Wife and I had lunch. Meals were well prepared and presented. We both had a coffee which were nicely made and enjoyed. Good value for money.

Wests Mayfield is understaffed. There are queues of 15 to 30 people placing orders one by one at one cashier. After a 25 minute queue wait there is a 30 minute wait for a small order. Particularly bad on Friday and Saturday. Suggested QR code ordering and was told that old people eat here and they didn’t know how to use them. How about adding more kitchen staff for peak times.

Went in to play the raffles,and have dinner absolutely recommend you, your a great place to eat,steak & chips,yummy....nice,helpful friendly staff.Enjoued my day thank you wests mayfield

Went for Christmas lunch - it was disgusting- waiting in line for an HOUR just to ORDER
( the poor elderly standing there for that long) - ONE person taking orders ! Totally disorganised & disgusting meals for the TOP DOLLAR paid
$20 for seven prawns ( which you had to peel yourself- some lettuce and a very very small container of tartare sauce!
Chicken schnitzel for $36 the size was the palm of your hand & MOSTLY CHIPS &
a small bowl of DRY SALAD
Would NOT RECOMMEND this RUBBISH to anyone - go somewhere else - the whole table of 10 people were VERY DISAPPOINTED with the meals & expensive prices we all paid.

We enjoyed our evening here, family friendly and good portions. worth the visit. A kids play area would have made this the perfect place for a return visit

The worst dining experience I have had. Visited Wests Mayfield this evening. Looking for a cold beer and something to eat, I chose the tex bar and grill. I don’t mind paying fur a good feed and I have a 30 year background in hospitality.
If your chef would serve that to a customer they should be ashamed to call themselves a chef.
I ordered the tasting plate which consisted of signature brisket and 1/4 chicken that were both that dry, sausage that was rubbery and cold.
It was served within 4 minutes of me ordering

The food here was the best value of all the meals we had on our recent trip to Newcastle. The kids in particular loved the crunchy, perfectly cooked chips. I loved the great selection of beers on offer too. Staff were smiling and welcoming. The atmosphere was much warmer than Wests New Lambton, (which was a bit like sitting in a big work canteen.) Very clean too.

Thanks to Elizabeth and you amazing magicians in the kitchen at Texas BBQ..ribs/steak combo beat my brother in law who, despite his diminutive stature, is renowned for his ability to put a feed away.. Elizabeth, you are a consummate professional.. we'll be back!

Meals were rather large actually. Great! Schnitty Parmy was moist, tender and had a large strip of bacon over it. Loved it. Had the creamy chicken pasta, also well made. Not many people there so came out quick.

It was a great Sunday outing. Won 4 prizes in the sunday raffles. The meals were delicious and so big as well. Will definitely be going back.

It's a great place to meet up with family. We have regular get togethers there & everyone has a lovely time. The food is reasonably priced, especially if you're a member & there's a lot of choices. I recommend it for family gatherings as you don't need to book a table.

Hot food came out cold. Mash tasted like old fridge smells. Extremely disappointing that West's group can't even serve chips and schnitzel hot

Great location. Food delicious. Large meals. Coffee and desserts plenty to chose from. Plenty of seating through out the club. Plenty of Pokies to play. Staff Friendly. Plenty of undercover parking, beside the Indoor Heated Pool. Hotel accommodation.

Great club ,Debbie on the front desk very helpful and Toni and his female co worker ( name unknown ) excellent entertainment with the bingo today (Thursday). And great food in the restaurant served by friendly staff .

For $27 you get the world's smallest meal, would not recommend last 3 times we have been here have forgotten a meal twice and doubted when I questioned, then we get a 1/4 of a snitzel would not recommend if you are having a snitty craving

Food well prepared and delivered to the table on time.Friendly staff too.Virgin pina colada was too watery pine apple and coconut flavours too dilute and not as thick.Also consider replacing pork with something else for non pork eaters.

Enjoyed steak was cooked as requested. Salad was the usual big bag of rocket ect two cherry tomatoes 2 slices of cucumber, and chips. Gravy was confusing as theres was a small bowl of mushrooms and another small bowl of gravy this made mushroom gravy.
Staff was polite and friendly. Plenty of seating.

A bit of a disappointing visit, I'm afraid. Our food took ages to come out and, when it did, we were treated to some of the driest garlic bread and chips I've had in a while. Really felt like they made them first and then left them for ages under a heat lamp while they cooked everything else. My steak was just ok. It was cooked properly but very over-priced and I'm not at all convinced it was the cut I ordered.
It was a shame as this is generally a very nice club with a good atmosphere but the food was a real let down.
