We went West's Cardiff for dinner for our Gran daughters 13th Birthday. To get in the staff were amazing & friendly & helpful. Food was great & a very reasonable price & service & quality 100%

We went here as cardiff rsl was a 30min wait for lunch on a Tuesday. Service was good. Would be good if they put gluten-free option on their menu.food was nice and ok priced. Lunch roast was $22

We order the bacon burger and chips. The burger was dry. I asked for well done crispy bacon, it was burnt. Chips were old and dry too. Terrible food.

Very good Covid safe practices and friendly staff at the front desk. Had dinner at The Kitchen and the prices a quite cheap compared to other restaurants I have dined at. I had the Coconut and Macadamia Crusted Salmon Steak which was delicious and cooked perfectly. It wasn't a huge meal so maybe order a side dish if you have a big appetite.

This place is a typical club. The food dishes have generous portions. The atmosphere is basic with raffles in the background. Get a beeper when you order your food. Discounted prices for members. If you live in the area, drop in, it’s a friendly place

T-bones is amazing. The food is so good and value for money with size you get. Big arse burrito was.....well big arse/massive.

Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. Food was great as was the atmosphere. I'll be going back for sure.

On Saturday we decided to try the new Craft beer place at West's Cardiff, what a great atmosphere it's very spacious with comfortable seating nice choice of beers plus the food looked delicious. Would've eaten in there but we had a booking in the Tex mex

Not a bad feed unless you want desert, can't even place an order to get desert. I stood there being ignored while I grew a beard!!! Could not even get a "Ill be with you in a minute" apparently some money ain't good enough 😕 I grew up over the back fence from here (I get a bit nostalgicwhen get to back) but I doubt I'll be back after this arvos effort

However, what arrived at my table was a far cry from the culinary masterpiece I had envisioned. The prawns, devoid of any discernible honey glaze, were disappointingly bland and uninspired. The promised infusion of sweetness was nowhere to be found, leaving me wondering if the kitchen had forgotten to add the key ingredient altogether. Customer Service: A Lack of Accountability Compounding my disappointment with the lackluster meal was the woeful lack of accountability demonstrated by the staff at Wests Club. I haven't had the pleasure of Cardiff Wests before so today my partner and I decided to give it a go. We enjoyed a lunch, I had the lasagne but it was so garlicky I couldn't eat too much of it. It was so bitter I can still taste it at 9pm ! My partner enjoyed his grilled chicken though, no complaints! Then we sat on some lovely big "throne" chairs near a window as we had come from a funeral this morning and wanted to decompress with a drink. We were actually having a lovely time until some old bloke came over and- politely - told us we were in his spot and that he sits there everyday because that's where the best internet signal is. This bloke was actually of the mind to take the chair my bag was on. It was rather rude considering the place was empty and he could have sat anywhere else. We didn't make an issue of it as we were already emotionally overwrought so decided to get a dessert. We waited as long as the guy who grew a beard waiting for service and when no one appeared we went home. It left a more bitter taste in our mouth than the overly garlicky lasagne. Sorry to say, we probably won't be back which is a shame because the Tex Mex menu loomed really interesting

Horrible service and terrible management, tried going in for dinner (3 of us over 21 and one 17yrs old) they refused us entry to eat at Tex Mex because apparently 25yrs is now the legal age! We drive 40mins to be refused entry and we’ve been there before and one of us was a member, it was outrageous!

Hello I had dinner with a friend last night and I had chips and steak and cheese bread and my friend had parmi and chips. I like the cheese bread but the steak for me was a bit too well done even though I asked for medium to well done. apart from that the service and atmosphere were really good

Had dinner my partner I had a burger which was average. Had a beef steak my partner he wanted medium and we got very raw. Was so red was disappointing.

Had a great experience here on a Friday night, I recommend T-Bones restaurant for an extensive Mexican menu; quick service too but there a few other food businesses inside to select from. There’s a “brewery” inside connected to a huge screen providing different sports to view on the one wall, pool tables, arcade games, pokie machines and parking directly out the front.

Great service, atmosphere and yummy food.

Great hospitality. Lovely surroundings. Great place to eat. Just had one problem, there was one girl who was cleaning the tables and approached me and told me I wasn't able to sleep in the comfy chairs. She didn't give me a chance to say I was tired in between having chemo, that my car was unavailable and we had to be out of our accommodation by 10am. She was very rude.

Great food, the tex mex joint was delicious, friendly staff besides the young brunette who got her nose outta joint over my boys 15 and 17 accompanying me to check my keno numbers insisting they had played and trying to interfere with me collecting my winnings even tho the bloke who served me insisted that she was wrong.

A great venue .very friendly atmosphere food was great and the staff go out of their way to make the place work. We have dined at Mayfield recently and it couldn't be compared to Cardiff .sorry but that's the way it is.

A great place with courteous staff and good atmosphere, and the Honey prawns were excellent 🍤😋

$20 honey prawns, not dished up overly attractive and the rice was dry and hard like it had been left on the counter all day, honey prawns though we're lovely, did tell staff and told they were pretty busy tonight, NO excuse I'm afraid
