Would not recommend to anyone. Spent more money on phone calls to make a booking than dinner, which was over priced for what it was. The staff seem to be untrained, meals come out 40 minutes apart between the same table. The staff downstairs in the bar area were polite and attentive. Upstairs not so much. Dont know why they cannot have a booking system that works or a phone to pick up. Go to another venue!

When you pay $28 for a steak sandwich you not only expect to have steak that can be cut and also eaten. It was so tough. Also you should try cutting food when it arrives in metal mesh dish. It doesn't work. That whole experience left a nasty taste in my mouth and all this followed an embarrassing moment last Friday after leaving a message on the booking line during the morning with a return number only to find that there was no table when we arrived at the time requested and then just brushed aside by staff. Have to think very hard before considering another visit.

We meet here for mother’s group on a regular basis when the park is too wet and it’s a lovely location. Spacious, the food and bevs are great and the staff friendly. Would recommend - suitable for large groups too.

We had a great night there for our Birthdays! It's Beautiful up stairs with the fire place. Great food and the best service. We've done 3 Birthdays there in a couple of weeks.

Very basic menu considering the renovations. For the price with no table service, I was over priced. Lamb shoulder was cooked perfectly with accompanying vegetables also presented nicely. Chilli crab pasta should just be called chili pasta garnished with some crab . Sub par. Parma was cooked good, decent size and chips also crunchy. Would I return? No. Over priced, only a basic pub menu charging restaurant prices. No table service but price would suggest so.

The Warners Bay Hotel has been revitalised with renovations that create a great atmosphere whether dining in the lower or upper sections. The menu has a fantastic variety of high quality meals. Not one has disappointed so far. A lovely place to bring friends and family for a nice dinner out.

The renovations are incredible and create a great fun atmosphere, looks lovely and spacious, keeping the bar and restaurant seperate. Bar staff were friendly and make fabulous cocktail. The food unfortunately did not meet the same standard, we were a group of 8 and all were disappointed including the kids with both mains and deserts. I had been there a few times prior to the remos and have never been disappointed, let's hope it was a one off.

The Lake Street Terrace is a lovely, modern restaurant with an amazing vibe. Shout out for the excellent wait staff that went out of their way to make our birthday booking special. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food is also great.I especially like the barramundi, the best I’ve had anywhere. I’ve been quite a few times now and the menu is seasonally changing.

Their pizzas are amazing. It's got a sour dough texture while being fluffy and light not overpowering at all which makes the ingredients easier to taste. Only con was the crust was a little burnt on the edges. Very yummy otherwise and a good sized portion.

Recently attended a brunch and wouldn’t recommend your hard earned dollars being spent here. Overpriced, minimal options, and portions were terrible. Our maxi breakfast was a whole lot of bread some canned Beans and a teeny tiny egg and sausage to match. Rest of our food options were nothing great either. Hidden fees everywhere and little care from management about issues raised.

Pretty disappointed Whoever made the decision to remove table service upstairs has made a mistake in my opinion. Have dinned here 7 or 8 times since reno and loved it- was always a pricey but nice and the staff and service made the evening. To show up Valentines day , stand there for over 10 mins at the top of stairs before the poor girl who was taking orders could even talk to us and then be told its now no table service and you line up to order etc was a real surprise and had we known this we probably would not have booked for this type of evening You end up making multiple trips to either stand in a lines for 15 minutes to order food and then going back and forth to get drinks and pick up food when the buzzer goes off Our food was only very average on the night which didn't help and we left as soon as we had eaten Hard to recommend now as you can get food a lot cheaper just about anywhere else and its now just a very expensive pub feed What a shame- place was great and was previously a nicer experience and a bit different to the other pubs in the area

OK for an easy dinner, loads of space so easy to geta table. Wide range if choices on menu. Food was very salty though, salty veggies and a very salty chicken. Doesn't need so much seasoning. Other than that, food is good. It's a shame you have to order at the bar and collect your own food even when eating upstairs now, you get one of those table buzzer things similar to what you get at a fast food place. Before we went and it was table service.

Nice place! Very nice job on the renovations and extensions. The food was nice, not earth-shattering, but nice enough. The value was similar to most upmarket pubs. Overall, we were pleased with our dining experience.

Just had our engagement party there and we couldn't fault a thing! The top room is a really nice space which decorates well with great lighting during the day. The staff are incredibly helpful, setting the floor exactly how we wanted and they were friendly and fast! The food (canapes, platters, pizzas etc) was delicious and the selection on the bar was great. Live music on at the end of the night was a great way to finish off a great day!

I went to the bistro with a group of people, I got up to take a group photo and the manager took my meal. A disappointing experience when your meal gets taken before you have finished eating it. I ordered the fish and chips which was very nice, I would have enjoyed finishing my meal. Nice environment, great food overdelivered on service where I lost the meal I bought.

I’ve visited a few times and found the food flavour and value to be appealing. Kids play ground outside with dining options, huge sports bar with extensive amount of TV’s. Shame its located in an industrial location though. Edit: That is incorrect, geotags on each photo indicate your property, you must be a new employee.

Had dinner at the Lakeside Terrace and it was wonderful. Many different and interesting cocktail choices, as well as a lovely food menu to choose from. We tried 4 different starters between my husband and I. It was more than enough and very tasty! Nice modern restaurant that I can recommend.

Group of 8 of us for dinner. Meals were cold when they finally arrived after waiting at least an hour. We were offered three free desserts or coffee to salve our discontent.. coffee was just warm and we waited at least 45 minutes for the ordinary desserts. Restaurant is not busy and a couple of waitresses were cool but couple were lovely. On the whole we are disappoint with our dinner.

Great local bar in Warners Bay that has recently been renovated. The reno has been very well completed with lots of different areas including upstairs dining for a quieter meal, down stairs for a more lively atmosphere with live music every now and again, to the pokies and pool tables area. Definitely worth a visit when in the area!

Disappointed to find that upstairs no longer has table service, its a downgraded experience. Despite having broken ankle and wearing a boot and sitting at the end of the building a long way from order counter the request for service could not/would not be accomodated.

Dined in the new downstairs Bistro for lunch on a Thursday. Staff friendly and helpful with enquiries. Only wanted something light and small in size. Great choices in starter and entree menu. My guest had the beef brisket patty cheeseburger. It was not greasy at all and full of flavour. Served with chips. I decided on homemade fish fingers with aoili Not disappointed. Very delicate centre and seasoned only lightly. Could only eat one and took one home, so very generous in size. Doesn't come with chips, but there are sides available. Price wise $19 for 2 fish fingers may seem to be a bit steep but fish prices are high and the filling is definitely high quality minced fish. Comparable for most hotel meals and drinks. $15 for 250ml glass of wine $5 for can of coke. Looking forward to taking hubby to the bistro to try the tomahawk steak on offer. That is on the share menu. It looked amazing.

Cocktails and dinner tonight at Warners Bay Hotel. Very busy night, minimal staff and most disappointing was that they no longer do table service. No distinction between upstairs and downstairs now except for cocktails. Pretty ordinary without the table service.

***Breakfast Only Review*** I recently visited Warners Bay Hotel and had a mixed dining experience. The highlight was definitely the coffee. However, not everything met our expectations. The kids' pancake, although a seemingly safe choice, turned out to be excessively buttery. This not only overwhelmed the dish but also left an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered for a while. The smashed avocado with feta, a classic cafe staple, was a letdown. It felt like a misleading description, as what we got seemed more akin to green peas on toast rather than the creamy, rich avocado spread we anticipated. On a different note, the gingerbread was an interesting item on the menu. It's unique but might not suit everyone's palate. I'd suggest giving it a pass unless you're feeling particularly adventurous. A redeeming factor was the service. The staff were friendly and efficient. This aspect of our visit was quite satisfying. Overall, while there were some hits and misses, the experience at Warners Bay Hotel was okay, especially if you're going for a quick coffee. Would not recommend breakfast though unfortunately.

As always, the WBH continues to provide an awesome pub venue. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is cooked to perfection, beer's cold and even the furniture is exactly right. Only problem is there's a lack of availability to cater for the popularity on the weekends. 100%. Prices are about the average these days. Parking close if you have injury's is a hassle though. It gets a bit crowded around it.

Absolutely disgusting with rooms , didn’t look like it was vacuumed properly and looked like mould starting on wall…. Not a good place to stay if you want a good night sleep . Music didn’t stop until 3 am and sounded like it was under our room …. Will never recommend this place

Absolutely appalling experience. We have been a few times now and had mixed experiences. This morning I was served a latte in a dirty cup when I reached the bottom there was someone else’s old chocolate to the staff didn’t seem to care. Food is always different. Toast had no butter with the breakfast and we ordered a baby chino for a baby and was given a takeaway cup with a straw which cost $3 to which a baby couldn’t drink as it was the size of a coffee and just wanted a tiny bit of froth in a baby eat in cup as normal very disappointed with the experience and will not return. Not worth the visit

3 couples people at our table all ordered separately. We ordered first and had to go and ask where our meal was after everyone else had their meals, after a 45 minute wait for one GF pizza and a parmy. Mind you, one person at our table also had a pizza ordered and had recieved theirs. I could see a parmy sitting under the heat lamps for at least 5 minutes so I went and asked if that was my parmy, the chef said it was, and told me the pizza was coming. I now had a parmy with a salad that had been under heat lamps. Not my taste in a salad. When the pizza finally came, the base was raw, and it was like the chef had forgotten the pizza and just threw the pizza under the grill to melt the toppings. It certainly didnt go in any sort of oven. When we questioned the waitress, she said, and I quote "you know its a GF base", which was offensive to a coeliac. My wife is a chef and she certainly knows when something is raw. The waitress had to see someone from management before getting us a refund, and also took the pizza to the chef who seemed to show no interest in what she had presented him. Got a full refund on the pizza but looking back I should have got one on the parmy as well. Wont be going back and wont recommend to any friends. Regards Craig
