Yesterday i went to this place with my family. My husband loved the stake and we loved the food. Thanks to chef Ravi for making delicious food for us. Good place for kids as well. Highly recommended. 5 star for food. Will visit again.

We recently visited the restaurant and ordered the roast of the day and pork belly. Unfortunately, the roast was partly tender and partly chewy, which was disappointing. The sauce tasted like it was out of a bag and lacked any real flavor. The pork ribs lacked sauce and the pork belly was dry. Both dishes were lacking in spice,
On the plus side, the service was friendly and quick. The staff were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our vale visit. The Barra was tasty although a little dry, certainly didn’t hate it. The pie was very nice with good gravy and crispy onion rings. No hate there either. Has all the amenities and Intuitive staff. Would come back and not hate it again!

We celebrated my husband's birthday in the Vale Hotel last weekend and it was amazing. Food was great and the service amazing! We will be back :)

Was blown away. Customer Service was impeccable. Food is of high quality and costs inexpensive. A big Thank you! Will definitely come back again!

Very average meal. Frozen schnitzel patties are not acceptable.

Went to have some pokies fun last night , terrible experience, you need some serious training on your staff for dealing problems with your machines , the bull game machine stucked twice I went there , this time the same problem nothing is happen when you touch the pad , so I called one of your staff to fix it , which he seems clueless of what’s happen just restarted machines and told me it back in 10mins , while the screen shows no signal , I was doubting his action but I still waited, half hour later I called him again , now he seem to know that he can’t fix so he called a women over I assume it’s the manager in charge , they worked for about 5 mins told me I have to come back tmr or sometime to get my money back cuz they need to wait for tech to fix it , so there goes my 30 mins for nothing , no apologies nothing , which is quite a surprise in a hospitality industry, but anyway went to the counter get my other ticket cash out left my info , and I ask to not called me but text me instead since I don’t take random calls ,scam etc , she insists that they have to call on their telephone , this is the part where I get quite upset with the service , your fault but as a customer I have to take the responsibility to use my time to cover up , anyway it will be my last time to visit , good luck to you , and I hope I get my money back , fingers cross .

The worst customer service I felt in gaming by a male supervisor . Very rude while talking. Pathetic!!! To be more precise, yesterday in Gaming area.

The "roast" of the day was not even roasted. Tasted like it was boiled. The lamb was mushy and didn't even taste like lamb. Even the roasted vegetables were definitely boiled, very watery. Overall disappointing good, customer service was good, and the place was clean and tidy.

The function space was comfortable and clean with lounge chairs, coffee tables, bar tables, stools, fire, tv screens and attentive staff. We were able to have some catering for dietary needs; vegan and coeliac guests without a problem.

The best place to eat. I love the place and food is so delicious and coffee too. I often go to this place with family. My kids enjoy the meal every time. Highly recommended.

Nice vibe and rooms are very nice. Food is quite expensive. Avoid standards such as parma, they are no better than ones costing half the price. Place was quite busy, took 40 minutes to get food to tables.

I wasn’t expecting it but this ended up being one of the better tasting chicken Parmas I’ve had! Overall spacious venue, good for meeting up with or a group of friends or hosting a medium sized events. Service could be a little better but not so bad.

I'm always on the lookout for a great pub meal & this certainly met my expectations. It's great that there was a no fuss approach with the convenience of ordering drinks & meal via my smart phone at the table & service was efficient & quick. The gravy that accompanied the pie was a bonus. It's my first time & looking forward to visiting again to try something else.

I had the surf to turf. Not impressed. The steak was over done on the outside so it was too dry for my liking. The meat was meant to be medium rare but because it was over cooked on the outside overall it was not tender or juicy. Felt dry. I didn't finish it. Panko Prawns was more like mashed up prawns than whole prawns. Salad didn't have sufficient dressing and was not tasty. Chips were so so. Over priced at $36. Should have had the roast pork for $25 as a main. That looked a lot better.

Had my 40th in the Lounge function Room.
From the beginning of planning it, Manger Violet was Amazing. Everything was perfect. I was able to go earlier to set up. The food didn’t stop. Superb Service.

Had bad chicken wings and they tried to say it was what I eat the day before that mad me sick.
If that was the case I wouldn't have returned dish after eating 1 wing telling them it tasted funky.

Found what looked like a gum leaf ON TOP of my salad. Gave it to waitress who said she would ask the chef what it was and took it away. Neither the chef nor the waitress bothered to come back and explain what it was all about. Waited half an hour and nothing so went to try to find out ourselves but they swept it under the carpet and ignored me. Was booked in for tomorrow night but no way will l ever go back to such a rude and ignoring place.

Excellent service, clean and spaces with a view. We found the menu and meals inviting and enjoyable for our staff reunion. Staff made an effort to find a specific drink.

Caleb and his team try very hard to give you a great night.
If you live near the Vale hotel it should be your first choice. Prices are good, the food is very good. And the team is excellent..
