We literally had to swim out of the king studio ensuite bathroom after every shower.
The cleaner didn't clean our room for the four nights we spent at the hotel.
The staff were lovely though, nice ambience, but the management need to improve generally.

We have a medium-size truck and vans and trailers. Sometimes we can always find parking close by. There is parking at the facility. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. We choose to stay here whenever we’re in Sydney and will continue to do so.

The staff at Villawood are truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly hospitality that made me feel valued and appreciated. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience, and were always available to assist with anything I needed.
Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction I had with them. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.
In addition to their exceptional customer service, the staff at Villawood also possessed a wealth of knowledge about the local area and were more than happy to share their insights and recommendations with me. This helped me to make the most of my time there and experience all that the area had to offer.
Overall, the staff at Villawood are truly top-notch and their commitment to providing outstanding service is truly impressive. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and customer service. Thank you, Villawood staff, for making my experience unforgettable!

The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable, this hotel delivers exactly what they advertise, and it was great experience. The staff from housekeeping to management were super friendly, helpful and overall just a great group of people to be around. There are some good shops and cafe's just down the road and it is close to the bus stops. WIFI was good enough to get some work done during my down time. I will be booking here again next time I come to NSW.

Stayed on the 7-07-2022 we where down visiting family and friends for the week. Had a lucky break getting a room at villawood hotel as they had a cancellation. They have great customer service made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond with all our needs. We loved the place and the locals where a classic very welcoming with open hearts. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends when they come to Sydney. Transport is close and convenient. Had two negative things to say about the hotel. #1 no bistro but they made sure they went out of there way to help us with choosing a good restaurant in the area thanks guys. #2 t There was a disturbance with a room next to us with a couple arguing. But the hotel staff where on the ball they where already dealing with the disturbance and I say they handled it pretty calm and quietly considering the circumstances. Like I said great staff and service is on point. You don't even get the same service at some 5 star hotels. Thank you to the staff of vilawood hotel see you guys on the next visit to Sydney.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and my experience was good. Room and bathroom were decently clean. The shared bathroom wasn't as bad as I imagined, in fact, it was fine, I had no issue. Overall, it was comfortable if you needed accomodation for quick stay. You get what you pay for and for me personally, it was a nice experience staying there.

Stayed for a night in a single bed room, the person at the reception was a good help. I however wasn’t happy with the bedsheets, they all appeared to have big blood stains, which made it look not so hygienic although they must have been washed. Shared bathroom was ok but shower ran over after a 5 minutes shower.

Should be advertised as a hostel not a hotel. I paid $109 for a queen room (shared bathroom) and I feel ripped off. I was staying with my toddler who found rusty nails inside the cupboard, there was no light fitting and what appeared to be blood on the light switch, coffee making facility but no milk just some barista oat milk that had clearly been left opened by a previous guest. Shower door didn’t lock in shared bathroom. If you a solo traveller looking for a hostel great but it’s not worth the money they are charging.

Saw a guy win $64k & then he tries to collect his winnings only to be told his NSW government online Licence, Photo ID and immunisation records are not sufficient enough to prove his identity.

Room was dirty at arrival with no sheets on the beds plus blankets on the floor. Afterwards no toilets as we had attached toilets which were not cleaned properly. Actually we had to go until they fix it up for us.

Rooms are adequate single beds pushed together
No bistro, that sucked
Shared bathroom with other guests,not cleaned daily (towel that was left in there in the morning, 5am, still there at night 8pm)
If you just need a bed (like me) it worked.
Unsure if I'd return

My stay extended for about 3 weeks while working and searching for a rental property in the area. The Villawood Hotel was a godsend with affordable rates, decent standards and totally amazing staff who would be on-par with many 4 or 5-star resorts. (I know, because I've worked in many!)
The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and well-serviced by the fantastic housekeeping team.
I will definitely be back, even if just for a beer and to see the lovely staff again!

Just no! Had to clean the room myself as there were crumbs on coffee stains on multiple surfaces. Noisy bar fridge and uncomfortable bed. Never again.

It was a nice 1 week stay while I was looking for a home after coming from another state. My room was very spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. The quality of sleep was great. I just didn't like the fact they didn't provide breakfast or any other meal. If they do that in the future, I'd give them 5 stars. All in all, it's a very good place.

I recently stayed at the Villawood Hotel and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the level of hospitality provided by the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The entertainment was top-notch and kept me entertained all night long. I was especially impressed by the variety of drinks available at the bar. Each one was expertly crafted and tasted amazing.
The hotel also has a great atmosphere, with a lively and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. I had an amazing time and I would highly recommend the Villawood Hotel to anyone looking for a fun and memorable stay.
Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return to the Villawood Hotel. 5 stars for entertainment, hospitality, and drinks - a truly exceptional hotel!

Hotel was generally OK, the rooms did not have a bathroom, and all of our sheets had blood stains? The shower in the men's was specifically badly designed the drain was elevated where the shower was and the water dripped down to the floor where there was no drainage, I didn't realise this at first so I had slipped and fell. I was okay but some things to keep in mind when staying here

Great place to lay your head, beds are comfortable and clean and dust free. Stayed for a few days and loved how my room was serviced on a daily basis. I would leave to go out for the day come back to the hotel room and it would have clean fresh towels and bed made coffee and tea stocked back up. Bathrooms are always clean and maintained on a daily basis. Loved there chicken wings spicy but irresistible. Staff where amazing and made sure we had everything we needed would 💯 stay here again with no hesitation. Would recommend to family and friends. Close to shops and transport. They even uber eats for you and bring it to your door when it arrives. Thanks so much for your service and look forward to the next visit 🤗☺️

Friendly and welcoming concierge which makes a very positive difference for any guests. Best customer service I've experienced in a long while due to friendly nature of staff. A quiet and unassuming location away from the wild traffic of the CBD. Would recommend to travelers who need to relax

Excellent staff. Helped make my.elderly father comfortable. The same team member(kristie I think) helped me wheel him into our vehicle. He had a great few hours. Definitely going back. Make it our new local 100%

Dust-free rooms are a must for me, and Villawood Hotel exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the efforts made to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.

Came here for a couple drinks and a slap not to bad . House keeper is amazing and her attention to detail in available rooms was amazing.

Bed had a lumpy mattress, shower door handle not attached properly and fell off, towel rail fell off the wall, Dirty linen.

Bar - Excellent Bar manager, friendliest man ever, multiple TVs for the UFC.
Accommodation - Terrible, rooms smell weird, the shared toilets were a biohazard, which weren't cleaned often at all. Quite expensive too, over $150 per day for a room with 2 beds for 3 people, which did not have a toilet.
