We called in for a couple of drinks after a concert, and found an old fashioned but pleasant country pub.

Visted after renovation and was impressed. Awesome meal with very good service. New favourite pub

The pub is a good place to go for a great meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals came out in a timely manner for our group. The drinks were cold as well. A great experience .

Randomly visit place with my wife. I had porterhouse and she had lamb shank and both were very well prepared. House wine was very affordable when buying full bottle. 5 star well deserved

Pub under Reno but creates a great ambience ! Staff are super friendly, prompt service and good prices. It's a must see , absolutely a diamond in the rough 😀

Place is under renovation but don't let that fool you, the food is excellent! Im always happy when your steak is cooked as specified and the sides were quite good too. Very nice meal had by all.

Lovely old pub. Has a real homely feeling. The staff and locals were very welcoming. Our meals were enjoyable. Good prices on beers too.

I will give it 2 stars coz the beer was cold, but went there for lunch has a menu outside and bistro written all over it. But after ordering a drink found out they only serving lunch on Friday,- Sunday. So too late to head anywhere else, so had to get take away .

Had lunch with the family( 4 of us). Saw 2 meals put on the counter ( under the lights)and sit there for quite some time. Was hoping that they weren't our meals. So when they did arrive, they were coldish. Apart from that, we just didn't enjoy the food. Will give it a miss next time..😪

Had fish and chips here. Great pub food and vibe. Staffs were friendly. Plenty of space in the bar and dining area.

Great meal, love the black wall with the "V" in it. Love the exposed wood, will look great when totally refurbished but works well now. Well done guys.

Great little Hotel, friendly staff, great meals, Chef brought out a Freddo Frog for each of the kids, the waitress gave the kids colouring sheets and pencils while waiting for meals.

Great little boozer very welcoming and friendly.
We were only passing through the area for a night and popped in for a quick drink. Ended up staying for a few hours and drinking and laughing with the locals. Highly recommend

Great industrial chic design hues evident in the sports bar. Quite refreshing in this day and age of fakeness and cultural appropriation.

Great food and service. Pub in the middle of renovations but that is not an issue.
Pity we won't be here to see the end result.

Great as usual. An old pub but really good meals at reasonable prices and friendly efficient staff. Highly recommend!

Due to the layout, this place is very noisy. Would not serve certain drink types to anyone other than locals

Been coming here every start of the year, Great drinks selection & deals/combos/pricing but changed a lot these past years, closed kitchen at 8 without warning especially for desserts, very devastated that there’s no veggie or salad bar anymore haven’t had it for years, misleading on website, burnt Parma’s

Amazing spaghetti bolognaise (such a simple meal but so many stuff it up) and stir fry! Big serves and very friendly staff! They also have bulmers on tap winning on all fronts :)

All I can say is, tick tick tick, hospitality was great, food was great, I had the T/Bone 500g M/W chips and salad Diane sauce, chocolate pudding ice cream and cream. Every thing we had was a pleasure to eat. Very pleased with the service. Thankyou for the great experience. Les & Kerrie (Geelong)
