What a great experience we had tonight. Dinner was great value for money. The service was great, we didn’t have to wait very long for our meals and we got free parking when spending $20. Definitely recommend.

West's City has undertaken major changes over the past years. Giving a lot of seating area options, depending on what you are there for. The staff are friendly and attentive with a special call out to Karen at Reception, who's an absolute asset to the club. The dining options are good, and the beer is great.

Wanted to take advantage of happy hour $4 drinks and mistakenly assumed it applied to all tap beers. Not so. Wish they would make it clear. Ordered a superdry and charged full price. Not HAPPY.

Staying at the motel and have spent a fair bit of time her over the last few days. Food is good. Great quality and potions and a reasonable price. Bar super expensive $4.80 for a can of coke.

Staff were amazing. We were there over Easter on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for both dinner and drinks and Sunday we were in and out from the afternoon and back at night.
Service was amazing everytime and our group was happy to come back every day.
Food service at the bistro was great.
They catered well for large groups. Manager was awesome when I advised him how many people would potentially just rock up for drinks on the Sunday night, he ensured he had enough staff and they did an amazing job at serving a few hundred people until 2am.
We will be back in town for the next contest in June and look forward to visiting again.

So good; I became a member☺️ Club is beautifully decorated - a far cry from the Worker's Club I remember frequenting in the late '70's/early '80's! We enjoyed an excellent coffee and cake. Looking forward to returning and trying some of their meal options.

My wife and i decided to have lunch as the service has always been good.
But today the 3 young female staff at the cafe had massive attitude when we asked for our sandwich to be toasted, is it the inexperience or just the Generation Y Attitude, even when we asked about the parking same response i had to ask again regarding parking as the voucher was not handed to us, when our order was done i then had to say there is still a flat white missing.
Who even Is the Manager of this club maybe need to Train staff in customer service

Manager was very rude for no reason but everything else was fine. Don’t know his name but I hope management team takes action on this

Lunch with my sister. The club looks lovely and inviting. The service was excellent and the staff friendly.
Cold beer and good food.

Like the Christmas Nuts Roast,it’s quite a rare and unique dish for vegetarians and vegans. The other food (fish and chips) is nice and not smells fishy. Nice desserts with ice cream on the sides . The prices are a bit pricey , maybe it’s due to Christmas Day 25th Dec 2020.Friendly staffs and Clean too 👍

I went tonight to have a special dinner with my brother as I live interstate & don’t get to catch up often but we were so disappointed with the food as the garlic bread was burnt and dry and no butter on it. The cauliflower pieces had black parts on them and all the vegetables were still hard and could be barely cut let alone eat them. I went to politely explain to one of the chefs the issues and he was very rude. So I then spoke to a lovely lady who sorted the problem out and I really appreciated that. Thanks so much

I've been here a number of times on Fridays where there are specials for about 10. The typical pub food is their strength, but other dishes can be disappointing like the massaman curry. I last had a bacon and me which which was tasty, had yummy chips and a refreshing salad.

I had lunch at Newcastle West today. The Blackened Rib steak was melt-in-your-mouth yum. Chips and salad were great too.

Haven't been here in several years. It's nice, clean, and spacious. What you expect from a Wests club these days. Opening hours are great.

Great facilities, relaxing atmosphere and nice decoration.
The food was very bad and over priced for non members. $32 for a very low quality steak + $4.6 for a can of cock, $18 for a burger that was made with a cheap pettie and unbeatable bun. For the first time my kids didn't finish their chips!

Asked what size beer glasses they had and it took 3 times for the guy to know what I was asking
Food - ordered the shitzal f all chips and I could almost Measure it with just my pinky
Also absolutely dead in there bearly anyone one there should of been a standout to not go in there

A great feed in the restaurant and the staff were amazing to keep up with the orders that came in from the conference that we were a part of. A great venue.
