WOW, Are you joking? Apparently not! Bangers and mash !.... only .....not. The menu reads "Traditional" served with your choice of 2 sides". "Bangers and mash with onion gravy, sides not available" So which is it ? For $17!
2 small to medium sausages with a table spoon of unknown gravy and a white slop I've not seen before.
Seriously, never never ever again will I go here for any reason!

This is simply insulting and insanely pathetic
This took less than 2 Mins to eat and I'm a slow eater.
Read the other poor reviews. They are absolutely valid and correct.
The only positive was the service was good. But can't make up for a pathetic meal this appalling.
Eat some where else.

We walked in on a Saturday with my family and ordered decent-sized meals, and I was suprised how quick our pizzas were made!
I was about to request for the food that cooked the earliest to be served out instead of serving all at once, but the pizzas were getting sauced as soon as I looked over the counter!
The rest of the food came out and each of them were plated nicely!
If you ordered too much pizza, you can ask for a takeaway box and they'll kindly give you one for free.
Get in early and feel free to choose any table while no one's around!

We had dinner at the restaurant and staff were friendly. We ordered drinks from the bar and they gave me the chance to taste the wine they have, as I was after sweet wine. For food we had the lamb cutlets which was nice but the portion was small ( 2 small cutlets). Price wise it was good value. For dessert we had carrot cake and it was very nice. They also have a whole room for kids. Parking is opposite the building. Overall it was nice and I recommend this restaurant for families with kids.

We had a walk around Wagga Wagga after our drive. A lovely town seems many places to eat and drink, but being it was Easter Friday, most areas were closed. Bertie and I hit the RSL. What can we say, cold beer and reasonable prices! After a couple, we got the in house Chinese. Here is what I will say, it's a very Australian Chinese style of food, not many options for something spicy or different. If you like the standard sweet and sour etc or and fried starters then you may like it. Sesame prawn toast, freshly made but lack prawns, in fact we did not taste or see one prawn. We had the sweet and sour pork not thinking it would all be fried ( out fault) but it really was like that standard sweet and sour sauces you purchase at the super market. I will say freshly prepared and fried rice was Ok, a little oily.
3 stars for the restaurant, but the club itself is kewl and easy to relax and enjoy some beer

We enjoy staying here. This time our booking included a complimentary breakfast but when we went to have breakfast a drink like coffee is not included. I have never had a breakfast without a drink included anywhere. The staff said it is on their website but it definitely isn’t and we were not informed prior. It definitely put a sour note on our experience.

Visiting for abit and was recommended to visit the RSL for dinner. It was surprisingly very modern and new inside. Food was great and the portion was huge. I ordered the schnitzel with outback topping which was extra but still very reasonably priced. The portion was large enough to be shared. Service was very good and i will be back again to try the steak :)

Very good atmosphere. Selection of two restaurants; your classic Australian menu restaurant and a Chinese restaurant. I have had the Parmi and the prawn pasta dish and both were delicious.

This place is beautiful, for such a small town this RSL really provides , they have great food and a decent variety of food , they are pritty cheap expexally the lunch time service , me and the family love going to all U can eat plus U get money back and reward points on your membership card that only cost $5 a year it's an awesome place all round for singles , couples , families and all , they have a play pen for kids aswell and if your feeling lucky they have allot of pokies and they have roulette aswell , stop in and see for yourself it's a really nice place that my family is Gunna visit abit more often 💯💖👊👍

This is supposedly bangers and mash however the bangers came out of WW or Coles 24 pack and we’re cooked about a week ago very hard nothing like what I expected. This was the worst meal I have ever had and I have had bad meals in my life. For $21 dollars I would have expected what the menu said two sausages beef and pork, but as you can see from the picture it was nothing like that. Very Poor.

The venue is excellent, the meals were disappointing. The pepperoni pizza had very little topping and came out 15 minutes after my partners meal.

The food was unimaginable.
I can't imagine how they can make food so bad.
I ordered 6 different types of food and couldn't eat them all. I wondered about the chef's face.
I would definitely recommend not eating here.

Terribly rude front of staff. I ordered takeaway from the Chinese restaurant and went to pick up. I was refused entry as I was not wearing sleeves. They were aware I was only picking up and not staying. They have a sign when you get there, no singlets, no thongs, no offensive language, yet they were letting people in with thongs. I have no issue with dress codes but a system should be in place informing that the dress code applies when even ordering takeaway form the restaurant not just turn someone away

Really good, big club. There were a lot of people, so it is popular. Cool solo guitar player doing his gig too. Food was good also.

Only in Wagga a few days and I took a chance to get a steak at the RSL club. It paid off.
The staff is really friendly and they are very COVID safe.
I ordered the scotch fillet, medium and it did not disappoint.

Nice club with the worst Bistro meal I've ever experienced. Roast beef burnt black right through. Unedible. Sent back and took coffee and cake instead. Ordered a scotch and soda and given Southern Comfort.

Mothers day menu was excellent and the desserts were amazing. My mother's loved it. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Meal is really really average. Not worth the $$. Keep trying and contrary to last meal returned when the manager said new chef will improve... has not improved at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had lunch at the Chinese restaurant here and was not disappointed service was good, food great and decor nice. I loved the crockery used.

Great venue. Friendly staff. Great meals Fresh Food. cold drinks. Fresh hot coffee. Great all round venue with different areas to sit and watch sports but just to have a chat. Restaurant was amazing and great food high quality. Great poker machine area. Also a Chinese restaurant on site so many food options including a cafe.

Great place for lunch. Have lunch deals- we had fish and chips with salad. Fish was lovely and not dripping in oil, salad was so fresh! Service excellent.

Good atmosphere and great beers on tap. Had the roast of the day, the vegetables are crackling were excellent, but the pork was hard and dry like a piece of wood.

First time here but not last. I used the Chinese Bistro today and wow! Best Chinese food I have had for a very long time. I had duck with plumb sauce and special fried rice. Nearly half a roast duck on the plate with a side of the best plumb sauce ever. Another big plate of the rice.
I had to ask for a take away container as couldn't eat it all. That was no problem to very friendly and welcoming staff. They even gave me a bag to take it home in.
Great menu with slightly high prices but well worth it and value for money.
I'll be back for sure to eat in and to get take away.

Door staff not friendly didn't even say hello just pointed to the ID machine to which I had to put my license in myself. Very off-putting. Like the memorabilia around the club

Been a member for quite a few years as well as my wife attending lunch on a regular basis every Thursday love the food and playing the pokies until Saturday night 16/03/24 we decided to take my wife Brother and his Partner whom is a guest in our country she is Thai and about 42 years old for Dinner in one of the restaurants until we meet the staff member from another world so rude and unpleasant approach towards my future sister-Law unfortunately she left her ID at our place l do understand that you need id my point is the manner this woman staff member spoke towards my brother in law and his partner was so rude l will never return to the club. We where so disappointed left our night very bad there was no explanation in a civil manner She CANNOT COME IN HERE my wife and l will not renew our membership

All up a very nice club
Food was what to expect from a club if not possibly a lil better than the average club.
I did get a bit lost as there are no directions to the bistro (from what I could see) I was also chasing a toddler xD but yeah not a bad club at all.
