You get what you expect here. Eating here won’t cost you an an arm and a leg but is still reasonably good. It doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. The food was good and we enjoyed our meal. I had the steak and my partner the chicken filo pastry. Staff nice and area clean.

Wow the dearest RSL I have ever been too for both food and drinks. No staff on. 20 minute lineups to get a drink. If you’re going to charge 5 star prices at least put some extra staff on

Worst place to eat. Ordered the pork belly stir fry and risotto. They both look like a dog's breakfast. Less is more. We had so much ,splattered on the plates, so much so I lost my appetite. None of which tasted good. So disappointing, specially after having paid so much for it too

We went on a Monday night without making a reservation. We were surprised by how busy it was! Most tables were taken, however, we luckily managed to get a table set back from the large windows overlooking Lake Pertobe. We ordered the squid and lamb's fry. Both meals were very generously portioned and delicious. The service was good and the meals came fairly quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. The restaurant had a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We waited for an hour and 20 minutes for our meal, no one even bothered to tell us that there were delays or what’s happening. I ordered stir fry pork belly and my partner ordered the roast of the day with veggies. My meal was tolerable but my partner’s one, the veggies were not hot, only room temperature and the star, the pork was dry and tasteless. By this time we’ve had enough, lost the appetite , really. This is the worse meal we had in an RSL, will never come back to this place.

Went for a meal tonight. It was very busy. There was a function on plus a group of 20 school children and other diners. Staff were under the pump but very friendly and accommodating. Meals were served promptly and were delicious and plentiful.

We had lunch at RSL Warrnambool and the food was lovely BUT the staff are SO slow. We had to wait for ages for our meal and when we ordered coffee, my sister had to go and remind them. Staff need to step up.

We booked a table and paid $49 per person ( for country music, two course meal) and also the courtesy bus to pick us at 7.30 pm form our caravan park to RSL for dinner.
We were waiting from 7.15 pm at the entrance of the caravan park for More than 1/2 hrs and then the bus passed the caravan park and went and never came back. We had to use our own car and go to the RSL . Very bad service. As I informed the manager and he was not very serious about it. He just told the driver about and the driver lied telling he was there.
Then we got a table outside of the barricade area and the manager told he is opening it for everyone. What is the point paying $49 and
Watching the music with the normal crowd as they were not paying $49 and it’s unfair. Who is ordering Ala cart . The staff is friendly but the service was very late.

Typical kind of RSL. We had live music when we were there which was nice, the food was good quality and tasted fresh but a little pricey for what it was.

This has great views if you get a window seat , it's a very relaxing environment and complimented with very welcoming and enthusiastic staff. The menu was good value for money with quick service and a quality feed . The views are definitely one of the best in town.

Not many options if you have coeliacs ! ( and dont eat meat )Don't order the nachos.
The corn chips were glued together with hardened cheese and a blob of mashed avocado, runny sour cream and salsa out of a jar. It wasn't edible . Take it off the menu !

Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Good food reasonably priced. Great view over Lake Perth be to Middle Island and the ocean beyond.

Nice clean, good food. Our group really enjoyed the night.
I picked up the tab, was pleasantly surprised that my group of 10 did not break the bank.
Looks like locals agree as it was quite busy.

Lovely location, but my meal was luke warm when it arrived and very lacking in taste......Given it was chicken, after 2 bites I decided I could not eat it and returned. Staff very helpful and gave me a full refund ($29 for a chicken Filo and salad).
This is the most expensive small filo I have ever attempted to eat and it looked and tasted like it came out of a plastic packet into a frier. Not a nice Sat night meal!

Had a table of 10 meals came out relatively fast maybe a wait of 25 minutes or so
Meals tasted good just your ordinary Parma and rsl menu.
The menu didn’t have a lot of options but prices were good for what you got.

Great staff great location good beers but the food was horrible I had the special gnocchi which was dry and tasteless no sauce at all and my mate had the lambs fry and bacon with veg he didn’t eat it was like rubber and burnt I did not eat most of mine either find another venue for food not this one or until the RSL needs to get their menu and. Kitchen right and we where hungry had been on motor bikes travelling from SA all day.

Great prices and portion sizes. Good tasting. Have sports channels and entertainment for kids, drawing and colouring etc

Great meal! Gluten free schnitzel, gravy, chips and salad..yum yum yum! Vegetarian Risotto was a hit, two roasts loved by both. Great food, lots of GF options, great quiet atmosphere and always with a sparkly glass of wine!

Food not that good and expensive. Was very disappointed. Hardly touched my food. Ordered chicken filo pastry with veggies. I Asked if instead of chips, I could change it to mash potatoes. They didn't allow, so had to pay $6 extra for the mash. Total order Came to $34, hardly touched my food. Would not recommend.

Don't bother eating here. Just ordered 2 steaks and a salt and pepper squid total of $107. Medium to well steak still had a pulse. Medium steak was not much better. I sent my steak back and very politely asked for it to be cooked to medium to well. It came back out with the same pepper sauce on it and cold veg and chips. Wait staff nice and polite but there must be better places to eat than here.

Delivers the “goods” - tasty pub style food.
Has various (5) styles of parmas.
The roast meals were classic back to your childhood flavours.
Excellent service, staff very attentive.
And the view is just incredible!!!
If you get a window seat you’re in for a treat!

Booked early in the day on a Saturday while visiting town. Arrived early, seated straight away, ordered and the meal was very quick to come out. Exactly as ordered and delicious. Highly recommend!

Best T-bone and fish and chips ever! Lovely view and beautiful staff! We will come back again on our next trip!

Amazing customer service! Meal sizes are very decent and service was quick. Nice atmosphere and lovely views while you eat.

A fantastic RSL. Make sure you book on a Friday night for dinner as it's very popular. Great food, lots of raffles and a complimentary bus service. Stunning views as well
