When attending a function the other week I had a lovely interaction with a young bloke Patrick who ensured that myself and all of my friends had an enjoyable day and we were well catered for

Really great place for lawn bowls with excellent bar food and drinks at affordable prices. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to get together with family and friends and for lawn bowls. Yours truly, @fooderarri

One of my favourite places to come for a drink and dinner- such a nice vibe, friendly staff and amazing service. James especially was lovely, and made sure we were all well looked after!

My son attended the club last night and before getting past the front desk the staff mis-placed his drivers licence.
After handing over his card to sign in the receptionist mis placed it and advised my son there wasnt anything that could be done. Asked if they could make an announcement to patrons to see if anyone has picked it up by mistake the staff advised it was not possible. Instead being advised it was too busy to make an announcement and they were not prepared to stop the music for 30 seconds to assist.
Also advised that no one who was in the club had authority to check the tapes to see who it was inadvertently handed to, despite the owner apparently being in the club.
Was told there was over 1000 people in the club last night, be interesing to know the maximum occupancy allowed.
Too many people in the club for staff to handle and instead of taking 5 minutes out to help someone they just wanted to get as many people in as possible with no regard for patron safety and well-being.
Very disappointed that the situation was handled so poorly.

Lovely atmosphere - had an excellent time in making the most of the happy hour and $15 steak offering. Great customer service all round, especially from Liam who was running our food.

Lovely atmosphere, awesome music, and good food, The RUC is a great place to chill with friends or pre for a night out. Plus, the staff are super friendly especially blonde Sophie behind the bar who made the experience much better.
Don't miss out on their killer beer selection and epic burgers (wednesday nights deals) . Trust me, The RUC is where it's at for a top-notch pub experience in Canberra!

I went to the RUC for lunch on Monday. The food was great and staff were lovely. Such great service and delightful staff. Will definitely be heading back there and telling all my girl friends!

I regularly enjoy the Ruc's services, and am consistently delighted by my interactions with Olivia. She is very professional, friendly and always down to discuss the merits of the range of drinks on offer. She introduced me to the Ruc's Byron Bay seltzer which has me hooked.

I had such a great experience at the RUC. The staff were very friendly, food was amazing. Service was fast and efficient. Definitely going back !

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the RUC due to the great atmosphere, wonderful service and attentive staff. I would like to highlight in particular the well-mannered and highly engaged Daisy, who went above and beyond in her service to our large table. I will most definitely be returning, hopefully pretty Daisy will be working on my next visit, however even if not, I am sure she has adequately inspired her co-workers to reach the same level of service as herself. All the best.

I had an evening at the club on Sunday and had a really positive interaction with a young man named Patrick who was very serviceable and always happy to answer questions and assist in any way possible. Will definitely be recommending the club to more people in the future.

I enjoy the Ruc, nice & relaxed, different areas to sit, really enjoy the verandah, service is good but I love the salad and squid/calamari but the serving is pretty small, it would be great if you could improve on that. I have introduced my friends to the Ruc & we have enjoyed a couple of work Xmas bowls functions, lots of fun👍

Here on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed! The fit-out of the pub is quite new with a younger/more lively vibe. The options on tap was great with fair cocktail options. The food was delightful however serving is small for what you pay for (or what you’d expect for pub food).

Had an absolutely awesome time here with my friends. Such a lovely environment and great service. Particularly from James with the tattoo on his arm. Total legend! Gave great recommendations for drinks

Had a great evening at the RUC last Friday. A gentleman named Patrick was prompt in his service and ensured I was assisted throughout my experience. Will definitely be back with fam and friends !!!!!!

Great service and amazing atmosphere! bar staff are so friendly especially blonde Sophie. She was working on ANZAC day and handled the crowd so well !! 🙌🙌

Great customer service! Particularly Archie, he was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during and after our dinner. Such an asset to the RUC! Thank you for having us. What a great establishment run by true professionals who know unique and superb hospitality

Food is so bad lol. Cauliflower Popcorn was burnt and also soggy? Cheese burger was dry inside. $14.9 for chips too?
Fun for bowls and drinks but avoid the food.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at the one and only RUC turner. The employees delivered exceptional service, going above and beyond, not to mention serving up incredible food and drinks. I had a spectacular night and will be returning for more fun in the future! Shout out to a young girl Josephine behind the bar who introduced me to the ginger beer on tap at the RUC which has since become an all time fav and now my go to drink. Cheers to many more nights at the RUC!

Came in for a drink saturday arvo, great vibes. Don’t normally review but libby’s service was amazing. So polite and attentive, lovely girl with a great attitude. She made my day!

Attended a social gathering with friends and had an amazing night. Food was great and had great service by the staff there.

11/10 experience. First time attending as members. Beers were cheap and tasty. Atmosphere was perfect. Service excellent. Food was spectacular, get the truffle and parmesan fries!
