Yes exelent venue not long ago renovated staff mostly good basic fish shop meals cheap price spirates and reasonable bear prices watch out for day time manager JIM HASSET LIKES TO MAKE PROMISSES AND DOENT HESITATE TO HAVE AFFAIRES WITH THE MARRIED WOMEN CUSTOMERS

Worst Bingo venue & Customer service in Australia !! Apparently the staff now have the go ahead to yell at customer's that ask for management and then storm out for a cigarette.... she wasnt even the one I was speaking to!! What licenced gaming venue doesn't have a manager on duty ????? So rude & definitely not professional qualified staff. And who turns paying customers away???? What a joke. Never again. Ruined my evening completely thanks !

Was a great bingo and I was a regular for 25 years. Terrible bingo since the machines came into play. A couple won 15 of the 45 games. Spoke to the girl at the office and she was so rude and told me if I didn’t like don’t come back. So I never went back.

The manager does not care about the patrons concerns and the the price for books and prizes needs to be looked in to. They also do not have a limit on how many books a person can have on a pet machine therefor it's unfair those players who can not afford to play as many paper books. You always see the same people winning each time which has caused total amount of players to drop.

Stopped in for a quick bite not realising it wasn't a hotel but a gaming room.
Must say the snacks available were ok, with a glass of wine was sufficient.

Seen this had bistro banner / flag outside otherwise we wouldn't have gone in, not being local to the area we wasn't sure if meals were available. But what a suprise we got, we were sitting in an area by ourself either we were late to tea or people just haven't discovered the bistro here yet. Cheap meals but not lacking for quality. The garlic bread was fantastic one of the best i have had for a while. We both got steak and it was cooked as requested. Only downside would of been only normal gravy available. The bistro guy was great, he was friendly and welcoming. The staff as a whole were lovely. The center was busy i think it may have been a bingo time ??? Also has a lot of pokie machines. (I forgot to get picture of steak before i started eating)

Rose… the manager (green shirt) the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. My mother has a stutter and was being extremely rude to her telling her to hurry up and tell her what she wants “there are a lot of people behind you what do you want hurry up” she is apparently the manager and my family and I will never be returning to this place again due to the horrible customer service. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Personally it just feels much more welcoming and the energy is better compared to many other places throughout the western suburbs (I'm yet to venture through a few others).
Nice range of hot snacks, variety of things to do and the staff are fun. It's my first weekend spent here but definitely more to come.

Not one of the best Bingo Venues. All computerised, yet it makes no sense that they call numbers back (if you could call it that with how ridiculously fast they do it) even though they know its a correct winning tkt. Was a better run venue 20 yrs ago. Won't be going back.

Not good I don’t get what I ordered frozen fish not fresh fried not grilled. Totally different from menu. in gaming venue if you don’t have 20 cents change you can’t get a cup of cafe ! They are not only after your Dollar but you’re pocket change!
My second poor experience with ‘The Palms’ management first was three years ago: They handled a few problems in an unprofessional way. The management needs to boost its PR. To me, they're only interested in collecting their big profit, without investing back into how to deal with the people. Hope that will be a wake-up call for them. We are the one's keeping you in business. You should be nicer dealing with us.

Last night I believe I may have dropped or left my phone somewhere in the gaming room. With panic as a normal human I assumed it was gone or the place forgot or pushed it aside. But here that didn’t happen and I was really surprised. The palms is really safe I enjoy going there and leaving. I just want to thank the staff member who called my family in regard to my lost phone unfortunately I didn’t get a name, I’ve never seen a place with such care, common sense and loyalty.

I won at bingo and they didn’t pay my winnings. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to bingo here

I used to love the palms bingo but i don't go anymore. Unless you can afford to pay for a PET machine you have no chance. Same 4 people won a good 90% of the games, they all had the machines. They don't even make their PETs affordable to the average person so you have a chance. It's no longer a game of luck but what you can pay out to guarantee a win. Makes the night very disappointing and not enjoyable

It has a bingo centre that opens 7days a week with bingo games from Monday to Sunday morning and night and a gaming machines with a bar, toilets and a huge open outdoor eating, drinking and smoking area with a coffee machine, and you can also relax playing or watching live keno, horse race, Foxtel Sports etc...
I like it there because it's outdoor carpark has alot of parking space it's open easy excess in our out onto balIarat Rd it has a wheelchair excess suitable for older people, family's or any age group its also relaxing and very quite even if there's people playing bingo, bookie games or drinking and smoking outdoor. To me, this place is also safe.. ask any locals or staff because they also are friendly.. 👌👌👍👍

I have been attending the Palms BINGO for over 18 months. My experience has been underwhelming of late. There has been incontinence of staff, changes of prize money, and cost of play is regularly changing (I don’t know how much money to bring). During a night of BINGO after I played 10 games in session 1 I have to endure a 30 minute break which is unnecessary and pushing more ways to spend for extra money such raffle tickets which only 3 people win. This long break is unnecessary and lead to boredom and my passion for attending is not there. I am aware, that long term patrons are no longer attending which I would like to catch up with them. There are too many shark that clean up the prize money showing up at any session they want coming in at. They stock up on extra book for the last session. In addition, there is a lot of people coughing with whatever they may have. This makes for such an unpleasant evening. I hope thing change and I do have solution to these problems.
P.S- there are other BINGO Halls that offer more value for money.

Gambling place would be the correct term. Bingo in one section and pokies in the other.
Restaurant is also here. Cafe type food is not available now.

Friendly staff. Prizes are not very big but I would say that's because they have a low amount of players/customers. So I recommend grabbing a bunch of friends and going. This will boost their customer numbers and eventually will reflect on their prizes. I enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere and its smaller in size compared to the huge mega bingo centres (which are very competitive)

For first time visitors, be aware that there are start times for the bingo. Miss that and be late, and you won't be allowed to enter or spectate. There's a decent number of slot machines, with some decent snacks in the place. Quite a huge number of parking spaces are available for guests.

Clean venue, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff.
The canteen doesn't offer much, free coffee and tea available at halftime.

Big venue, lots of machines. Although, it is always very busy and cramped. Left my car window down a tiny bit and had my backpack, my friends phone and wallet stolen. The security were very helpful in checking their camera footage to try and help - so I was very thankful for that.
