With the renovations happening the Tradies menu is very limited. It is also very expensive. The experience is a division Away from the goals of the club. I’m disappointed with the food we ordered and the coat. I am lactose intolerant and due to that I had to pay more to have a meal I was not going to have a reaction. Sorry tradies I think you are going to lose members

Well run club, similar to an RSL, Very clean and tidy, great seating areas and modern facilities. All staff were helpful and very polite. Our meals.. sirloin steak with chips and salad, rack of ribs with chips and salad were very nice and plentiful, I just managed to finish my ribs. We're looking at visiting again soon

Was very pleased to see a nice club with great food. Staff were dressed immaculately and the service was excellent. So good I went back the next night for the menu items I couldn’t decide on!

Very expensive. Food was good and came out quickly which is why the three star however it did cost $27 for a glass of wine and a bottle of coke. Restaurant is near the gaming room and the female toilets were not open so not sure where under age females would go as only toilets acceptable were in the gaming room where under 18s are not permitted. Service was good and they were pleasant.

Tradies/Willow Lounge Grill looks great, lots of space around the tables and nicely relaxed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The menu and food are typically 'club', probably better that some we have tried and that is reflected in the price. Lots of GF on the menu too, we would go back on our next visit to the area.

The service at the front desk was great, with warm and friendly staff. Upstairs, staff went above and beyond, providing colouring materials and drawings to entertain our restless kids. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The garlic bread entree lacked flavour and my wife's chicken schnitzel was bland and accompanied by cold veggies, although they did replace them upon request. My $19 pesto pasta was disappointingly small and tasted more like Thai green curry sauce over pasta, which was quite unusual. Considering the price, the portion sizes were inadequate, making it feel like a rip-off. For quality food and decent portions, I’d prefer to dine at a proper restaurant. I won't be returning to Tradies in the future.

The food from Willow was great for the price. How restaurant food should be in comparison to a home cook meal. Customer service was extremely exceptional. Kindness all around from every staff member, especially in regards to my 'energetic' children. Going beyond what was necessary. Thank you

Quiet club. Good place for gathering and talking. Staff are very polite. A lot of parking spaces. Our favourite dish is “roast of the day” with yummy roasted pumpkin, potatoes and pork or beef. Very tender.

Pork roast was inedible. Been disappointed every time. So upsetting. Thanks to Tradies for reply however it is the responsibility of your staff to ensure food is edible before it leaves the kitchen. You employ people to perform quality control. I will not embarrass my family by complaining. It is just poor form on you part.

My friend and I had a great night until we ordered snacks while playing poker machines. We have been charged for the food that is supposed to be a complementary snack. Unreal, the club must be losing money 🤑 And we gave the bar tender complementary smile..😀

Haven't been for 'a while', & found the Willow being renovated. Temporary located in the upper room where Chinese used to live. Still great food & wonderful service. Thanks Guys, well done keeping the Willow alive. :)

Good food, good service, excellent facilities. The staff are very welcoming. It has a standard Australian fare restaurant on the ground floor. There is also gelato and a fine array of cakes.

Fantastic meals and really friendly and professional staff. Inside is really well presented, with great cosy restaurant feel without feeling cramped. The current Tuesday special is American style ribs for $19 which are absolutely delicious, with heaps of meat on and around the bones. Highly recommended

Excellent atmosphere. Tradies have created a group of clubs that are a pleasure to go to for dinner, celebrate or have a meeting, or even a wake in over several areas. A cut above the average club. Staff are well trained, polite, courteous, and professional.

Dived into Tradies Gymea for my birthday bash, hoping for a stellar lunch and a dab of gaming. The culinary journey was an enigma—interesting but not quite fast on the draw. After munching, I ventured briefly into the gaming area, a neat corner of the venue, but let's not dwell on that. What's Vegas without a bit of mystery, right? Except here, the real suspense was wondering when my drink might appear amidst the slow service. In a nutshell, Tradies Gymea: where time slows down, and the food's a gamble, but the charm's in the attempt. Service with a smile, pace of a snail, but a spot with potential if you're not in a rush!

Dinner tonight for first time in a few weeks. All I can say is your new menu is dogs balls. Who serves chicken schintzel without the house gravy or rump steak without mushroom sauce. You have lost a regular with your new menu.

Bring a Medicare card! Apparently a driver license is not enough and I need another form of ID like Medicare card to check in to the venue. (Because I look under 25!?) Even a member needs a driver license to get in (because the member is 25) Never in any other RSL, and this is not my first time here, but first time for Medicare. Spoken to the manager and this is their policy???? Under 21 needs 3x ID and under 25 need 2x ID and member card does not count? Sounds like a protection to their staff or they don’t follow their policy previously? Whichever is the ‘policy’, front staff need more training.

A decent feed for an RSL type place, like most others the food will not set your taste buds on a culinary journey but then you don't expect that here for the pricing. Good range of specials over the weeknights and cheap drinks.

Absolutely filling, satisfying and scrumptious. Michelle was a great host. Not intrusive but helpful. I have to say the lamb shank was the best I have ever had. It just melted off the bone. And deserts, we'll see for yourself.
