Waiting 20 minutes to order isn't acceptable.

What a find. Mawson Club was the choice for a Sunday dinner meal while visiting the area. Great selection of drinks, super friendly service, and our meals were fantastic. Special note for the seafood linguine, goes into my top 5 of all time, would have been higher if it contained mussels and fish, but is in no way a complaint.

We came along with friends for a Raiders game and never would have guessed how terrific the food would be! Best veggie burger in Canberra (and I’ve eaten a lot of them) with crispy sweet potato fries. My partner enjoyed the paella which was seasoned perfectly. The service at cafe and table was also excellent. We’ll be back again just for the food!

They stuffed up the cake we had bought, and gave it to another table, but a worker called Annalise was very helpful, but it was very bad and distressing. I also witnessed someone at a bar have drink glasses knocked over on her and shatter. They food was ok, but not much was done to help with the cake fiasco.

The service and food is good at the restaurant, the only trouble so far is when you call to make a booking at the reception. the communication between reception and table bookings is not working probably and I don't have a table. Isn't it obvious to book a table be there reserved when you and your friends get there to enjoy time and a meal. Then why now I'm searching for a table. Tell me why I call to book a table.

The lunchtime schnitty was on special for $10 instead of $22. Delicious, large serve, choice of sauces. Bar staff are very friendly. Nice vibe.

The food at the cafe was nice, and free softdrink refills at the bar was lovely, but the play space for the children was ABYSMAL. There was exposed wires and broken equipment, no soft fall, and everything needed coins to operate! All the kids were bored out of their minds!
It's a pretty sad state of affairs when the hopscotch court painted onto the floor is the most interesting thing in the room.

Quite a nice surprise. Staff are very warm and welcoming on arrival. Open pleasant decor. Good variety of food on offer at quite reasonable prices. Definitely be going back.

My Daughter and I went for dinner which we quite often do. My Daughter brought 2 bottles of Coke and they tasted flat. Took them back and got 2 more and they were flat as well. My daughter looked at the use by date and it was use by 2020! Not only is this illegal to sell it shows poor rotation of stock by staff! Two years out of date!!!

Matilda’s night and ‘ english’ Jo our host from the Citrus Cafe was just wonderful in accomodating our 10 guests. Nothing was too much trouble

I have enjoyed my monthly lunches at the Mawson Club, especially the $12.50 chicken Schnitzel.

I dine at the Mawson Club in Mawson several times a week, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The food is delicious, from the first bite to the last. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service and great “Club” atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you're in Mawson, make sure to visit the Mawson Club for great dining experience!

Have been here a few times. The atmosphere is relaxing and family friendly. The staff at the reception desk are always lovely and welcoming! Although I've had 1 bad experience with a rude bar tender. All the other staff that day were lovely and easily resolved the issue.
This is a great place to have a get together with some old family or friends in a smart casual atmosphere. The club always have raffles and cheap meals each week. There is a variety of vegetarian and gluten free meals, the kids menu is also decent.
The food is always presented beautifully but I would have to say the meals I've eaten are average for the price.

Great value and great place to catch up with family and friends. Always have a table available (at least when we visit). Accommodating for birthdays and other celebrations.

Great greetings as you enter, food is amazing, I love eating here, pricing is really 👍. A fabulous place to catch up with friends. I love buy your 1st soft drink and the rest are free. Just a wonderful club to relax in.

Food less than average. Steak was cold, as were the chips. Salad was without flavour.

Don't ask for prawn cutlets when dining in. They give you the packet stuff.
Dining out, you would expect hand made at the price they charged.
Looking around my table of 8 friends, they all looked a little disappointed in mostly everything.
A lot of half eaten meals.
Shame on the Mawson Club!

Best food. Value for money deals. Especially the Thursday night Surf and Turf for $15. Also I love their Mad Monday $10 deals.
