Went to the restaurant they have there and the chicken wings and garlic bread were great and at The Craft Cafe I got a lemon meringue sundae and a large pink donut

We had our granddaughters 4 th birthday dinner last night iv never been here before was was delighted with the staff they where all so friendly and helpful food was delicious especially the kids meals, amazing pizza and the club itself was beautiful we will definitely be back good value for money and nothing was too much for the wait staff.

Usual fare of food that we enjoyed for pub/club lunch but all these stars are 100% earnt by the sweetest waiter who we noticed was clearly struggling as the only person serving lots of people on a very busy Sunday. We send our love to the lovely young waiter covered in tattoos and piercings who made sure we got the drinks we ordered that were late. You're brilliant and we hope you get more help on your next shift. 💖

“Unanderra Casino”
all it caters for is gamblers. No entertainment at all, no nice spots to sit, absolute ghost town on Friday and Saturday nights because of it. With all the cash from the pokies please invest it properly and get young people back in the club. Bring bands and shows back up stairs use that area it’s big enough. New bistro is needed aswell! Club has so much potential but it goes to waste :(

The pokeys do not pay at all. It's so maddening. Spend 50 dollars, get 4 features of free spins and win 0 dollars TOTAL? Like how do people want to come back? Food is good but pokey payout is the worst I've ever seen in 50 years

The best club in town. The membership 10bucks) in there gives you 2 free coffee and 2 soft drinks per day for 1 year. Free snooker and darts are also available for anyone. The smoking are which was a balcony, was nice and clean, which made our night fantastic, as a signature on the end.

Staff spoke down to me and made me feel like I wasn't of class to be in there venue, very rude and had to wait 45 mins for food service and it was cold.

Reasonabl meals and bar, polite staff but not exciting fare, have to drive past my local which has similar meals and costs. Club used to win out as had great Affogato but no longer has been rationalized I guess :( looks like no point in driving past the local

OMG. On a hot day I decided to have a cold Sundae at the cafe and to my amazement I was charged $10 with a club discount. Really !!! Why sostly for and ice cream.

My group visited together for the first time tonight and the service at the dessert bar was dreadful. The staff member could not have been more miserable and when our 5 desserts were delivered to the table, were all terrible. All 4 soft serves were half melted, apple pies and brownies were cold, tiny portions for $14. We ordered them because they’re supposed to be warm desserts. What a waste of time. Won’t be back.

Loving coming to this club as food is great and I've been coming more offen as there is music 🎶 and karaoke 🎤 and the man and lady run it from I recall HITS ALIVE awesome pair and great song collection bring on more nights and the new eves night went off ...

Know that I am retired I am all ways looking for an afternoon lunch so I go to West the cost is not over the top and you can have a nice lunch and it won't break the bank if your looking give it a go

Im a disability support worker and I attended this establishment tonight with a participant, the staff were so accomodating. She requires her food to be blended as she is required to consume a puree diet. They were more than happy to blend her meal for her and everyone was super friendly. Thankyou for making this an accessible place for her to eat. Not many restaurants in the Illawarra have agreed to blend food for her in the past. We really appreciate.

Hi, i have only recently commenced frequenting your club as newly discovering your area. The food each visit has been superb when I ordered the schnitzel and the honey mustard chicken breast.
A draw card for us had also been the Karaoke. The team running it were cheerful and added to the fun vibe lifting the mood while eating our meal. We ended up staying for the Karaoke and were very impressed!! A great night!!
Great to find this happening in Wollongong and lots of song choices. See you for the next Sat night for a fantastic meal and the chance to sing and be entertained. Thank you Wests!

Got a burger from the brisket stand and it was cold. Ordered a Sunday from the desert bar and it was liquid icecream with cream on top. Either fix your icecream machine or don't serve it. Only giving 2 stars because the kids like the playground.

Girl taking orders was rude. The. We waited 45 mins for 2 x lunch specials when Only 13 people in the place dining. Food was terrible, my mums was burnt and came with salad when paid extra for vegetables. Absolutely appalling wood not recommend and definitely will not eat here again. Seems to be an ongoing issue with the bistro.

Friendly staff greet you at the door . Help with sign in . Nice clean areas . Huge range of poker machines with good average payouts. Smoking area and great drink service . Open all night

Food quality is pretty good and service has improved since the last time I visited.
Drinks are priced reasonably, but this does feel a bit like Wollongong's casino.
Regardless, went to see a band which was a really good experience despite the fact that the upstairs room is in need of some of the modernisation they've put in for the gambling crowd downstairs.
It's a little too easy to see where the clubs priorities are unfortunately.
That said all the staff we interacted with were top notch. Efficient, courteous and welcoming.

Food is usually 50/50 here but this pizza was excellent 👌 The staff is usually friendly. On the plus side they have snooker tables and dart boards to keep you entertained all night!

Don't get wrong i love this club the staff are top notch this rant is too complain about the guys running the karaoke my wife and i started going from the start i only lasted 3 shows as i noticed that they looked after the 2 tables of friends before they looked after the other patrons the patrons would be lucky if they got 1 song a night when their friends would get 2 to 3 songs 🎵 my wife tess took a couple of tables of people there last night new years eve 2023 and she was so disappointed that the same thing was going on it needs to change, PS I've compared karaoke shows for 20yrs so i do know what is supposed to happen I'm retired now regards allan Jackson

Artisan eatery has opened to replace Table & Spoon. Much improved seating, decor and ambience, but at a price. T-bone is $37 for members, $40 for guests and sauce is extra. Pasta is ok at $15/18 and only $10 on mondays. Ordering pricess very slow when I visited, 15-20 people in line with only one or two serving. Table service is friendly and efficient though (no buzzers). Puttanesca pasta was a generous serve with plenty of olives, anchovies and capers, but almost no parmesan. T-bone was good quality but make sure to ask how you want it cooked because they won't ask you. Overall a big improvement over previous bistro and being a club the beer is cheap.
