Your bartenders only care about their ‘friends’ (locals) they flirt until they’re given money from them and don’t care about other people, people getting abused especially girls by older men and instead of resolving the situation we get compensated With drinks. The girls who work there play pokies with their friends during shifts and ignore the customers around them. It is an absolutely appalling atmosphere which deserves no recognition what so ever.

What was once a cool little bar is nothing but a pokie den now. The actual bar area is a long table with some chairs and TAB promotions for horse racing. The remainder of the venue are poker machines. Sydney, YOU SUCK!

very rude service for the gaming table. The Thai Girl just coming nd said just left if we not play, me nd my friends even still choosing which machine we will play nd report us to the security. Its so Rude

Very bad service in gaming, went to collect $41.50 they gave me 30 five cent coins. Omg, tried to speak to manager about the bad service and he listened for 3 seconds before walking off.. security guard had more understanding. Still waited 5-10 minutes to get the $1.50. The 2 gaming girls over crowd me when nothing is going on, and disappear when you need them.. lots of money going through the machines, but gaming girls making experience horrible. Just want to leave feeling 🤯👎

V-bar pub those staff especially the manager name “SIA” in VIP LOUNGE are very racial & very rude don’t know what’s right-wrong.! Last night I was playing one of the poker machine one customer & two staff said the machine was on RESERVE! “I said it wasn’t on Reserve” Go & check the Cameras before you & your giving tip customer keep on accusing & abusing me.
So after checking all the cameras carefully I was rightful, Then staff & the manager no they were wrong without an apology turned their back trying to ignore me then walked away, I said excuse me miss you & the other staff own me an apology. instead of saying SORRY to me. “BUT NO Straight away said I was a loud voice that’s impossible WHY”.? & call security get my money out & kick me out of the venue. I will report this incident to the Headquarters. think twice before you go there not just lose your money you’ll lose your dignity as well it has happened to a lot of other customers already.

Watch your staff, staff and security here was extremely rude.
to be honest place are Amazing but Staff zero knowledge of how to do a customer services.
I walked in,Security and staff follow me from behind( which is I didnt notice that) They asked me how much drink that i had? Security told me not to drink anymore!!!!! The Fact
I don’t even drink one drop of alcohol i just had my spicy dinner from Satang thai with TAP WATER thought want to go there stay a little bit with my friend but they dont know how to treat customers nicely then i just walked OFF!!!!!! Bye will never come here anymore ,the staff and security at Satang thai much more Nice and polite!!!!!
If you planing to go there for have fun FORGET IT !!!

The security guard with mustache at the entrance was extremely rude.
Me and my mate wanted to play pokies and we both had more than $8k each to spend that night. We had zero alcohol and the seccy saw me driving and coming out of my car. Still, he didn't even ask for IDs and just rudely said to try another venue.
Upon asking him the reason for denying entry to the venue, he kept repeating the same words like a Robo: "I don't have to give you a reason."
You guys have a lot of competition around. If your staff treat people like this then you definitely will lose a lot of customers.
I would definitely never enter this place and will make sure my friends and family are aware of the attitude of that seccy.

This is my go to place every time I want to have a nice thai meal and enjoy a night with friends after work. It has 2 sections. One is a restaurant and one is a sports bar with pokies and tab. The food is good, drinks are standard like you’d expect in a pub. I like to watch footy and eat and drink here. Definitely worth a visit. The food is available till half past midnight. Definitely recommended.

The Vietnamese looking bar person ( yes i know i am being a racist) is very racist and rude. Hopefully she gets fired, literally!

The TAB cannot give me cash on my winning. Only a few hundreds dollars. Yet the say they don't have cash. They can only give me voucher so I can gamble more..

The manager in VIP Lounge, he always looks racist and disdainful eyes to me. It kind of a disgusting thing.

The lady at the gaming area was very rude . When i ask them can i just change my money ($20) to 5bugs , they laughed at me and speak in Thailand language. Worst experience ever . And they keep looking at me while laughing and talk to her mate in thailand

The guard outside are bullies, they ask you to take a walk so they can verify if you’re drunk even if you’re not. Worst thing, they don’t let you in.

The drink menu has a lot of selection. Also, there are lots of promotions. There are plenty of seats yet, not enough on Saturday night.
Only one thing I would like to comment on is that the staff took the tower and jug too fast. We still had some fruits and a bit of cocktail left in the jug, but once they walked pass, they grabbed it so fast they none of us could stop them. Recommended to place the jug away from the walkway.
Toilet is clean throughout the Saturday night.
We can walk down to Satang Infinity restaurant at the back to order some Thai dishes.

Modern typical sports bar, nice friendly staff and a happy hour with $5 schooners.
If you want food Satang Thai is part of the business serving great food.

#But one I don’t really like it the security guys one of them was so rude. It’s west. I’ve been so many places never seen security like this. I know it is hard time to work coz have to concentrate and work harder at this time. The thing is the security guy just went to get a drink that my friend bought it for us and just said you can not drink and anymore. I understand that coz my friendu look drunk . But he just took the drink from our table to the bar but what he should have done that he should take the drink back to our friend<we was sitting different taBle> not to a bar if you take the drink to the bar that mean you have to refund money back to our friend. If he just said you guy should leave better than he’s done that. And I just take drink back to our friend. Yes That was My bad time ever
I won’t go back to v bar again but i will still keep going to the restaurant
Last thing l know you all work hard I really appreciate but some of ppl just be so rude.

I've been to Vbar a lot because of it's location in the city - right at World Square. There's a bar at the front with lots of tables. It's great for groups. The bartenders are really nice. There are TV's in the middle where you can watch all the games. I go to the thai restaurant hidden at the back. Food is consistent and comes out so quickly. It is also very cheap for the amount of food you get. Toilets at the vbar could be cleaned more often.

I'm not one to write reviews but i am beyond horrified at the experience i have just had. We were having dinner at V bar. I've sat and leant on my boyfriend and then The bar staff (guy) came straight to us and said i'm not allowed to sleep here i shouldn't have drunk much (with his unfriendly face and rude) and then he went outside to smoke and tell the security about us. Didn't even look at the food and a bottle of water on the table that we still going and hadn't finished. What a joke!
We always go for food there every weekend but this is so disappointed. You should have hired someone smarter. Very poor service by him. Will not visit anymore.

i dread having to walk past this venue on Liverpool street as the security guards love to cat call and harass me. happens every single time! don’t dare to set foot in there if you’re a woman as that’s how the security think it’s okay to treat us.

Good meeting spot on Liverpool Street. Bar staff are courteous, beer is cold and the place is clean. My only hangup is there's a lot of space devoted to punters.

Best venue to hangout or go for a drink, and hangout with a mates, got a great sitting area TAB, KENO and their pokies area is really busy and good. This venue is really good and for the mates and Family, great service and great food and people are really really friendly here.

Ate at the Thai restaurant out back. Was charged more than advertised price for my drink. When pointed out advertised price not honoured. Dont go there they are dishonest and dont care when you complain.
In fairness thai restaurant is separate business but lost my custom over bar practices.

Absolutely terrible place. The reviews speak for themselves. Never go here, absolutely rip off with terrible staff and management. If you want a good bar there’s plenty right near here that are way cheaper and way nicer to stay in
