What a wonderful breakfast I had. It was 10/10. The service was also amazing. We had a lovely girl serve us.

We will definitely be back to The Watermark when visiting Townsville.
The service and food is fantastic.
We had our dog with us and asked if he could sit in the outside area with us.
That was no problem at all. Then the bar tender bought our dog out a bowl of cold water and a dog treat on a plate!! Now that is service. Our food was bought out in good time and was good value for money. Loved the tunes being played and the view of the ocean as well. Highly recommend a visit.

We went for our anniversary, the staff were so friendly and the food was great! We really appreciated the special effort that the team did by signing a card congratulating our special evening. Can’t wait to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our meal at the Watermark tonight. The atmosphere was great, the food delicious and the service excellent. The fish pasta that we had was very tender and tasty and the caesar salad was outstanding. I would definitely recommend having a meal at the Watermark especially at sunset.

We had lunch here today and loved. We had the oysters mignonette, spring rolls, and garlic prawns.
The oysters were delicious, and mignonette was so refreshing. The only issue here was shell in each oyster I had. The garlic prawns were amazing. Cooked in a garlic butter confit style onions with onions... absolutely delicious!
Service was great, attentive, and quick. We will come back.

The Watermark was wonderful. We had the seafood platter and my God it was delicious. Amazing food and wonderful location. The only negative was we had to ask twice for a glass of wine for my wife.

the rib eye was divine! cooked to perfection.
my partner had the garlic prawns, which was so good, no picture, sadly, as it was devoured too quickly.
on the pricier side, but truly worth it.

There is nowhere else in Townsville like the Watermark it is a true icon! Great location on the strand with friendly staff and fast service. Love the pizza and two for $29 takeaway special. Whether you are sitting in the bar or restaurant you will have a great time with uninterrupted views of the water and Maggie Island. We also appreciate the underground parking.

Second time visiting The Watermark while in Townsville. Really enjoyed my food both times. This visit was definitely my favorite meal yet.
My only gripe is the resin on the wooden tabletops are not appealing. Although the majority of people would know the stickiness was due to the resin reacting with the heat of the sun, others may not and would put this down to 'dirty tables'.
I would re-sand the tops to eliminate any bad feedback. It's not pleasant where you can't even pick the menu up because it's stuck to the table your going to be eating your meal from!
Great service and lovely atmosphere right on The Strand.

Saw Watermark recommended as a must-do in Townsville and it's no wonder why. The staff were amazing and friendly (especially Lidia - thanks for the chats) and the view, drinks and food were brilliant. We shared scallops & oysters for an entree and then fish Tacos and muscles for the mains. So fresh, tasty and filling. The cocktails (especially the Watermark Margarita) were spot on.
Highly recommended for a meal in Townsville.

One of my frequent visit places! Food portion is HUGE! Staff were super attentive and quick to spot any one who needed any help with anything and most importantly, very friendly & genuinely happy to help. Food is always fresh and tasted so good with quick serving time. Always happy to be there!

Now I would of given 5 star for the food but the entrees lacked, we got the chicken wings which were so dry and old, it wasn't a good start but im glad we stayed because I ordered the lamb shoulder for main which was amazing! Fall off the bone, and the mint paste topped it off.

Nice pub on the water front of townsville, waiter said there is a qr code on table to order, i got to table no qr code no menus nothing. She came back with a menu saying in this case order at the bar. Was strange. I ordered the chicke l Caesar salad. It was nice alot of dressing though,

Lidia went above and beyond in providing us warm and exceptional customer service on both visits to the watermark. She also gave us some great recommendations for spots to see for our next visit to Townsville. Thank you Lidia, our dining experience wouldn’t have been the same without you!

It's really nice view and atmosphere. I use to take one of the bar tables, what means no table service, just qrcode order or bar order.
The food is OK, depends on the day. The first time I had a pizza there was good, the next one was just reasonable. I've been there for the promos, burger and schooner and prawns bucket and none of them worth a meal. Disappointing

I have had a glass of wine in many countries around the world but never have I paid $29.94 for two glasses of wine! Absolutely disgraceful. Better strap your fat wallets on for these bar prices!

Had the most delicious food here, I ordered the prawn and chorizo risotto. Great vibe and atmosphere. Service was pretty good too!

Had dinner here. Short walk from our accommodation. Liked the menu so we chose to come here. Had the salad that I can't pronounce with chicken. Hubby had the steak sandwich, which he was impressed with. Quite impressed with our waiter Nick. Very efficient and engaging but not intrusive. If we're ever in Townsville again I'd be a return customer.

Great venue for the family, friends or for a celebration. Perfectly located along the strand, ocean breeze and plenty of life and fresh air. The staff are a fabulous bunch, treated us great and where just wonderful. The food is good, actually very good, could not fault it at all. Had a fabulous time. Highly recommend. Enjoy xxxxx

Great location with view for a family meal. We went late lunch and didn't need a booking. Something for everyone on the menu. Fish Taco entree was great. Kids chicken bites and chips were great and my 7yo thought they were the best of her life. Fish and Chips, calamari and steak sandwich all good. Great friendly service

Food was amazing and the service is a 10 of 10.
Very kind front staff and good chefs, they took care of all the details and sent my food quickly.
I am not a big fan of fish tacos but the coleslaw with avocado was a really good match with the battered fish which was juicy inside and crispy outside.
Thai Beef Salad was just perfect, meat was cooked between a rare and medium rare, it was cold to be a Grilled steak but it didn't annoying me as it was a meat on top of a salad. The dressing has a perfect balance of flavours and the peanuts definitely gave a special touch of Thailand food.
All the food seems to be fresh.
As a Chef living in Townsville, I totally recommend this restaurant.
My special compliments to the chef and kitchen team, I can see them passionate and hard work through the food.

First timing dinning at watermark and was blown away by the quality of service. As soon as we walked in was greeted and made to feel welcome esp cause it was my birthday brunch. The staff was very accommodating, and quick to serve with a fantastic attitude. The food was DELICIOUS and great value for money, this may be my fav breakfast menu!! Huge shout out to Seb & Jonathan. Seb had the best attitude always serving and responding when our table needed something even with the HEAT. Johnathon had a warm smile and great hospitality. A card from the staff was the icing on the cake! All my breakfast events will be with you guys from now on! Appreciate the whole team xx

Ambience top notch.
Waiters are too busy but are very kind and well mannered. But it's hard to get an exact idea what you are ordering without any picture of the food item you wish to have. That side I was a bit disappointed.
But overall good restaurant

A good place for a meal and a drink. Close to the beach with open air seating, the meals were good and the live music was enjoyable. There is also a large screen for the sports enthusiasts.

Absolutely amazing! Booked a table for a birthday dinner, staff surprised us with a handwritten birthday card, birthday song and sparkler on the dessert!!! The food was sooo delicious and we have been looked after very well. Thank you to the Watermark team to make this dinner very special!!! Highly recommend, will be back for sure 🫶
