendly staff, first time there in years and will be back. Have healthy food and good Sav Blanc.

Good Tavern located in the basement food court of the Myer Centre adjacent to north terrace. Daily drink and meal specials and even cheaper specials if you flash any valid Student ID! Between meal times it is pretty quiet and relaxing and turns into a night club on Friday & Saturday nights.

Good pub meals without being over priced and pretentious, as pubs seem more and more likely to be. Good selection of beers and spirits. Very interesting selection of wines, with some labels that aren't commonly available. Worth a visit for sure.

Dark, dank and dingy. Food is fairly good. Sometimes that’s what you want from a pub.
Toilets are a bit of a walk though...pity.

December 2019 update.
Stopped by with the kids and have to say they have decent sized kids meals. Food is pretty good here.
Also have improved draft beer selection and customer/bar service was great. Love that carlsberg.

Avoid clubbing here.
The glasses/cups aren't washed properly and due to this there is remnants of previous peoples usage, not all of the glasses/cups are dirty but the ones that are give the drink a foul taste, I have even thrown up because of these dirty glasses/cups.
I work in hospitality and see this stuff all the time, especially in fast paced pubs, clubs and venues, the dish washer is set to the quickest setting and if the glasses/cups are dirty they aren't washed again, they are just placed on the rack to be used by the next customer.

A nice quiet location for lunch, I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken entree which was delicious! The service was lovely and the location is ideal for having a break while shopping.
