We were accidently double booked at another motel and stranded for a room in peak season, the staff at Villa capri were super helpfull and managed to sort some rooms for our family, very thankfull for the extra time they spent on our booking

We stayed here over night due to a breakdown of our car. Staff were wonderful letting us leave our car for pickup by a tow truck while we rented a car and headed home.|Rooms are a little different in keeping with the name but a really good size and very clean. Its on a main road so yes some traffic noise but not that bad once you close the door. A/C works well, plenty of hot water and the Bed was very good. there are plenty of places to eat close by. Nice pool area as well. We would stay again. Thank you to the staff.

We had the 2 bedroom family room, it was very small. To fit 6 people was a struggle even though it was marked as room for 6.
It was tidy room, good service at reception which made it a better stay. Good pool. Close to city centre. Plenty of food places around.

We had a disability room. Very spacious. Very clean. Warm and friendly staff. Short walk to Leagues Club for an excellent Thai meal. Definitely staying there again.

We came across this villa when our booked accommodation was closed due to Rockynats . So friendly, room is well cleaned. My husband and I decided on the way back to Brisbane we will be staying again at this place. And yes the same excellent service and friendly.

We are Rockhampton locals, my toddler and I stayed for two nights while our kitchen was being renovated. The service was outstanding and the room was immaculately clean. I had to move the bed against the wall so my toddler wouldn’t fall out of bed, even behind the bed was immaculate! Will definitely be recommending.

Was extremely disappointed
Too expensive for the small basic room
Single bed only kid size, too small for the extra adult
No towel rails in the bathroom .
Not many tv channels work,sound but no picture.
Very dirty stairwell .
Very small carports, hard to get 4wd in.
Restaurant not open .
Spent 2 nights only because had a wedding to go to .
I've stayed in much better motels rocky for alot cheaper.

Very happy with our stay. Safe and clean are my two main priorities anywhere we stay. From the time we popped in “unannounced” we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. Reception was friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and fresh, fluffy towels and linen, facilities in room were adequate and it was value for money. When your choice is to stay on a main road you’re prepared for some level of noise - this was no issue all night. I would gladly stay there again, repeatedly even. Thanks for a great night in Villa Capri Rocky!

Unfortunately the restaurant was out of action...this was one of the main reasons we booked here. The Leagues Club across the road was handy for a nice steak.
Room was clean and comfortable with aircon.
Everything worked.

The worst place we’ve stayed in, it was dirty & the room was tiny. The noise from the highway kept us awake most of the night. |We chose it because it looked good but the photos lied, & we wanted a place with a restaurant which they advertised they had but omitted to say was closed. Dreadful experience!.

The staff here are super friendly and happy to help with anything you need.
Food is outstanding! The best Prawn and Scallop Fettuccine I've ever eaten. The chef is very accommodating to needs.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Just an overall lovely experience.

Stayed here 3 months ago for work and it was perfect. ||||Today I was placed in a room that resembled a cupboard with hardly any TV channels. I complained and requested a room with a bath and paid the extra....quickly moved but new room has no safety bolt on the door, bedside light not working and hairdryer not working. ||||Not nice when you have been travelling and have paid for an upgrade. ||||Won't be staying here again.

Room was very clean & tidy, required shower chair was no problem for elderly travelling with us.
If any negative is restaurant was closed.
All other aspects of this place was top notch.....pool also 👍🏻
Keep up the great work will definitely stay here and tell others about it.

Not a fan. The rooms are not sound proof and is along a busy road which runs through Rockhampton. Trucks using compression brakes does not allow for good sleep. The rooms themselves are a good size but are quite tired. The room is quite stuffy upon first entry.

Nice big room with all the necessary amenities. Room was super clean and all the staff were lovely. Definitely recommend for business trips or for families.

I stayed here 3 nights on business in Rockhampton. There is honestly nothing good about Villa Capri. Rooms are dated, drab and the noise at night from trucks on the Bruce Highway is unbearable. You will not sleep here. Room serving is poor for a motel, they only change towels no other refresh. Staff are grumpy and unwelcoming when you ask for something. Way overpriced and best to avoid Villa Capri.

I gave 3 ⭐ for location only due to the truck/Highway noise, I couldn't sleep but Hubby, snored and slept like a baby. Leagues club straight across the road as onsite restaurant was closed, has great food and variety.
Found the 1 x Queen rooms tiny, had already booked for our return trip and asked for a double Queen room at the rear and had plenty of space for an extra $20, it was well worth it.
Reception was top notch, welcoming and wished safe travels upon checkout.
Hubby would happily return, I like my sleep too much.
Rooms were clean and well presented, pool area was lovely. Bar fridge only.

High end profile accommodation, service and food. Came back after a terrible experience elsewhere and was so happy to have picked this place. Food was exceptional and fresh, service with a smile, which is rare these days, thr only thing that was disappointing was that the bed was too comfortable and I slept in and missed their buffet breakfast! Thank you to Kerri Anne and the crew, made our trip back from Fraser soooo much better

Helpful and friendly staff. We booked a two bedroom apartment for one night. The apartment had comfy beds and was neat and clean. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a basin, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a bar fridge.
Ample parking space and has a pool for hot summer days. The on-site restaurant was closed due to the chef being unwell. However, at walking distance, you can find other eateries such as Gus's Coffee, Rockhampton League Bistro, and Thai Taste 2.

Had an overnight stop, to watch the football. I was checked in at requested time ahead of the regular 2 pm. The staff were super helpful and accommodating to my requests. Comfy bed, clean amenities. Will stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to many fast food restaurants so very convenient if you want an early departure in the morning. Rooms were quite old though and facilities could be improved.

Great location, very good price for the room quality. Will stay here again. Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Didn't try the food but will do the next time we are in town. Pretty much across the road from leagues club and a very short walk to all the fast food outlets

Got really bad food poisoning staying here a few days ago. Accomodation was OK, room staff were great. If you stay here, expect noise from A1 and people coming and going late at night and very early in the morning. And maybe give the steak a miss.

For the price we paid, this room was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and we had a TV in every room. We expected much less for the price, we'll definitely be back on our way through again.

Fantastic location (opposite Leagues Club). Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The quality of appointments was exceptional for the price. Very pleasantly surprised. Definitely our choice for future visits.

Clean, comfortable but small warning to those who like a cup of tea before bed, there's no milk in the fridge.
Got back to the hotel quite late after a conference & had to walk to a service station to get milk.
I've never stayed in a hotel that has a fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, but no milk.

A great price to rest your head for the night. Please note there is a lot of road noise all night with trucks and compression braking! The room had the standard kettle, bar fridge, TV, Wi-Fi (very slow), tea and coffee, and small dining table. Only a 5 minute drive to the CBD.
I was not able to do work on my laptop with the wifi speeds, but enough for phone use. The staff were friendly and were happy o take on feedback from the wet-room shower not draining.
I would avoid staying here again if I had a long drive ahead of me the next day.
