When you stop off to have a nice feed and get served pet food instead. Menu says 'Large crumbed calamari'... The sauce packet is bigger then the processed fake food they call calamari. Would definitely recommend people eat at maccas.

We held a small Christmas function here for a group of seniors. The club staff were fantastic -really looked after us - they decorated our table and we had good food and great service. Parking and access was very easy. Couldn't have been happier.

Very ordinary and disappointing food. Have eaten there a few times now and want be going back. NOTE I never put reviews up but felt compelled to as they never to change thete ways.

*** update - called 16th of may by the area manager. Apologised for my experience and invited us back, but we have been busy with work and things going on, still unsure if we want to go back. He was nice and pleasant to chat with and said they are investigating what happened. On April 22, 2024, my family and I decided to dine at The Vikings, a restaurant we've previously enjoyed. This visit, however, left us deeply disappointed, particularly with the new menu offerings. Upon arrival, I was curious about the Burrata Caprese Salad and decided to give it a try. The presentation and quality were underwhelming: Salad Composition: The dish was composed of a thin layer of lettuce, a few slices of two types of tomatoes, some cherry tomatoes, and a blob of what was supposed to be Burrata cheese. The cheese lacked flavor, and the tomatoes were overripe, making them mushy rather than fresh and juicy. Additional Chicken: I opted to add chicken for an extra $5, expecting a reasonable addition to my salad. Unfortunately, it was merely one chicken tenderloin, sliced thinly across the dish. This did not seem to justify the additional cost. Despite the lackluster meal, we finished our dinner and headed home. Shortly after, I began to feel extremely unwell. My stomach was upset, and I experienced severe cramping followed by vomiting. It was a rough night, to say the least. Concerned about what might have caused my reaction, especially since I have an egg allergy, I called the restaurant the following day. I inquired if there could have been egg in the cheese, but after a brief check, the manager confirmed there was no egg. I explained that something must have been off with the salad then, given my severe reaction. The manager's response was dismissive; she suggested I visit a doctor to check if I'm allergic to something else, which I found quite rude. The ingredients in the salad were simple and familiar to me, and I've never had issues with any of them before. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused because it was the day after our visit. Instead, she offered a $10 voucher. Considering my meal cost $26 and the distress it caused, this gesture felt insufficient. We've been loyal customers for about two years, even celebrating our daughter's birthday there last year. I declined the voucher, expressing that we would not be returning. The decline in both the quality of food and the size of portions, despite steady prices, is disappointing. More so, the lack of empathy and poor customer service have left a lasting negative impression. It's unfortunate, as we had good memories associated with this place, but we will not be risking another visit. She took my name and number and said she will get back to me after she speaks to the chefs, but yet she's the manager.

This place getting worst by the day, food is terrible, menu quality is low but charged premium price. Been this clubs few times before because of friends catching up other wise would not wasting my time there, just keep getting worst and worst in food, service, pricing and the vibe of the club, won’t be back anymore, the food is disgusting no customer services served low quality food why bother open for business. Wont renew my membership either

The food is good value & it has a great area for kids. We have two toddlers who love the play gym. This area makes it very easy to enjoy a meal as a family as once my babes have finished eating, they can get up and have a play while we finish our meal and enjoy an uninterrupted conversation:) Lovely staff each time we've gone. The check in man at the top of the stairs (sorry not sure of his name) has always been very lovely and polite each time we have come, along with the bistro and bar staff - thanks!

The environment is very comfortable, but food service wasn’t that professional as before. They cannot identify number 6 and 9, and services wrong order to customers. The waitress know nothing about the menu and can’t answer the questions from customers directly. The staff doesn’t been train well and they don’t even know how to print out the tax invoice from the cashier!

Our first time at the club for an event. The venue is nice, well kept and presented. Bar service was slow for how many patrons were about. All went well with lunch order, schnitzel was tasteless - was oily so no other flavour was apparent. When waiting for coffee and cake our buzzer never went off and when I approached the counter 25 minutes later I saw that our order had been sitting there but we hadn’t been notified (buzzer) when I asked if our order was ready the staff member apologised and advised it was and pointed to our order. The hot drinks were too full, when taking them they spilled everywhere and made a mess.

Not a bad place to eat with the family. The food is reasonably priced but lacks some flavour, however, if you are looking for a decent meal that wouldn't break the bank to take the family, this is a nice local club. It is also a good place to go get some drinks and watch sports with your mates.

Not a bad place for a meal if you have little ones and lots of coins for them to play in the play area, meals ok but not the best. Service is good and everyone very polite and helpful.

Nice staff. Plenty of screens to watch the footy. Food was just ok.

Nice place for dinning and have group gathering, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff services provided, Food are good but need a bit more professional performance and the staff at the food court need to work on his professionalism he was a bit delayed to get things right and missed the orders but still good

My grandparents visited yesterday for dinner and had a small mistake from the kitchen where the wrong gravy was served on their food. Usually, no big deal, but the manager on shift was incredibly rude to them over the incident and was reluctant to issue a solution. On a positive note, the staff member working in the Bistro was very friendly with them, so thank you whoever that was, keep up the good work.

I went there for lunch today with my wife and a friend. We were all members of Parramatta Leagues Club. We used our food vouchers and the service and food quality excellent. All staff very friendly and caring We had a great time.

Heard good comments from various neighbors, visited here and ordered a butter chicken for lunch. The food presented nicely but the chicken wasn’t heated thoroughly, returned it to the kitchen to cook again but found a small piece of plastic after getting it back again. The food tasted good but a bit of disappointment on how they handle food hygiene issue.

Has improved so much in the last couple of years! The play area is right next to tables, food and beers are affordable and service is always great.

Had dinner there with a few friends last Thursday. The food was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even feed my dog that disgusting food. Caesar salad the wrong lettuce and so small. I had the chicken dish and no mushroom scallopini sauce. No one couldn’t even pick up the dirty plates. Won’t be going there again.

Great place for catching up with friends. Food is good and it's a great local club. There is also a great space to occupy kids while getting a meal and having a drink.

Great for a weeknight feed with the kids as there are two play areas for the young and the slightly older kids in the same room. The Schnitzels of the World menu is fantastic. Staff very friendly.

For every meal, you got a free kids meal on Sunday with ice cream. Yum

February 2024 was a good discount for half lobster🦞$19.90. Certain days only. Gaming flour and bar there weren't enough staffs to serve and got to wait for any service. One poor male staff has to run between restaurants, gaming, picking up the 🍷 🥂 and bar services. Shortage of the staff doesn't look like a good serviceof the club to us.

Enjoyed a nice meal during the week at Vikings. I noticed an exceptional staff member and wanted to give him a mention. His name is Roberto. He assisted me in my gluten free choices. Very knowledgeable. He covered all duties, and at every moment in between the busy dinner rush, he took orders, served the meals and cleaned tables. He was polite, courteous and professional at all times. He also handled patient queries. He was the only staff member that did what had to be done without being asked. Highly commend Roberto for his outstanding efforts. A natural leader in his field! Thankyou Roberto for a pleasurable experience at Vikings. 😊

Bistro was amazing. Good family area for kids while dining. Clean and friendly staff. Chicken Parm was amazing.

Became a member and ate here for the first time tonight. Upon entering the carpark there is plenty of parking. There is a choice of stairs or lift. Although the lift smelt like butane gas so that worried me a little. Sign up took a while because the poor bloke on the counter was alone and had a few rude pushy guests he had to deal with before signing me up. He also got my name wrong even though I wrote it down, it was on my licence and on my pension card. But that's okay easily fixed and no one is perfect :). Spent $59 including the pension $2.20 sign up fee for 2 mains, 2 drinks and a side of wedges. I didn't catch their names but the Sheila with glasses at the food counter was really nice and helpful. Made us feel comfortable. The redhead fella with the beard at the food counter deserves a bonus because he went above and beyond to help me bring the food to the table as I can't use my right arm properly. The fella that sounded Afrikaans at the bar was funny and conversed with you regardless of just meeting (I really hope you do try the pear cider sir 🤣). Bought the Tex schnitzel which i only wanted mash so boy did they pile the mash on 😍 (i love mash). Could have had a bit more cheese on top but it was so good. Partner had the schnitzel with salad and mushroom gravy. Her first thought was the salad being dry as it didn't come with any type of dressing at all. Even a little balsamic would have been perfect. Over all I highly suggest coming here as its definitely one of the nicer pub/clubs ove ever been to :)
