Won twice at the pokies and walked. The food was half price if you joined in the gaming lounge bonus and it was very tasty and fresh and quick service

Very nice gaming lounge with a good choice of machines.
$7 for a schooner of Byron Bay lager.
They have a smoking balcony at the front looking over to the Novotel Hotel and Surfers Paradise Blvd. Very friendly staff. Out the front they have Goldies Restaurant with a great choice of pub food

To sum it up this place is so warm and welcoming,nothing is too much trouble for the staff,always kept clean,decided to have a feed and It was the best pub food I've had ,I'll be back,compliments to the chef,say hello to the guy behind the bar he's sure to say hello to you ,thanks guys

This place is amazing. The beared barman Dan really knew his trade and was very hospitable. After we ordered drinks he gave us some delicious lollies chips nuts for free. He is a great guy and truly a representative of what an Australian gentleman is. Benny the badass doorman was very friendly and polite and made sure we had a good time.

Staff are always welcoming in Gaming room.They go that extra mile. Get to sample food whilst talking to friends. Food is excellent particularly the mushroom pizza. Place is comfortable and clean.

Small but really lovely atmosphere & the staff couldn't of been nicer. Very considerate & caring. Definitely recommend you pop in.

Ok I'ma keep this short n sweet! I can't help but love a flutter on the pokies from time to time.....so if your that way inclined, then you might like the Vegas lounge.....
It's not a huge gaming room, thou it sorta feels quite homely. Well that's how my senses felt about the place neways!

Not a bad pub, friendly and helpful staff, I wasn't a great fan of the beer that they had on tap, reasonable food, well priced, I thought the chips were a bit dry, but the steak was pretty good, I'd probably go here again

No real atmosphere and was unsure of there betting terminals.Asked one of the staff and they didn t know. Surely they should be trained up on all things. All I got was the manager is not here and I don't know where he is!!! Hello!!!

Nice friendly staff, bar 1 Aussie bar tender who thinks it's ok to talk to others while you wait 6 minutes to be served, still talked to others not even acknowledging me, other than what beer I wanted, the female staff were awesome, place was clean and tidy, security were funny to talk to, had me in stitches, from laughing

Love vegas and love the people that work here. They do a good lunch special that never disappoints. Vegas has a great selection of machines , and there open real late. Good place for some R&R and a win

I've already sent the email of My Experience with this lounge, they'll feed you, make U more than welcome to stay until they're closed and you'll always be met with a smile at the bar.

Its a nice space with a comfortable seating area, a bar and 30 odd poker machines, from old to new, so you'll likely find your favourite generation of pokie. Free non alcoholic drinks served by freindly staff and a generous smoking section overlooking the street. Its internal connecting door to the island nightclub nextdoor is the sweetener.

Highly recommend this venue. Staff are ALWAYS so warm and friendly. Hate to say it but I do have a favourite.. lol... Reese even though very new always goes over and beyond to make sure everyone is super happy. He's kind, he's genuine and he creates a nice environment for everyone. His Customer Service skills are exceptional! Employee of the year hands down!! 👍👏😊

Genco and Laura are an absolute credit to the team, personalised service and always have a smile on their face. Brilliant food, couldn't recommend more highly.

Food was amazing and on time but waited over 40 mins due to only 1 staff member serving totally inadequate staffing for the amount of customers that night

Fantastic weekend stay with great nights enjoyed at Vegas Gaming Lounge. Manager Dan ensured we were well looked after with fabulous service. A special compliment to the lovely bubbly Summer who kept us in drinks throughout our stay. The service was faultless and good times were had. Thank you Vegas !

FANTASTIC! Terrific service all in a relaxed setting with plenty of style. The owners of this place know their market well and it's definitely the place to go out in Surfers Paradise. Bar and wait staff take the time to engage in conversation and always seem more than happy to help. The food downstairs is pretty good. We have eaten out their many times with friends, family, clients and business colleagues and have always been happy to recommend. The Island Bar upstairs heats up, especially on the weekend. Love this place!

Fantastic pokies. My mum won $800 !!!!!!!! She's 86 years old. It was the best night of her life..... The staff were gorgeous and made a fuss of her. It was a great night had by all. Thank you.

Excellent little place to have a go at the pokies. Staff are good and there's always a security guard around. Has a smokers area for those so inclined too

Bit strange card system but machines gave a good payment percentage better then other places.. enjoyed my short visit
