Wow I went for dinner last night and was so very pleasantly surprised. Door opened for us to enter, so clean and well set out inside.
A lovely atmosphere, music was good and not so loud which I love, you could talk to each other without having to yell.
Service was brilliant and the food was beautiful, cooked well and fresh.
Nick came up and spoke to us at our table to make sure that we were happy and made us feel so welcome. Beer garden out the back was gorgeous and lights in the trees.
I will definitely be going back.

We visited for Friday lunch. We arrived late(ish), but were assured it was not a problem. Food and amenties were very good. However, we were welcomed and farewelled like we were old friends even though this was our first ever visit. That made it an experience for us. We WILL return if we find ourselves in Werribee again.

Went on Sunday night to catch up with friends & have dinner. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, with great friendly staff going out of their way to help out anyway they could. We all very much enjoyed our meals. I had the chicken with mash & creamy mushroom sauce. It was awesome. The staff were fantastic 👏 👌 Highly recommend & can't wait to go again. To all the staff, keep up the great work!

We love this hotel and the food is consistently great. A variety of meal options for every dietary need. The staff are always lovely and I really appreciate that they check in to see how your meal is and if there’s anything else that you need. The atmosphere of this hotel is vibrant and fun.
I’ve really appreciated the vegan menu.

Weirdest experience at a venue, gets worse every time we go in. Arbitrary rules and rude staff! Only 1 server was actually polite and friendly. Both me and my friend where yelled out for walking from the toilet back to out seats because "they just locked those doors" we walked the long way through the venue back to our seats. Servers came and grabbed dishes off our table with attitude and didn't even take them all. Over all the vibe was they didnt actually want people in their venue. Food was good but not enough for me to be back there

We held a party in The Laneway room, it was perfect! We arranged everything with Kirby who was really fabulous and knowledgeable. We then we had Jade look after us on the day, she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. At the room was warm and cozy and looked beautiful, the food was incredible, everyone loved the food, the other bar staff helped with drinks throughout the day.... it was so easy. What an amazing day. Thanks guys. Adele Fitz xx

We had my mother in law’s 50th birthday in The Laneway function room yesterday and just wanted to say how amazing everything was! Throughout the whole booking experience and day, the staff were brilliant! A massive shoutout to Rhea who took care of us so amazingly! Thank you all so much!

We had a birthday party in the Avery room, literally could not fault anything! Kirby made the whole booking process SO EASY, she guided us through the menu and portions so we didn't have a bunch of wasted food, we opted to use spotify and the house system instead of a DJ and it was perfect. Service and atmosphere on the night was 2nd to none, nothing was too much and the night went off without a hitch.a huge thanks to the bar and wait staff! Food was great and no one left hungry. Definitely value all round for the night.

This is a great venue. Food was amazing just the timing of delivery could be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We all had a great night.

The food was delicious. Very helpful staff and great venue. They have a jazz/piano singer on Thursday and the singer was awesome. Great vibes.

The atmosphere was good as it was Thursday night, so I can't expect like Friday vibes. The staff was very friendly but they didn't advise us before closing the kitchen, if anyone wished to order anything else. which, to me, is a bit unprofessional. Like, no matter what, everywhere you dine out, they always come and say the kitchen is closing in 10minutes or so, if you wish to order anything else. I recommend this place to my 10 friends with whom I visited there on Thursday night. They all were like, nah, this should not be done.
The food was good, nice and warm. Drinks were good and at a great price, too. Overall, good time.

The ambiance of the place and the staff were very good but the food itself wasn't anything special even thou it looked good. Steak was not done correctly, the lamb wasn't flavoursome and the fish and chips was average. We had a large meat platter here that included pulled pork, brisket and roast chicken a few years back and it was great but unfortunately that was off the current menu.

That was amazing I’m so impressed how busy you guys were tonight being the winter wonderland thing on and how fantastic the service was . My husband had a steak and he said it was the best he has ever had . The service from all the staff from walking in to your venue was outstanding. Keep it up 👍

Second time I have had the scotch fillet here. Once for dinner and this time on a mid Saturday afternoon.
I am an Uber driver servicing Metro Melbourne. Once every now and then I treat myself to a pub meal. I discovered the Park Hotel driving one of my customers home on a winter Friday afternoon. I have thought about how good this meal was for weeks; telling my riders about it. Upon my return I found the quality of the meat a little lower than my first meal, it was not the preparation of the meal that was the difference, it was the steak itself. However… I know that I will stop and have the Scotch fillet here every time I am in the area. Today I dropped off a rider at Tarneit and just had to visit the Park hotel at Werribee 😃😃

I recently had my birthday party at The Park Hotel (in The Aviary Room) and from the first contact about booking my function everyone was amazing.
Kirby - you are an absolute gem! You made every part effortless, from booking for my special day right down to the delicious food and music/layout choices. You are such a beautiful person and I can't thank you enough.
Aaron and Jade - thank you for your attention to detail on the day and making sure myself and my guests had the time of our lives. It was the best!
Nick & Connie - what a fabulous venue and staff you have! Thank you so much for everything.
If you're looking for an incredible venue for your next event, don't look past The Park Hotel.

I absolutely adore coming here. Staff are super friendly and food is awesome. Great selection of drinks, too. You’ll often find me here on my own after a hard day because the warm atmosphere makes me feel that much better.

Had lunch today with my son and I ordered the calamari. It was tasteless and possibly the worst calamari I’ve had. For $18 it was an absolute rip off, served in a small cereal bowl with the Aioli pasted around the bowl, no garnish, and no flavour. After speaking to the manager she never offered me anything else off the menu or a refund. Even though I had said I’ve spent $18 on a meal that I didn’t eat and leaving without having lunch she seemed to dismiss me and was not bothered. Very disappointing and would highly suggest never order the calamari

Great local pub. Large with several different areas both inside and out. Staff are friendly and professional and the range of beer was good. Table reservations are accepted and there was several groups celebrating when we were there. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found the food disappointing, the chorizo pizza was only luke warm and the base was too soft for my liking. The pesto topping made it all a bit sloppy. The saganaki appeared to be pre prepared and heated up, not made on the premises. It was ok.

Great food and ambience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lauren. She was very attentive to what we needed and made sure that we were having a great time at The Park Werribee.
The weather played sport the day we went and we were able to enjoy the beer garden setting as well. I will be going back again for sure! 😊

Great atmosphere, great woodfired Ham and Pineapple (Hawaiian) pizza. The food came quickly and the waitors were great

Food was good, nice specials menu with seared sesame tuna. Great sweet potato chips. Big serves, though. Service was excellent, staff were helpful & professional. Atmosphere is a bit 70's in decor & the bug screen TV. However, there's a generous outside area that looked inviting, it looks out on the hub bub of Synnot St.

Food exceptional & wait staff very friendly & accommodating.
Great variety of drinks & yummy cocktails, however, it would be nice to not have to ask for a small garnish on basic cocktails. Like a slice of lime in the Blood Orange Gin cocktail (on tap) or even the Mojito cocktail (on tap).
Overall my experience was fantastic!

**edit: The bouncer, what a miserable human being. As the first person that greets you at the door, a smile or even a welcome would be nice. “Drivers license, drivers licence”. That’s it. We left.
I was very impressed with the Park on this recent visit. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, exceptionally friendly, plenty of things to choose from on the menu and a good fun vibe. We ended up staying until they closed.
Ordering via a QR code on the table made it easier to buy what we wanted and not worry about splitting bills. Plus not going up to order was nice.
The women who seated us was very friendly and welcoming. The staff who waited the tables were also very friendly and had a high level of customer service.
Thanks again. Highly recommend. Will be back some time soon.

Called in for lunch ,and wow, we absolutely loved the experience. It was a great vibe and amazing food. The service was top-notch. highly recommend, great seating inside the venue, but we chose to sit outside, and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back again .

Been here twice and the experience was 5 stars each time. Great customer service both on the floor and behind the bar. Steak sandwich was so good the first time, I bought it again the 2nd visit. The vibe here is really good too.

A very good local pub. Went on a Thursday night, that turned out to be steak night, really enjoyed the food and decent pricing.

2nd time we have been here and both times haven't left disappointed. Great food, service and atmosphere are fantastic and lots to choose from on tap. Highly recommend
