When we booked online, free drink & 10% discount, we received neither… We advised staff at the Sands, they told us the drink card was only for $10… that wasn’t specified… Also at no time did they advise how to receive our 10% discount… Also breakfast only coffee ☕️ from a machine is available… Unfortunately we will be using Air B&B for our stays next time… 🙁

What a great little place. We had a 2am check in and reception staff were so great and accommodating. The rooms are so clean and very comfy. Great location for what we needed. If ever we are back in this area, we will certainly stay here again

We went to The Sands, in order to visit the Peninsula Hotspings. We spent two nights there. The check-in was easy and friendly. We had a great nights sleep. We had a morning breakfast buffet which had a good verity of selections. There is an area for pokies and a bar with great prices for alcohol. Would definitely visit again if I visit the area. Great spot to stay. Business or pleasure, or both! Recommended.

We stayed here a few months ago but our stay was too good not to leave a review. This gem of a hotel is not too far away from the Peninsula Hot Springs. The moment we we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk. We had complimentary welcome drinks, a well-appointed room, and plenty of parking space. Our only regret is not staying here longer!

We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we were not bothered at all by connecting/neighbouring rooms. The hotel cleaning staff were super helpful, took our rubbish bags and gave us clean towels when requested on the 2nd day. I used the guest laundry and found it to be easily accessible and reasonably priced. Children found the gym to be quite entertaining.Having the restaurant on site was great, the food was good, but truthfully the service at the restaurant could have been a bit better. They were very busy so can understand long wait times, staff just didn’t have the best attitude about it, would be willing to give them a second chance during a less busy time though.Overall The Sands by Nightcap Plus was a fantastic place to stay! Can not fault the hotel at all, would definitely stay again! :)

We stayed at the Sands last night and were seriously impressed. The decor is beautiful and equals any of the 5 star city hotels (better than many). Parking was close by with plenty of availability, breakfast was delicious, and both the reception and breakfast service staff were lovely. We even received 2 complimentary drink cards. Highly recommended a stay here.

Very modern and clean room. Definitely no complaints especially for the price. Great location next to the pblub as well as across the road from a shopping town square with a Kmart and woolworths. Really comfy stay, would not hesitate to go back.

This hotel is tremendous value for money. Along with the room we had complimentary drink vouchers, discount on meals and breakfast included. It's new and looks and feels first class. The room is very well appointed and includes a large TV, as well as all the things you could want. The bathroom is very well designed and has an excellent aesthetic. Absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms were good, cozy and well maintained! They even had a small gym on the second floor. Best of all, there is a Woolworths and Macdonalds right across the street. Also had the pleasure of seeing some of Australia's birds

The customer service upon arrival was excellent. Despite having a booking issue the service attendant at the reception did an excellent job in sorting out the issue and in minutes we got our room keys with all issues sorted. All the staff members in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Location is also convenient as there are shops and restaurants in the area, also the beach is only a 15 minutes drive away! Would definitely stay longer in the future and would highly recommend. 10/10!

Stayed one night, booked at last minute, unusually warm night no air con, no fan on stand, 14 year old son tried sleeping on floor to escape heat, No sleep, approached accommodation manager for refund full or partial, still waiting for promised call back 4 days later. Never again if any choice.

Stayed on a quick business trip and Im so glad I did. The rooms are a cut above anything else around town and so quick to get to off the freeway. Very convenient to have the hotel and breakfast next door and parking was free. Quiet, clean rooms with a good sized desk and natural light (good for zoom calls), wifi was also quick and easy to connect to.

Stayed here for three nights, it was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was well stocked with all the amenities you could want. Rare to get this level of service and quality from a hotel of this price. Would happily stay here again. Only issue experienced was the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, completing saturating the bath mat each time.

My wife stayed alone here and felt safe and welcome. Very friendly staff at reception. Right next to the pub and directly across the road from the shopping centre. Location to the peninsula is ideal if that is your aim. A newish hotel with modern facilities and great little touches that some other accom nearby lack. Definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed at the Nightcap plus in Carrum Downs for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The staff in every area including Dining Area. Meals were great with loads of options and the staff extremely courteous and friendly. An excellent place to stay in that area near Mornington peninsula.

My partner booked me a room here since I had a late night even near by. Upon entering the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfy I didn't want to get up the next morning! The location is great with shops right next door and the pub & bar on site was very good and the food was delicious. I went to the breakfast buffet in the morning and when the staff overheard I was getting married they came over with complimentary cake!

Modern style and quiet, a queen bed and ensuite. Very spacious and everything as expected. Gym looks decent. Great location with the pub/bistro/BWS right there. Across the road is Woolies, Kmart and other shops. Super convenient for my weekend off near workplaces.

Just out of the main part of Frankston but still close to everything with a shopping centre across the road.Peaceful nights sleep,comfy bed and the staff are super friendly and helpful.Breaki included it's a bargin price for the quality .You can also grab dinner or lunch at the bistro next door

I have stayed here twice and I’m very happy with it there rooms are clean. There bathroom is clean I’ve stayed in the twin room and the suite and I’m very pleased with it both. I’m definitely coming back again i highly recommend this place

Had a great stay here..room and bed were amazing..clean, tidy and so comfortable..went across to Bistro for breakfast and Tracy was the loveliest host you could wish for going above and beyond...Engaging and very helpful..will definitely be coming back..(breakfast was fantastic)👍👍keep up the good work guys...

Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was great and bed was comfy. There's a small gym on level 2 with a rowing machine, stationary bike, treadmill, a bench and some weights. There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer. Opposite it is Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre which has a Kmart, Woolworths, pharmacy, fast food, cafes, etc. Staff were also friendly. Check in and out was a breeze.

Checked in after 10pm by security staff as it was past check in desk hours, The room assigned to us was not what we had booked... 2 singles verses a king bed on first floor when specified that we needed a ground floor room with patio/balcony. The security person stated that they didn't know how to rectify the situation and took us to sands Bar to seek assistance from the manager there. 45 minutes after arrival we had a room with a queen bed no outside access. went to order room service from QR code provided for breakfast at 9am couldn't place order as service was not available, the room was clean.

Beautifully decorated rooms, worth the money. Close to a lot of things like the Sri Vishnu Shiva Mandir, Peninsula Hot Springs and lots of food options. Parking was also included for free. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay.

All about the detail! The larger than standard tv with on demand apps such as Netflix, the fridge size, bedding and room service. The studio itself was great, with a bonus of the restaurant and supermarket a stone throw away. The staff were welcoming, with a shoutout in particular to the lady working on the buffet breakfast 09/05 who was very hospitable and took pride in her job. Not one for reviews but this was worth a mention.
