What an amazing place to have a drink and enjoying family friendly environment. We enjoyed every minute spent time in this Tavern. We had a lovely and unforgettable chat with local guys and Tavern owner. You feel that you are spending time with your friends and family.

The food was good pub food. Nothing fancy, but good to eat.
The staff were wonderful.
The only downside (and the reason we left early instead of staying for desert) was that they allow people to smoke right outside the (open) dining room door. The smell quickly permeated all through the dining room.

The family had a blast! Great service and smiles from Tas, continued to make our night easy and enjoyable. Will return for another good time!

Small pub - great food esp. Seafood pizza and great salad bar - I also had a sticky date pudding for dessert - yummy !! Give it a go - new management and Mick & Cherie are great hosts

Nice people, good food, great location if you're at Carpenter Rocks. Bonus is they have pokies in a small room.

Lovely, simple, hearty country meals at a cute little country pub. Thanks so much for feeding us even though your kitchen was closing. We’re tourists and didn’t pack lunches and had 2 very hungry kiddos with us. The salad bar is a lovely touch and everything was so fresh!

Last night my daughter, her best friend and myself went fir dinner at the Rocks Tavern. My daughter shouting me dinner for my birthday. We had a really lovely time and the food was fabulous and so was our host. When he realised it was dinner for my birthday he brought over to our table a beautifully scented candle 🕯 and he was very friendly and had a wonderful sense of humour which added to our visit to the tavern and the overall atmosphere of the evening. We are so grateful and would love to express our gratitude for a wonderful night out. Thank you so very much and we look forward to coming back soon

Great Service.. Sonya & staff couldn't do enough for my daughters wedding. They felt like part of the family.
I highly recommend the Tavern for whatever your needs are. The locals are really cool too.

Friendly stuff & loved the pool table. We went on a Sunday night so there was no regular menu other than pizzas. $25 for sub par pizzas felt like a rip off. $25 for a large pepperoni that seemed more like a margherita? We do note it’s not their regular menu…

Friendly family run pub with a country feel to it and old school salad bar in the dining room. Excellent value for money on the menu and a wide variety of drinks. Clean toilets, ample parking, short walk from the RV camp and a relaxed vibe

Can I get an Amen for the friendliest and kind hearted hosts Sonya and Dave! So helpful and full of local knowledge, best wood fire pizzas and hot pot out the back in the garden bar to keep you warm! Will most definately be back!
