About Twin Willows Hotel
Modest rooms in a roadside lodging with a garden, a restaurant and 2 bars, plus an outdoor pool. Built in 1962, this simple roadside hotel is a minute’s walk from a metro stop, 7 km from the Auburn Botanical Gardens and 12 km from the Sydney Super Dome. The 10 straightforward rooms feature flat-screen TVs; tea and coffeemaking facilities are available. Amenities include a casual restaurant, 2 bars showing big-screen sports, and a cafe with patio seating, as well as a liquor store and a game room. Worse place we ordered the t bone from .
I ordered three t bone medium rare but not a single one is medium rare and went to ask chef that we ordered medium rare but all the stake are cooked to medium well to well done. He replied stakes are too thin cannot cook medium rare . Thought next time i should bring for them thick one for them to cook right . What a wastage of money spent bloody $ 126 .

We recently went for my sons birthday. A few pizzas were ordered, and they were all full of cheese and limited toppings. One of my sons had a burger and chips, which was probably the best meal. I had sweet potato fries with aioli, the aioli was beautiful, but the chips were very dry and tasteless. Great atmosphere and friendly staff though. Wouldnt go back again unfortunately

We had such an amazing lunch here today. Everyone was raving about their meals. The salmon is the best I’ve ever eaten and the crunchy chicken bites were amazing!!

We had a burger lunch here. Wagyu and chicken burgers were nicely done however the best were the chips. I'm not one to give good reviews as I'm extra picky when it comes to chips but these were really good. I finished all my chips with ease. If you like your chips crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside then this is the place for you!

Very rude receptionist call to ask question as I’ve never been here. She was very rude and condescending and she hung up the phone on me.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful, and the food at the bistro was to die for. Unfortunately, 5 stars is the max... these guys deserve more

The decor on the bar and restaurant area is light and airy, it reminds me of the coast. The manager/owner is very friendly. However the chicken burger did not match the quality of the venue, the chicken was very dry and bland, the burger actually tasted better after I removed the dry chicken. Overall all good venue for catch up with friends

Terrible service, staff walk around with angry faces, not nice or helpful when you speak to any of them, they answer like you are bothering them. Outside area is so dirty, looks like it hasnt has a gurney or anything other than surface clean in years, it's freezing in gaming area and staff not nice at all. It's been like this for years but I think time to say something.

Stopped in for dinner and had a nice scotch fillet sandwich. Nice meal in a comfortable and clean environment.

Stopped in after an event at quodos bank arena for dinner. The pizza was delicious, especially the base. The hamburgers are a good size and the chips crispy. The bar tender was super friendly. I will definitely eat there again.

Recently visited the bistro for lunch with my elderly parents and my siblings. The staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and were very attentive to my mum and dad. The food was great too (and great value!) but the attention shown by the staff is what made a "lunch" into a very memorable meal. It will now be a family favourite for all of us.

My son was threatened by the bartender named Andy today , he has a uk accent and would refuse to give him water . He was threatened that he would get a hit across the head because the bartender refused to serve him water and he was complaining about his minimum wage to my teenage son. My son was upset scared and frightened . From what I hear he is the manager something needs to change , he is a threat to customers , I heavily encourage to stay away

My napkin was thicker and juicier than the $38 steak you served me that came with 9 chips. You used to have the best steaks with generous portions, not anymore.
I have been eating here for years, but haven't been for a few months. Never again. Raised prices and reduced portions, food is junk now.

Love this pub, great service, great food and great prices !! I highly recommend the rump steak ! Perfectly cook and the quality of the meat is way better than anyone in the area. Has a great spot for kids in the alfresco area, with a little playground area. The ladies servicing the bar are soooo polite. Nice variety within menu as well !!

last wed night had the chefs special barra burger for $21,what a joke, expecting something special from the chef and got a deep fried piece of crumbed fish they got from the supermarket.
For the home pub of the laundy group what a hole, obviously no respect for locals as this must be the worst pub in their zillion dollar stable. Staff are very friendly BUT very poor spirit selection behind the bar, everything is dated old and mismatched. Seems this local who is now rich only cared about gaming and little else.
Walking past other dinners seems like most on the menu is just deep fried and cheap.
I hope someone acts on this and decides to repay locals and build a great pub for the locals.

I normally don't write reviews but I ordered a rump medium and it was burnt on the outside and bleeding in the middle. They offered to cook it more but the outside was burnt enough. Also we couldn't play pool as one family had the adults on one table and their kids on the other lol
At least gurney the playground lol the spiders scared my daughter away.

I'm so happy I took the chance and stayed at this pub hotel! The rooms were renovated and clean, shower head and hot water was awesome. The food from the bistro down in the pub was tasty and large servings. My only gripe was I wish there was another pillow per person, and check out instructions wernt given so noone was there to take the keys back. We just left them in the rooms.|On the whole I highly recommend!

I just want to thank Kate from the Twin willows as she really was just a beautiful soul in helping me and my family get dinner. We’ve been sick at home and she made ordering our dinner. She was just so lovely. Thank you Kate for organising our dinner with ease…and for the garlic bread and waters too!

Had lunch there today and enjoyed it as usual. Good to see more people there today and social distancing maintained between reserved tables. I expect there'll be a LOT more families there tomorrow for Mother's Day!💐❤
PS: I still miss seeing the ribs on the menu!

Had a fantastic night, nice ambience and the staff was so nice and very efficient. The rooms were good and very clean and comfy beds. Definitely would return there.

Friday night staff you are amazing!! Felt like home in the karaoke side, pokies aren't to bad but geeze they aren't that great either lol, food is a bit pricey but it's a little bit better then pub meals so you get what ya pay for

Food here has always been on & off. Been plenty of times and sometimes a certain dish will be nice but the last meal has put me off. Very dry schnitzel, I get it's a special though doesn't mean quality has to be down. I've also always been put off by the service being quite rude, like they feel annoyed while you're putting an order in. Place has potential though it's lacking.
