worst meal I have had in a very long time, There were 7 of us dining tonight & only 2 said their meal was just ok.I had the special of the month which was prawn & salmon skewers, Only entree size with heaps of boring white rice & a very small amount of garlic sauce. Another diner had pork, the sauce was soooo salty, unedible. Staff are not at all friendly. Will not return until they improve

We had dinner here tonight. The food we ordered were very delicious. We enjoyed it very much. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Price is very affordable. Will definitely come back again.

Waited over 45 minutes, ended up having to go to the counter to find out what happened to our food. Staff were rude, and when the food was finally ready it was awful. Steak was tough as leather, chips were cold, fish was overcooked and the egg was made of plastic. Worst dining experience I've had in a long time.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 parmigana's only to finally go and ask when would our meal be ready? as other people who came after us were served the same meal before us. They gave it to me the chips were cold as it had obviously been sitting there ages but our buzzer did not go off. Used to be good value fot money but now very average meals for the price they charge.

Visited Tuesday for lunch. Ordered roast chicken and surf and turf. Both meals were unappetizing and the meat over cooked,dry and tasteless. So why didn't we complain? It's easier to make a note never to return. Lady at cash register could do with lessons in customer service. Overall - disgusted.

Very impressed with today's visit. Had garlic pasta and tasted like straight out of a top line Italian restaurant. Great value for just $25
Customer service was good
Butterscoth and brownie sundae was really good.
The last few times we have came, we have been impressed
We will keep coming back 👍

Today I went to the Watergardens with my family of 4. I was interviewed about my experience at the conclusion of my meal and this is what I said,
DC: “Okay mum what did you think about your meal at the Watergardens?”
RC: “My meal at the watergarden was okay but it’s just lacked a little bit in the presentation. I ordered the Atlantic salmon with chips and salad and instead they gave me roasted vegetables instead which means while the family had already started they meals, I had to wait for my food to be sorted so I could sit down and enjoy the meal with my family.”
DC: “You rated your meal at the watergarden a 3 out of 5, why?”
RC: “Well, the customer service was okay so I based my score around that. I think generally they are quite attentive and switched on most of the time and the service is fast.”
DC: “And what about the price?”.
RC: The price is reasonable. There’s not a lot of food you get for what you pay [it could be a little more]. They could put more chips on the plate as a filler.

The food is terrible
The wedges had no taste
Neither did the nachos
The noodles were extra sweet with extra hot sauce . Funny taste . Could not make of what it was.

Parma was good but the roast vegetables were inedible, soggy, cold and tasteless. Probably the worst roast potatoes I’ve ever had. One small taste of all the veggies was enough. Left them to go in the bin where they belong. wife got the same with chips and slaw, chips good, but dressing used on the slaw tasted like watered down chalk, terrible. Minuscule amount of gravy which you had to pay extra for, which you never used to. Doubt we’ll be going again.

Most inconsistent caesar salad I have ever had, one day it's full of bacon, cheese, croutons and nice cos lettuce, then it goes to find the 4 specs of bacon, 4 croutons and jelly egg, and watery dressing, understand different chefs but surely standards recipes are the same. Never again I learnt my lesson 3 times now..

I went here with family for a birthday lunch. Food was good but the service and staff are poor and thats being polite. With exception to the man at the cashier's desk in the gaming area. I ordered meals with drinks so we went to collect out drinks whole we waited on our meals. Well we waited and waited, no sign of staff to make our drinks. Finally one staff member turned up with no apology and took the order of the woman on front on me, ok fair enough. But then I have another elderly, rude, impatient woman behind me trying to get me to make my order as staff are clearly working on the first one. Finally we get to the counter and told we can not get our drinks until everyone who has collected their food has got their drinks. Finally our food was to be collected and we only received 2 of the three drinks we ordered and paid for. Took our food to our table and returned to buy another drink, staff had vanished again. After 10 mind wait I went to the cafe area to see if I could find staff and an additional drink. Well I find a staff member who completely ignored me, completely. No "I'll be with you in a moment" no hello, no nothing. Waited a furthur 5 mins and had to go to a thirdcounter to finally get a drink that I'd already paid for to yet pay again. Essentially a glass of coke $8. This is the second time we have been here and staff are absolutely oblivious, hardly what id expect for a casino and establishment as this. Last time thtables were pilled with dirty plates and the tables themselves were disgusting. My daughter who actually happens to work in hospitality herself ended up having to find someone to clean out table after we had cleared the dishes for them. No point complaining to staff, you just receive a filthy look in return or they act like they don't care and just want to see the back of you.

It was absolutely the worst food, I have never experienced food poisoning until now. We went in and had a meal last night from which we received food poisoning, myself and my partner are very sick, not good enough!!

I had lunch at the water garden yesterday. Nice atmosphere and decor etc. I had the flounder with chips and salad which tasted amazing and freshly cooked! Affordable prices, great tasting food and good portions. Staff are friendly, great service. Didnt have to wait very long for food to be ready.

I cant believe how much they charge for food this quality. My salmon had this strongest taste. I coukdnt eat it. The tacos where super hard and the crab was hard as a rock the need a more qualifed chef in the kitchen not a young guy.

Had the southern fried chicken strips with chips, slaw and dipping sauce. The chips had that much salt on them was up all night drinking water. The dipping sauce or something made me feel sick in the guts. Won't be bothering to go back.👎

Had the Parma and the Garlic Prawns.
Both very tasty.
It's not fine dining, but you're not paying fine dining prices either.
Pretty good for the money.

Had dinner there on a friday with my dad. Ordered fish and chips, expecting flake as advertised. Recieved 4 dry crumbly strips of something which tasted like fishfingers. I know fishfingers when I taste them...! That isnt flake!! Dads meal was similarly disappointing, some kind of over tough, tasteless fish. Was amazed to find that both our meals added up to over $50!!! I have had better meals at Woolworths! Never eating here again. : [

Had dinner at the watergarden tonight, so disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for 2 schnitzels and chips, other people who ordered after us got theirs first, my partners salad consisted of just lettuce mix, was given tartare instead of french dressing. My partner took his meal back up, no apologies or anything just threw a heap of onion and tomato on top of what was there. Not happy at all

Had a meal here with a friend last week, what a shocker. My friend was looking forward to a roast which we ordered. Chicken had an after taste and there were no roast veggies at all just over cooked basically tasteless organic matter. I had the pork confit which was dry and really salty, served with red cabbage which was ok and a couple of miserable looking chat potatoes. I had to ask for some gravy just so I could eat it.This would have to be the worst meal I have ever eaten when dining out. Enough staff, so what’s the problem? It was embarrassing. I will never go back to the Casino again.

Can't say we were impressed with our Dinner here. Thai Beef Salad was swimming in a sickly salty sauce. Partner had the Squid Salad. Equally over flavoured and very salty and had a strange balance of flavour. Was not expecting Fine Dining but not Food Court dining either. Wont be returning.

Cafeteria designed restaurant with basic pub meals. Been here twice, 2 years apart from each other and the meals have gotten substantially better. Quick service and quick preperation.

Beautiful meals at affordable prices. I ordered Thai Beef Salad and they were happy to accommodate my request of dressing on the side. The beef was cooked to perfection, very tender and had been well marinated. Overall a great dish. My partner had the Hawaiian Parmi which was very tender and the chips were perfect. Two thumbs up!

Ate there before a show so it was pretty busy. The food was actually quite good and reasonably priced but the service was very poor. One staff member in particular was very unpleasant.

Ate here tonight with friend both had same meal when served both meals 15 minutes apart mine cold and chips were tiny like the last left in fryer basket whilst friends was hat and nice long golden brown chips. They used our order to fix mistake in kitchen. Poor experience!

A cheap stop for lunch, was not that happy with my sweet and sour pork, had a very weird taste. The rice was undercooked, lucky we ordered a side of chips so I didn't go without. The chips were nice. Mentioned the taste of the meal to the staff but didn't seem that interested. Nice area for a meal and wasn't to busy for a lunch time.

Absolutely disgusting how you have just increased the meal voucher point's for us members from 300 to now 500 pts that's ridiculous, considering you need to spend $50 to get those points to begin with and the quality of the food isn't worth it 😳 I'm sure the excuse of inflation isn't impacting a highly profitable casino. Members perks are not worthwhile spending money here .
