Yo this place bussin, an entire plate of meat for like $30? Yes please, meat me up baby. I loved it, I’ll drive 6 hours everyday to get a plate of delicious, succulent meat if it wasn’t for my pesky job. Loved it, I love meat and therefore I loved it.

Wonderful place to take family. Lg play area for young children. Food is excellent, service quick and staff friendly.

Wonderful meal , chicken Snittzel could have been a bit hotter , but they were very busy and run off there feet , so no complaints really .

We tried a pub meal at Toormina Hotel. It's not too bad. Chips nice and crisp. Battered flathead fish was enjoyable. Chicken schnitzel was great. Extra charge on my beer, as I was not a pub member. This is wrong and deterred me from purchasing a second beverage with my meal. The atmosphere was pleasant.

We had a late lunch at the Toormina Hotel today. The menu was great and the food was delicious. The great thing for me was the large gluten free menu. I usually find only one or two rather uninspiring gf meals to choose from, and have even had a couple of outings where there has been nothing for me to eat at all, so to find so many varied dishes really made my day. My meal was beautiful and I thank you for considering all your customers' needs.

Took us more than 30mins for our order to come out to our table. But luckily, the food tastes so good, I really mean it! You must try their pork belly and tex mex, the meat is so juicy and tender. - @foodjournal_byjess

To be honest, probably the best burger I have ever had.
Toormina hotel is huge, plenty of different spaces to sit down and eat. Wide selection of beers and drinks. Great vibes and setting. The chef was very welcoming and provided us with some beautiful food. Not overpriced either.

Staff were lovely. The food was delicious and the pub is dog friendly. It has a big play area for the kids too.

So great! Chilled out atmosphere, easy menu (not overwhelmed with choices), food was great, clean and a children’s PLAYGROUND!
My husband and I got to sit and eat a meal out with our kiddies for the first time in nearly 3 years thanks to the playground. 3 kiddies makes eating out a little difficult so I’m so thankful they thought of families. Very happy!

Really enjoyed our meal at the Toormina Hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable, dog friendly and they even entertained the kids with arts and crafts for free. Would definitely recommend 👌

Poor lighting outside. My 91yo father fell over. The rubber strip on the carpark has minimal reflective tape and therefore not easily visible along with the lack of lighting and the hotel management deflected to the shopping centre for responsibility despite saying he had new reflective tape in his office. Just didn't have time to put it on☹️

Looks great since recent renovations.
Perfectly cooked steak served in the pleasant outdoor area on a weekday.
Has kids play area attached , so could be noisy at certain times.
Happy to return to try out more of the menu.
15/05/24 Edit: Had the 350g Rump with salad & chips.
Upgraded to the surf & turf option. Medium rare.
Perfectly cooked steak, generously topped with prawns & calamari in a light creamy garlic sauce. Calamari was also excellent, soft not chewy, thoroughly enjoyable, love the chips also, highly recommend.
My partner had the Beef Nachos.
Unfortunately was a bit of a fail.
Needs a bit of work technically as a few other reviewers have mentioned, and may need a bit of a rethink by the chef to make it work.
She should have sent it back really, as couldn't eat it.
Not recommended that one unfortunately.(sorry no photo)
Still happy to recommend the Toormina Hotel though.

Last night, my group had a fantastic dining experience. My sister visiting from Sydney was blown away by the quality of the whole thing. Thanks to all! You rock! PS: us locals knew that it would be good.

I have not been to this venue for many years. I was pleasantly suprised. It has a great family atmosphere.The food looks good, tastes good and is well priced.
Highly recommended for a enjoyable experience.

I had the double seared smoke sirloin and Greek salad and sweet potato chips.
The meal was awesome the steak was
10 out of 10.
There menu is so good.

Had a great experience at Toormina Hotel. Initially I was worried as it was a very busy day and they let us know our food would take an hour, but they brought out the kids food first (thank goodness) and I don’t think the food took the full hour to arrive. The portions were massive, everything we ordered was delicious and well made. The meat platter could easily feed 2. Will be back.

Great food and very welcoming to our cavoodles. The waitress doted over Bob and Rosie. The chef even brought out dinner for our dogs. Probably the best meal they’ve ever had.

Fabulous food, cocktails, service incredible and just has everything, including easy parking. 5 star ✔️👌🐾🐾

Best thing going here is the staff and that lovely lady Dianne works hard, is alway friendly, remembers everyone names. She is a legend, happy cheerful and gracious, count your blessing and realise what a treasure she is for this business. Trendy young girls don’t cut the class this lovely woman has…. Oh the food is good as well.

Absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, our meals came out on time. Loved the tap,order and pay option from our table. And the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back here.

3.6 out of 5. Nice pub and certainly very lively and friendly on a Friday night. It’s cavernous out back but with a nice Bistrot area with a nice potted plants theme going on. It was very noisy and busy early on but not in a problematic way. The young staff were lovely and all did their jobs superbly. Clever wine list here, good prices and good choices. The food is good. Not outstanding but good. Our respective dishes of fish and chips, the palms burger and the vegan laksa were very respectable and we enjoyed them. We’d happily have this as our local and return regularly.
