Worst food ever
Chips were like fish and chips but really bad fish and chip shop chips
Well done steak looked like that
Parmi was dry and chewy and inedible
No refund, everyone left hungry

We went on a Sunday night and the service was quite bad. The staff were friendly and nice but the wait times were long. Took over 15 minutes to order food, they'd run out of clean forks at 6:30 and I had to wait until some were clean. Wait times to order a drink were about 15 or so minutes as well. Food took 50 minutes to come out. On the positive the food was excellent. May have just been an unlucky night crowd wise.

We had a delicious meal of barramundi salad and chips followed by a small serving of pav. Perfect senior meal for me. Looking forward to our next visit. So nice to have happy people giving great service.Thank you.

We come here after golf at Geelong club, 2 course lunch special for $15 was so cheap, fish and cheese cake were good. But coffee, definitely not recommend it, I only had one sip... Just order beer instead.

Visited with cousin who is a regular. He raved about the food, and I was not disappointed. I had the silverside, which was very tender and tasty.
Staff were very friendly and our meals came out very quickly.
Would definitely recommend. A good basic pub

The yardz is a great little pub .. u went for lunch and there was a great range of dishes for lunch including many Parma’s from around the world
I had the porterhouse & salad & chips. Cooked perfectly
There is a dining side & the general side. Both have great service. The staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was great

The satay chicken cob loaf was amazing :)
The steak was cooked to perfection was definitely worth it x

Somewhat typical of a country pub. Yet one located in the city of Geelong. The service was prompt and the net cold, however the bar lady had the personality of a slug. Liked the open air area out back

Old pub in need of a bit of love, but staff are all super friendly, and the serving sizes of meals are generous.
Prices are fairly consistent with other pubs these days (I.e. you don't get much for your money). Had the calamari salad. Didn't feel too well afterwards.

Not bad ( Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday ) for lunch two course main & sweets for $17:00 not bad meals well worth a visit 😀 😉 😊.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Steak had a lot of gristle. Expected more for the cost of the meal.

Nice separate restaurant with great pub meals. I love the under cover outdoor area, great for get togethers and parties!

Parma & Flathead Tails!
The manager (I’m guessing team member was the manager?) was lovely! So helpful and hard working, made the lunch as good as it was!
The food was amazing and really hit the spot!
Highly recommend this spot for flat head tails and or their famous Parma’s!

Just popped in for a great meal and a much needed beer. The staff were very friendly and the food was great, very nice pub. I'm from Adelaide I know a good pub when I see one. Would definitely recommend. They had Guinness on tap too!

Had the chicken Kiev. It has repeated on me all night. Average meal. Chicken was a real let down, get better at Aldi. Male staff member was good. Polite and friendly.

Good sizes meal, wonderful friendly staff. Great pub to have a family meal. Rare find. Every Sunday is parmigiana night.

Good pub for a decent meal, they used to have better specials that are still on their FB page but they won’t honour them. Anyway, the parmy of the months is pretty good, as is the butchers block. And plenty of beers on tap

Firstly the welcoming was overwhelming I took my sister and her boyfriend today to show my appreciation for
what my sister does for me the meals are value for money large well presented and delicious and my steak was cook perfectly amazing thank you Carol and the team

Country style pub. Gets loud. The lady serving us was amazing! There was not a single vegetarian main item! Only have salads for vegetarians. If you are a super hungry vegetarian, you will stay hungry. My friends ordered other dishes and it was fine.

A hidden gem! Great food and drinks at a very reasonable price compared to other local pubs. Will definitely be back.

A charming Australian pub vibe, complete with pool table and stools and tables. Great ambience in the main area and staff were lovely and friendly. I had the basic parmi (not on parmi day (sunday)) and it was pretty good. Not mind-blowing, but pretty good. Will have to come back for the world parmi menu on a Sunday- it looks grouse. Aching to give this place 5 stars but will wait to see how the English parmi is.
