We stopped here for dinner on a Thursday night. The meals are generous and flavoursome (ribs and fillet steak). The service was friendly and quick. We sat outside which was largely peaceful. Inside seemed much louder. Will most likely go again.

We had a family lunch here (6 people) on Saturday. We could not fault the venue, the food and the service. Everything was beyond our expectations - Well done Grafton!!

We booked a table with some of our hockey parents. The pre-booking service is great if you know the process. The parents that used the pre-order option only received their food 30 minites after we received ours. If you pre-order, you need to let someone know that you arrived and provide your reference number.
We did not use the system and got our food after 10 minutes of ordering. The food was of great quality and was really tasty. I had the Caesar salad with calamari, my family had the cheese burgers, and we all enjoyed the food. Great place to sit, relax, and enjoy good food.

Very old establishment. Steak sandwich was relatively expensive and meat was grisly. The verandah is not conducive to being shared by two separate larger gatherings which wanted speeches to be heard. Staff were friendly and efficient.

They forgot to bring us our drinks, which sat at the bar while the ice melted and diluted our cocktails. They told us there was a 40min wait for food, which we accepted. The food arrived in 1hr, my calamari rings was over fried, looked more brown than golden. No apologies for the drinks or the wait on the food. Don't come here expecting big city service.

The staff are great but the food was not as good as it has been. The chips were very small in size like the end of the packet and the pepper gravy was more like a soup than a gravy

Stopped for dinner as we were travelling. Food was excellent, steak was cooked perfectly. Meals were very generously sized and absolutely delicious. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and all service was excellent. Would happily return - it’s a great spot.

Staff in the restaurant and bottle shop are amazing! Eager to help with any questions you may have and always friendly. Food is great and service is always fast.

Originally the Imperial Hotel this Century plus treasure is a jewel. Well presserved and welcoming staff. Great menu and service backed by delicious meals.

On a very hot day, the cool of the pub inside was fabulous! Clean, tidy and three wonderful helpful smiling lasses looking after things behind the bar and delivering food.
The food we had; the special pan fried salmon and salad and a haloumi and sweet potato burger with chips and salad could best be described as good honest hearty food. Decent sized portions, the chips were fantastic and it is surprising how often places cannot do a good chip, the salad/slaw was fresh and bright, but the burger was a bit dry but still quite tasty. Overall though, well done. My partners salmon was "to die for."

Met some friends here for drinks and dinner on a Thursday night. As it was my first time to Grafton, I was pleased my friends picked this hotel as it was located just across the road from the park where the trees were lit up at night for the Jacaranda Festival. For dinner I had the Mango and Avocado Salad with Prawn Twisters. I asked for the dressing on the side as it had coriander in it, but I couldn't even taste it in it so actually enjoyed the flavour. The twisters were a tad cold, but not enough to ruin the meal. Good, busy atmosphere in the pub even though it was a weeknight

I have visited this pub for many years as i like the location setting of where it is, on the corner across from See park, they have always done nice food, drinks and atmosphere, though i noticed the last time i was there the Lunch time specials had gone up to $17 with very limited choice of meal, i always made it part of my day when in town to have lunch there but its just getting too unaffordable now, if theres 2 of you, by time you get a drink that $50! sadly i think i will be seeking analternative lunch venue from here on.

Had Saturday lunch celebrating my son's and partner's birthday!
Ordered Beer Battered Fish, Buddha Bowl/ Sweet Pot chips, Bean Loaded Nacos. All delicious meals. The Sticky Date pudding- was top shelf delish.

Had a fairly standard chicken schnitzel with salad and chips. Nothing to wright home about, but still tasty. Generous size serve and the chicken wasn't paper thin. Gorgeous view across to the park and along the road, looking at the Jacarandas in full bloom. All in all a nice, pleasant lunch.

Great food, with friendly, professional service. A comfortable, clean environment. Did I mention the great food (plenty of variety, generous portions, and daily specials). Prices are up so the specials are not so special any more. Sorry 🙁

Great food, really enjoyed the dessert! (sticky date pudding)
(I would say a great atmosphere except it was a Friday night so quite busy and unfortunately the speakers for the raffles were turned up so high that it hurt to listen to it... Like really, really loud, to the point that I saw numerous people with their hands over their ears).
Otherwise, a really lovely place with great food.

Food was great, well presented and good portion size, service was quick by very friendly and helpful staff.
Entertainment on the night was also great creating a good atmosphere and buzz in the pub, patrons were well behaved and friendly.
Highly recommended you visit this establishment for a meal and a drink.

A wonderful pub that has an amazing view of see Park. The entire area is surrounded by Jacaranda trees making the outside dining experience amazing.
The food and alcohol is also quite a treat. The chicken wings we had were crispy and cooked to perfection and the garlic aioli sauce was spot on.
We had to sample the Jacaranda cocktail and while delicious we found it to be a bit on the weak side as far as cocktails are concerned. Still absolutely worth a try in my opinion if you want something with just a small kick.

Amazing meals. Super delicious rump steak and great service. We had the passionfruit cheesecake and sticky date pudding as dessert. It got served so beautifully with such attention to detail and they are desserts are actually homemade! Highly recommend!

After watching the jacaranda I was thirsty and found here to have a cup of coffee. The environment is beautiful. You can sit outside and enjoy the flowers. The coffee tastes good, but it is not hot enough.
