We come as a big group every year for a Xmas catch up and we were there last night. Food was good, however the ladies behind the bar didn't greet with a smile or any personality, seemed like they didn't want to be there at all! Shocking service in hospitality!!

Way too over priced for what it is, serving size way too small. Ordered a pulled pork burger and got a plate coated with over salted chips with 2inchs worth of burger. Pork looked and tasted like it was just pulled out of the freezer 2 minutes before serving. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere, let down by the actual food.

"The Precinct at Alberton truly delivers an unforgettable experience, even for those who might not be avid AFL fans. While I ventured there for the gaming pokie machines, I found myself utterly captivated by the venue's charm. The moment I stepped into the pokie rooms, I was welcomed by an atmosphere of pristine cleanliness and impeccable tidiness that immediately set the stage for a remarkable visit. What truly sets The Precinct apart is the astonishingly spacious gaming room that envelopes you in a sense of grandeur and opulence. The vast expanse of the room ensures that every visitor has their own comfortable space to enjoy their gaming escapades. It's as if the venue was designed with the intention of giving each guest a taste of exclusivity. The selection of pokie machines is nothing short of impressive. The room is adorned with state-of-the-art, up-to-date machines that beckon you to try your luck. With each spin, I couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement as I embarked on my gaming journey. Amidst the whirlwind of flashing lights and the gentle hum of spinning reels, I found myself thoroughly immersed in the experience. The thrill of each win and the suspense of every spin made for an unforgettable evening of entertainment. In essence, my time at The Precinct at Alberton transcended the realm of mere gaming. It became an enchanting voyage into a world of excitement and indulgence. Whether you're an AFL enthusiast or simply seeking a remarkable gaming experience, The Precinct at Alberton is a must-visit destination that promises an enthralling adventure unlike any other. And who knows, you might just find yourself caught in the irresistible allure of those captivating pokie machines, just as I did." Furthermore, as I explored The Precinct at Alberton, I stumbled upon delightful surprises that added an extra layer of charm to my visit. For those who harbor a deep appreciation for the Port Adelaide Power AFL team, the presence of port memorabilia for sale is a true treat. The memorabilia corner not only pays homage to the team's rich history but also offers fans a chance to take home a piece of the spirit that permeates this iconic venue. But that's not all; the allure of The Precinct extends beyond the gaming realm. A venture upstairs led me to a captivating café that boasts a picturesque view overlooking the very heart of the action - the playing field. As I sipped on a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, I found myself entranced by the panoramic vistas that unfolded before my eyes. The view seemed to encapsulate the essence of the AFL, a captivating blend of competition, camaraderie, and unyielding passion. The café's ambiance was a harmonious blend of relaxation and excitement, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a thrilling session on the pokie machines. The elegant design and thoughtful layout of the café made it a comfortable haven where I could soak in the atmosphere and relish the moment. In essence, The Precinct at Alberton is a multifaceted gem that transcends expectations. It's a place where gaming aficionados, sports enthusiasts, and those seeking a memorable experience can converge in harmony. The presence of port memorabilia for sale and the inviting café with its mesmerizing view are just a glimpse of the surprises that await within this remarkable establishment. Whether you're there for the gaming, the sports, or simply to bask in the unique ambiance, The Precinct at Alberton stands as a testament to the art of creating an all-encompassing, captivating experience.

Second time I've been here and possibly will be a while before I return. The first time was fine. The other night we came as a large group for brother in laws birthday it took 45 minutes for my sister to receive a cheese and meat platter. Meals were coming out every 15-20 minutes one by one. I believe we were there in total 3 hours from ordering to receiving the last meal. The kids vegan pasta had regular cheese on it that staff then argued it wasn't. Food was pretty mediocre and not worth the $$$. Pretty disappointed as I like to support my local area and football club.

Newly upgraded. The fitout is modern industrial style. Very spacious. FABULOUS views of Alberton oval. You can choose to sit on the deck, restaurant or sports bar. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The food is standard pub style, but well cooked and they also have pizzas and a yoda smoked pork and beef. I enjoyed my salad and others said the beef schnitzel and meat lovers pizza were great. The facility is perfect for all ages and lift access is available for those who might find the stairs a challenge. We've already booked for our next meal.

I wasn't in the restaurant, I visited the retail shop which has been revamped. Port Power shop is well stocked and the walk through Port Adelaide historical footy area was great. Lots of info, images, caps, club jackets etc.

I’m a big seafood fan and you won’t find better Salt & Pepper Squid anywhere unless you head on out on the water and catch it yourself. I continue to return for their remarkable squid. Highly recommend a visit.

I just ate a steak while watching a trial game- I would've been happy with a steak sandwich and there was another section but appeared to be closed.

Home of Port Adelaide Football Club. Meals are a bit hit and miss depending on the day. The coffee and staff are always good and friendly. The museum is worth a look as is the port store with many stores only items

Having been 3 times now can say they’ve done a great job of the fit-out however the food continues to be average. On game days bar service can be slow.

Great food. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Would have given 5 stars - but there's no Diane gravy on the menu. also, the tv is mounted slightly off-centre which seemingly really dampened the entire dining experience for my date. Nonetheless, 4/5 would recommend.

First time attending since new restaurant and will be last time for along while. People serving in striped shirts were friendly but those in just port tops, you need a lesson in customer service. Salt and pepper crispy squid, covered in oil not crisp and chewy yuk. Creamy carbonara was short the cream. Big pass and so disappointed.

Every second weekend, my sister and I take our 92 yo mother out to lunch and on this Saturday, we went to Alberton Oval. Mum is a crows fan so this was a big deal for her. Entering the upstairs dining area, immediately struck with how open and clean everything was. We decided to sit out on the balcony overlooking Alberton Oval. What a great spot! Love the fact the tables are bolted to floor so they don’t rock too. We all ordered something different for lunch and everyone was very impressed with the quality of the food. My own best friend, a crows fan (he can’t help it) decided not to go on the grounds that it was “Port Adelaide” – his loss. Great venue, great food, great staff. Even if you do not like Port Adelaide, you have to come here for a meal at least once. Thanks Wayne

Delicious meals at very good prices. Staff were very accommodating when making our booking and ensured we had low tables with suitable chairs for older family members. Our younger family members enjoyed kicking footballs around on the oval after lunch, while the adults watched on from the balcony tables. The memorabilia downstairs was a great talking point for everyone too. If you are lucky enough, you might even bump into a past or current player while you are there! Highly recommended venue for all ages.

Amazing. Just needs a few more stand tables when the footy is on TV. But just fab. Great coffee and the beer choices are great! Didn't have food but saw it go past me, it looked very yummy.
