We were so happy for my daughter's Surprise 30th birthday. The food was amazing and there service was fantastic. I recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event being held there. Thank you to the staff for making it beautiful.

We hired the function room for a 90th Birthday. The food, service & set up of the space was amazing. Olta the function manager was so helpful, everything explained in detail which made the day run so smoothly. Our guests were all very happy with the food & we could relax & leave everything in the hands of the very capable & professional staff.

We came here in orthodox Christmas and was good . Today, we arrived at 6 for the 6pm session , at 6:20 dishes are over and no more refill, no clean cutlery.
Quality is very very bad, it is not worth the petrol to get there.

Watergardens Hotel is a friendly place with a relaxed atmosphere, and they serve a fantastic buffet lunch or dinner at very reasonable prices. The staff are very polite and the food is first class.

Seriously all the food here was 10/5 I couldn't complain about one thing apart from the tummy ache when you leave from being so full. Loved the range of food I will back many times. Thank you so much for a lovely feed.
For the others that are not aware you are given 1 hour 50 mins to eat witch is plenty enough time i think. So for some people want a longer outing i thought I'd put this in my review

My wife and wife are so happy with the buffet lunch on 28/6/24. Services are very good warm and friendly. Foods are hot and many choices to choose. We will be back soon. Keep up the good work

My family, friends and I LOVE eating at the Watergardens Hotel! We were there yesterday, for the Easter Lunch session, the variety of food and the taste was amazing, atmosphere and service too! The Easter bunny was and added bonus for the grandchildren! Thank you, keep up the great job! 😍😋😍😋

My family booked for Easter lunch we spent$50.00 per head and it was just a standard buffet there wasn’t anything special.. we usually go every year or second year.. they even took away the coffee and tea station which you can’t injoy with your dessert it was disappointing.. I honestly think they need to make a extra effort when it come to Easter.. we won’t be going back anymore.. I wish them all the best

Mother’s Day was beautiful. The venue opened up a third session which me and my family attended. Opening up the third session meant that the sessions were not over full of people. The food was wonderful. Plenty of fresh seafood and desserts. Friendly customer service

Loved everything about this all-you-can-eat buffet. The food and desserts were delicious and heaps of different options to choose from. I basically had a bit of everything. So, value for money and all the staff are extremely nice and professional. The entire setting inside this place is awesome 😊👍

It was my first visit to this venue. I must say, although im not a buffet type of person, the the food on offer was terrific. Will i come back? Yes.
I was with family and we all enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

I recently celebrated son's birthday at Watergardens Hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need. The venue had the perfect ambiance for the celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options that catered to everyone's tastes.
One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time.
Overall, I would highly recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event or celebration. The staff, service, and overall experience were outstanding, and I cannot thank them enough for making this birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I came here for dinner last night with a few people, it was busy and the lighting of the venue was great.
I am dissatisfied that upon entry I was advised we can only be in the venue for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
I was disappointed with the long line for the food and even for the dessert bar.
With the conclusion of my visit, I was most dissatisfied that a waitress would interrupt us to tell us we have 10 minutes left.
This venue is also very expensive compared to others.
But I must give credit where credit is due... And that's to the chefs that make this venue happen, the quality of the food goes to these hardworking chefs and cooks.

I booked for 40 but 9 didn't show up. So, according to T&C's was charged for the no shows. That's fine, but when I pointed out that there were empty tables, the person serving me quickly replied that they were "fully booked for the evening".
There were 3 empty booths (which seat at least 4 people) behind us, and I counted another 4-5 empty tables around us (which seat at least 6 people). I understand the t&c's but the lady that processed my refund for the deposit was not very accommodating to the fact that if I booked less seats, there would still be empty tables and they wouldn't turn paying customers away.
Not great service to argue about something that was blatantly obvious.

Huge variety of different foods. The food was absolutely delicious . And the dessert counter had a huge variety of amazing sweets.
Great value for money!
Staff were excellent and friendly .
The supervisor/manager on duty was fantastic. So pleasant and very helpful.

Had the worst pizza I have ever had in my life
Had one bite and left the rest
The "Wood fired Margherita"
Was , soggy, oily and tasteless
More like a cheese pancake dipped in oil or deep fried
The base was Probably made weeks ago then Frozen and reheated
I reckon a supermarket frozen pizza would be better
I gave feedback to the person at the register but they didn't care

Had been coming here for years, absolutely loved it, our fav place to eat out. Now New owners (also the staff are ruining the food industry in Australia with their food handling/hygiene practices). After eating here the whole family had sore stomachs, not hard to see why. Food is very poor standard and next to inedible.
Take mine and all the other 1 star reviewers advice and stay away from here.

Food was average. The food wasn't hot enough. Not a lot of choice.
Staff were exceptional, we arrived late and they advised up front that they had a private function starting in an hour but they accommodated us on the side so we could have our desserts.

Always a delightful experience, whether an occasion, or an easy meal for two. Traditional roasted meat and vegetables, variety of beautiful slow cooked meals, multi cultural favourites, all the desired extras/starters and dessert for all tastes. Reception, Bar and Table staff all seem genuinely happy to attend.

Absolutely terrible, I have been here several times and used to be ok but I think they have put their prices up, $40 for Saturday night charging anyone 13+ $40 for the most gross food. First time we went to the 8pm session, usually go to the earlier one. For a child, and 4 teens charged at adult rate and 2 adults food and drinks cost over $290. Would have been ok if the food was edible it was terrible, everything we tried I wouldn’t even feed to a dog. The pizza was tasteless, kids said the pasta was gross and they usually love pasta, rice was dry, they only had one curry available and it was not nice, seafood was ridiculous smallest oysters I’ve ever seen and the prawns etc were very low quality and not edible. All they had aside from that was a roast, again subpar and Frankfurts, chips, dimsims.. so disappointed and a big waste of money. Could have ordered over a dozen high quality dishes from a regular restaurant instead. They are ripping people off so badly, for that price the food should be good quality, have taste and there should be more variety.

Absolutely always a treat to come down here and spoil myself, my friends and family. The food is exceptional, the staff amazing and the drinks are cold. Been a favourite for over 10 years and will continue to be for another 10 more. Keith always has the time to shake my hand and get me on the right track so a shout out to him and his management, real valuable employee doing the right thing for the right people! 5/5 always !!

A big shout out to Watergardens Hotel. This is a place that my extended family continues to go to over the years.
We recently hosted our sons 1st birthday with close to 50 people. The staff are so friendly, provided excellent and professional service , and made the organising smooth! Great atmosphere, the kids loved the big playground!
The buffet is the highlight and caters for every preference and dietary requirements. We got so many comments on how much they enjoyed themselves and the food!
Thanks again Kelly, Altar and the whole staff!

A+ Absolutely fantastic, now this is an all you can eat place well worth the money, this place was far beyond my expectations, Very warm & welcoming staff upon entering, everything was bright & clean, food tasted fresh & great.
Highly recommended for friends, family outings & gatherings.
