WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MIA!
I have been coming to the three swallows for several years, tonight I was in the pub waiting for the waitress Mia!!!! Over 20 minutes to get me a drink she told me that I need to wait then I went up to her saying I need a drink my moths dry and I’m really thirsty can I please get my drink now and she said I have to wait and that she couldn’t get me a drink because she needed to empty all the machines from money and that I have to wait??? Where ever did any customer service place make the customer who was thirsty wait ?? Only MIA!? I waited over 20 minutes for a drink This girl has the worst customer service ever and this is not the first time she has been rude about giving me a drink she should not be working in a customer service place like this then I waited around for another 10 minutes for the manager, and I couldn’t get through to the manager I am disgusted worst customer service ever

Went for the bistro and really enjoyed the chicken schnitzel. Solid portion size for $22, schnitzel was battered well and tasted great. Mushroom sauce was also great and costs $2 extra but is worth it. Chips and salad is average but the chicken is a winner. Plenty of seating, would recommend.

Well to be Very honest. This place is definitely underestimated, headed in for the evening to watch a main event that was playing and I was extremely impressed with The layout. The outside area Was great with a big screen and sound to fill out The area. Decided to have dinner before hand and I honestly was impressed with how delicious The food Was. The quality was on-par with your restaurants. If I could honestly look at having anything possibly improved I would probably say a great few extra sets of outdoor Furniture/couches and some floor Standing heaters would Really accommodate for the perfect Winter night's at the local. Well done Guys definitely heading back in.

Watched Tonga VS New Zealand rugby game. Nice out door area to have a drink and watch the game. Had a feed after, pretty good grub.

Standing by the bar waiting to order for almost 5mins.. the staff on the other end counting coins “for” the till.. a man with lighter feature comes along she stops what she’s doing and serves him instead…whereas here I am standing waiting to be served heavily pregnant with a darker complexion.. didn’t know such bias behaviour still existed..NIL apology nothing.. NIL smile on the face…Poor customer service… We come here almost every fortnight never encountered this type of customer service..

Over cooked food and undercooked steak took my food back the chefs were eating in the kitchen and on was on the chef counter on his phone. Took 20 minutes for my partners steak to be brought back and that's on a night with 4 tables with diners!! Horrible service would not recommend.

Ordered the barramundi lunch special before 20 people in a group of 21. Everyone got their food and finished eating except myself.
Followed up on my order 3 times and the chef had no clue where it is.
Then they found out the buzzer is not charged. They should have checked before giving me the buzzer.
When i finally got my food the fish was so small and very fishy and disgusting and very oily and the oil tasted like it hasnt been changed in a long time

No Vegan options at all. Only a Pizza for vegetarians. Disappointing we are not catered for. Not much entertainment anymore except karaoke on Saturday nights. Very pokies orientated but awesome staff. Reno's make the place look old fashioned & the pub is very closed off in sections now. Also the furniture rearranging in the outdoor beer garden make it impossible for a lot of the middle smaller tables to see the footy on the big screen. Seems silly to me!

Nice local pub to hang out at. Love the food and portions are generous!
Clean and amazingly friendly staff. Pool tables are a bonus and spacious outdoor .. give it a go!

Nice local pub, recently renovated and has a kids play area. Decent food for decent price. There's a list of lunch deals, including the popular Tradies' Lunch - steak, chips & salad & a drink for less than $20. Well worth it if you are in the area and looking for a feed.

My boss has been suggesting I should go to this place for about 3 years. I finally bit the bullet and was expecting an outdated retro diner experience surrounded by senior citizens but was pleasantly surprised. Whilst the place was empty, it was quite clean and look recently refurbished. Ordered the chicken schnitty and cheeseburger and held up pretty well. $5 coronas was also good value. I would recommend this place for corporate Christmas parties and general work lunches.

Lamb souvlaki is my favourite so far and I also reckon they make the best pizzas in Bankstown. Let's hope they don't start cutting costs and corners, then I'll then have to start exploring for better places!!!!! By the way nobody gets five stars from me except for my mum, so don't feel bad three swallows.

Karaoke night is awesome with a 9:30pm start.....meals from the bistro are good, recommended the pizza, garlic and cheese crust ,nachos, chicken burger and ceaser salad. Easy location to find being on the corner of Hume HWY and Rookwood Rd, parking seems to be not an issue. Bar staff are friendly

Just a pub with great food, friendly staff and a drive thru bottleshop. Currently undergoing a few renovations but still open for business.

I used the entrance from the car park. There is a set of about 8 steps and also a ramp for wheelchair access which brings you to the outdoor seating area.
The entrance leads into the Bistro that has TV's on the walls showing different sport for you to watch while eating your meal. To get a drink you must go to the small bar next door. The bar has high tables and stools and also lounges. A small TAB is partitioned off at one end. The gaming room entrance is also from this bar.
The Bistro was busy at lunch time and the food was the usual pub type. I asked where the public bar was and was told it was being renovated and it was noisy. Things might be different when the renos are finished.

Has been renovated. Looks better but not much atmosphere but we were there on a Monday night!! Meal size was pretty good.

Great venue, perfect for families and anyone wanting a good, generously sized, tasty, and reasonably priced meal and drinks. Modern venue with excellent facilities and friendly and efficient service. Our group was well catered for in a private space just off the dining room, but still enjoying the relaxed vibe and friendly atmosphere of the venue. Clean, safe, modern, and relaxed with lots of parking on site. Highly recommended.

Great venue for Functions! Function Room is a hidden gem. Newly renovated and such a nice modern room with private bathroom. Food servings are large and such yummy food. Highly recommend.

Great people in the restaurant. Beautiful fitout and family facilities. Biggest issue is that it always smells like cigarettes because of the gaming rooms. Badly ventilated so use the courtyard area.

Great food average service.
Booked a table of 15 for a birthday but no booking was made. I told them I'll be bringing a cake, but no plates or cutlery were available for the cake. They ended giving us some small paper plates for the pieces of cake but it wasn't enough, so we had to use their dinner plates for the cake. They didn't have small spoons or forks to eat the cake with, so we ended up using the table spoons to eat the cake.
In a positive side, the chicken parmigiana was great. It was Pitt about the average service. I wouldn't recommend booking a function at this place.

Good place to enjoy Time liked the recent renovations as well however the staff especially in VIP are unprofessional. They don't greet nor care made requests from the machine came after 20 minutes beyond and when asked for a soft drink then staff she split on my clothes & seat.
No sorry nothing but she gave excuse of something, very very poor service!
The security Guards are amazing, very welcoming & friendly always. Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friday nights are the vibes with Australias Got Talent super talented contestant James Kerr entertaining guests with karaoke nights!! You don't need to have a great voice although that's a huge bonus, but your vibe is what counts. Bar service could do with improvement to meet the demands of customers who are out to embrace their TGIF. Meet James who is without a doubt a beautiful and humble human being with vocals to make your heart soar or melt.
If you love karaoke then head on down to Three Swallows in Bankstown. Easy to find on the Hume Highway with plenty of parking. Whether you're single or duo or maybe adventurous then Three Swallows is the place to be.

DO NOT order the caesar salad with poached egg. The egg pre-cooked and then frozen because it was only JUST thawed - very cold. The bacon was also cold. I complained and the staff insisted this was "correct". It is NOT. Meal very disappointing; service even worse. (Even ChatGPT (AI) get's it right: )

A local of the area I used to be a regular decades ago. Much has changed since then with more renovations being done now.
Very clean, indoor and outdoor area to eat food from bistro. Now, I'm quite fussy with food and I'm happy to say every dish I've ordered has come to me piping hot and full of fresh produce.
Yum.
Recently widowed I've not wanted to go out but tummy rumbles insist I do, so I made myself go and I felt ok being alone.
Other patrons did not pester me and staff were lovely.
