Worst security and supervision.
The old security man at the door was off his head and didn't let me in just because I ignored his greetings. The supervisor "Ring" just couldn't speak English and agreed to whatever the security guard was mumbling.

This place will never not be my number 1. The staff are amazing, and the drinks are even better (you have to try the cocktails they offer). They have 4, not 1 but 4 pool tables!!! VIP lounge is also there, and you can select your own music to play from the dj system they have set up. The outside area has heaters for those chilly nights and the inside is very comfortable. Oh and if you do decide to drive, there is plenty of parking as well.

The staff are amazing. Absolute stars. They really make the place and what an awesome Pub it is. A real gem with character and style representing the best in the West and just what I want from "my local". The beer garden is my favourite part and with the lights out there of a night time, it's perfect.

There pokies don't pay .you will lose big time. This place needs to pay for there renovations first. ,This place is there cash cow.

The food was yummy. The staff were polite and friendly. It wasn’t overcrowded. Was clean inside. Easy to get a parking spot. enjoyed my time there. Lost one star because I thought my salad serving was a little skimpy but all the other food on the table seemed generous so overall I thought it was a good place to eat.

S/o to Katrina the server who made sure me and my friends were catered to and looked after the whole night - she was very warm and welcoming and made me and my friends very comfortable throughout the night.

Some time good sometimes bad.
But staff are Verry good.
Look after people.
And good response.
Including security guard also strong and Verry good person.
Allover good .
But play game some times to headache.

Previous times attending have been great but on this occasion security was rude and abrupt discriminating against our coworker not taking into consideration any form of disability, when I tried to tell the security guard before to give him a heads up and maintain our friends dignity, he shut me down. This was highly inappropriate and disgusting attitude from ‘ John’ who then advised thier manager that I was yelling at him. Respect your customers, you seem to forget they are the reason you have a job.

I went to the vauxhall inn yesterday afternoon on the way home from work. Just want to mention the 2 lovely guys working in the Gaming room. Amazing service, so welcoming and personable. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be returning.

I really like this pub. They have a Goodtimes Burgers (of Bondi beach fame) serving out if the bistro. The $5 Wednesday deals are awesome! Great food and a different burger every week. The staff are efficient and friendly. The place is neat and tidy, and they have a nice beer garden outside. If you're in the gaming section, they have excellent service; they'll bring you complimentary snacks and come and take your drink orders. They have tab facilities in the main bar, and a pool table too. Definitely one of my favourite pubs in the Parramatta area.

I can't remember a thing, which generally means I had a great time there.
The wind chicken on the roof points the wrong way, that needs the bearings replacing I'd imagine.

Great venue including VIP room where everyone is a winner... Great friendly customer service/order is just a push of a button and the security there is always on point of entering the premises and checking the venue especially when is very busy. Great indoor and outdoor space to have private functions huge plasma screens indoor and outdoor with pool tables as well. Thumbs Up!! The Vauxhall Inn is the place to check out on a Wednesday evening leading to the weekends.

Good pub,good service .The poker machines don't pay at all.They use to pay a couple years ago when they had the random jackpots.The jackpot stays on the machine for 3 to 6 months. That's not right.Every body is complaining no pay outs.I'm going to stop going there..I go to other pubs and they pay or makes you play for a while at least to enjoy responsible gambling.All the big players are playing at other places .I don't blame them.The machines are too tight.How can a machine not pay after putting 12 grand in it.

Disgusting attitude from the
security guard “John” seems like he forgets who customers are! I see I’m not the first person that made a complaint on him.
Action has not been placed, bad company still allowing an toxic employee to be rude to customers full time
If I can give this place zero stars I would.

Customer service in this venue is premium. Cosy ability to choose own music for FREE and $2 games of pool. Everystaff member is happy, friendly and always looking for ways to help. Beyond grateful and impressed. Gaming staff are second to none !! Thank you

Bucolic setting, located at the beginning of Parramatta Rd. I had 2 jugs of beer at 11:30am. Not much for ambience or atmosphere. Highly recommend venue if you've just been ripped off by the local second hand car dealership, or work at the local Boral factory. Ideal for the start (or end) of a great pub crawl.
