went there for a meal. The menu was very limited. They were out of the first 4 options that I chose. Very few items were available. I selected grilled fish and chips. It was an awful slimy piece of fish. The coffee that I ordered and paid for did not come. I had to convince the waiter that I had paid for it. The then brought the wrong coffee. I did not bother raising that with them as I did not feel that it was worth the trouble.

We had the best Parma I have ever had, service was amazing. The beds are so comfy

Very poor menu
Needs to be updated
Chicken schnitzel was like a biscuit as it was over cooked in the deep fryer.
Most of the Chips where from the bottom of the bag all the end bits.
Dessert show cabinet only had 3 Dessert on show

This review is for the restaurant only. We went there for the Christmas Day Buffet. Service was good and staff were very accommodating to our special needs (we had an elderly guest in a wheelchair). There was a very good variety of well prepared food. Everyone's favourite dishes were there. We had a very merry Christmas lunch indeed.

The worst steak I have ever eaten. Initially ordered a medium steak came extremely well done and over cooked. Went and asked for another one and it took over 15minutes to arrive with the exact same cook.

The Waltzing Matilda is a great place to watch sports or for a cheap bistro meal. It can be a bit noisy but the food is good. It is easily accessible and has a massive carpark.

The experience was great, the staff was very accommodating, and respectful. The customer service was amazing. The food was amazing.

The bistro was very clean, wait staff were very friendly and helpful, great play area for kids and the food was great. Would 100% come back

So my friend ordered a chicken Parma, there was no one else in the dining area and he ordered the food through the QR code,
The guy who brought the food out yelled out the number even though the ticket had his table number on it,
When my mate said it was his the "waiter" DEMANDED my friend to produce his receipt which he had on his phone.
Outrageous,
Like we were going to rip them off for a Parma,

Poor service from those Indian staff when we come to spend money, not the first time and suspect us to come to make trouble....... Management should take care of your own staff behavior

Like The Sandbelt Clubs Hotels Are much more Better, nice foods also

My Family and friends had a celebration of life for my brother Sunday, 14 January. It was a wonderful experience. The staff at the venue were very very helpful. Had everything set up for us if we needed anything they would automatically attend to our request. Would definitely have another event there. Very big, thank you to the staff.

Many nice food options ( I had the garlic prawns with rice and salad $26 ) but I was disappointed when I heard the my bread options was just garlic bread ($9)!!! No roll, no roti, no slice bread!!

I was at your pub today and the manager Jordan was so nice and helpful to my Uncle who needed assistance. I could not be more happy to recommend this place. Jordan gives the best customer service and always made us smile.

I stayed here a week first night I had shower next door turned on cold water I got burnt down the
bck with hot water due to cold water getting cut off for next doors use.
(Yes I complained I got given a 10% of meal card for my troubles)
TV didn't work or internet they signed me into there Netflix so I had something to watch yet had to use my own WiFi got told they would sort it out.
After going through $150 of my own internet I complained again on last night I got moved to another room with everything working and got given a free drink card for my troubles.
I felt so disrespected I paid full prices for these services witch I didn't recive and they know I was pregnant and my situation and I got a free drink as I never used the 10% off meal card due to I was paying extra daily for my own internet usage.

Just only workers need more "quality" even Simply things but it's 💜 of service so just my opinion

I had the pleasure to stay there for a few weeks. Management and staff were increadably friendly and assisted with every inquiry. I would like to make a special mention to Lucy, the most amazing and friendly cleaner. Lucy always made the room like new and with a smile. I'd also like to make a recommendation and a shout out to Sophia, Paul, Amy and Tim.
Meals are generous and at a reasonable price. I would totally recommend the mixed grill and pama.
Thank you for making my experience as best as it could possibly be.

Great service and all the staff are friendly and helpful, especially one of the managers Dylan, he answered all of our requests straight away and was always happy to help . Food was delicious and prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is good. The room was very nice and clean too, with good heating.

Great place to catch up for a quick drink & meal. Food is good, classic pub food but good, staff are friendly and helpful and they don’t hover.

Good evening,
I'm regretfully emailing this evening to inform you of the grossness that were the bedsheets my partner and I were presented with during our stay.
We'd arrived at approx. 3pm, and went about our day as planned. We'd ordered room service, ate our meals, and planned to lay in bed and watch some Netflix.
I was in the bathroom, when my partner pulled back the sheets on the double bed, to find orange stains on the sheets.
The manager on duty claimed the sheets had been freshly changed this morning, however the stains say otherwise.
We requested a refund for our stay, because that is grossly unacceptable, however the manager declined the refund.
After all of this my partner went to have a shower and the whole shower head popped off.
I was just wondering if this was normal practice across all ALH Group hotels/motels, or if that's just an occurrence at this particular venue?
$144 for the room+$100 bond alomg with these issues, does not make this stay worth the money I paid.

Food is pretty good but not too many choices of food. I have been here a couple of times with a friend and no matter how busy or quite they are the service is usually pretty slow and meals don't come out together, my meal came out 10 minutes before my friends meal.

Dropped in for lunch on the spur of the moment, been a while since I have eaten here as unfortunately the standard of the food had declined, but I’m happy to report the food was excellent. Now I will be returning more regularly to enjoy a delicious meal.

Bistro service was amazing ! Food not!! Vegetables were hard , chicken snitzel was over cooked and hard. Very disappointing!!

Absolutely fantastic place to enjoy with the whole family. I came in late and the service was still top notch, I will definitely be returning with my family. We had a blast! Thank you so much for being patient with us, see you guys next time 😄

$22 for a cheeseburger? Horrible to say the least and uncooked chips . No serviettes no cutlery!
However the bar service was excellent as always but the food was really bad. What happened to the great bar meals?
Maybe that’s why the sports bar is empty at lunchtime!
