Went to the bistro and had the rump steak chips salad and pepper sauce.
In the eyes of Richie Benaud, MAGNIFICENT.
Steak was perfectly cooked.
Pepper sauce best I’ve ever had
Chips hot and fresh
Salad brilliant.
Next trip back to Dubbo I’ll definitely be visited the Westside.

Went there for dinner on a Monday night at 8pm and it was pretty full with people.
Meals are definitely on the larger side.
Located next to the Ibis Hotel which is just a 1 minute walk so good if you’re drinking.
Big bar with sports playing in the screens.
Worth visiting for the food!

This was within walking distance to where we were staying and it was excellent! Food portions were massive and fairly priced. Meals delicious and didn't wait too long for food however waiting to actually order was quite long on a Friday night. Staff were friendly, nice atmosphere although could do with a few more menus, there was only one or two laminated ones for the whole bistro area. Also had a cocktail which was delicious. Absolutely would recommend if you're looking for a nice feed in the area.

The only thing that keeps me going back to the westside bottleo is that beautiful young worker they have recently hired at the bottle shop.. I wish that I could rate this establishment 10-10 stars based on her appearance alone but unfortunately I can only rate 5 :'( I love Lana, I wish that she could be my wife

The bistro is decent - I've had a few meals here and they've all been fine. Pretty standard pub fare but good cuts of steak, the schnitzel was alright and the side salads are probably the best I've had as they're actual salads rather than a couple of tomatoes and a bunch of mixed lettuce. Staff are super friendly.

Passing through Dubbo and were recommended to this pub by the management of our nearby accommodation.
Couldn't rate our experience highly enough.
The standard of the meals was excellent, the atmosphere casual and the service very friendly. Everything you want but don't always get from a pub meal.
Will definitely return.

Ordered food, we waited for an hour for our order when we finally approached the counter lady she then printed the receipt and said it's gonna take 3-5 minutes more pretending that she never overlooked the order but she did, very stupid mistake. I will never come to this place again it ruined my night out!

Nice modern bar and restaurant area.
Meals were spot on. Beers were nice and cold.

My partner, 2 young kids and I went to the westside hotel tonight for dinner as we were staying close by. The service was wonderful. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly and our meals were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Just up the road from the caravan park, it has great meals, friendly staff and even a courtesy bus.
Our steaks were delicious.

I ate at the bistro, and enjoyed a chicken burger and chips. The bistro area has a crowded feel designed to make you eat and get out. If you want to relax head to the lobby area post meal to hang out.

Hotel was within walking distance from where we were staying which was quite convenient! We came here 2 nights in a row as the first nights dinner was great! Fast service, great food and well priced! My husband got the spare ribs & they were so meaty and had a great tasting flavour! Than the next night he had the scotch fillet cooked perfectly and the mushroom red wine sauce was a great compliment to the steak! I had the 2 prawn dishes 1 on each night they were great dishes! And one the last night I got the sticky date pudding and wow that was the best one I've had to "date" 🤣 thanks for the lovely service we enjoyed our time!
The other guests we had with us enjoyed their food as well :)

Have eaten here a few times now the food is always delicious but I was a little disappointed when I paid for the bigger scotch filet and my partner got the smaller cut they were both the same size

Had the 400g rump steak with chips and salad. A good price. Great steak cooked as ordered, tender and full of flavour. Chips were good, couldn't tell if they are fresh or frozen, if they were frozen then they were a good quality product. Salad was good with perhaps little too much dressing but fine.
One star off because they use the super annoying QR code system. It took well over 5 minutes to order using the system whereas ordering from a live person would have taken maybe 30 seconds at most. As well some unknown third-party company now has my credit card details which I'm not too happy about [edit: later staff tell me you can order at the counter].
Beers on tap was a little limited in range but still fine.
Overall I was happy with the experience and plan to go back again tonight for dinner.

Had tea here 2 nights. The Seafood Plate is amazing. More than enough to eat. Ordered and our meals didn't take much time to arrive.Staff were polite and friendly. Did get quite busy

Had drinks and dinner and what a lovely well appointed pub. Heaps of beers to select n wines. We had rump steak, prawn pasta, seafood basket n chicken parmi. All great huge delicious meals. Lovely staff n definately worth a visit.

Had a great meal here. Service was prompt, the beer was cold and the food was well cooked and care had been clearly applied. Overall a great experience. Would recommend anyone there for a feed and a coldie.

Great service, great drinks and amazing food. Food was so flavoursome, best steak, carbonara and pork belly we've ever had. Big serving sizes too. Going home to have a food coma. Thanks dubbo!

Great place for dinner. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. It is ultra modern and fresh. We had our family there, and there were other families having dinner as well.
The food was lovely, and well priced.
The kids menu was more than just chips and nuggets, we had a kids pizza, which looked delicious and was eaten quickly.
They also had a huge menu for imported and Australian beers. We would have liked to have more time to try them all!
Will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Dubbo.

Excellent bar service and delicious food. On a busy Saturday night on the Easter weekend I expected a long wait and frustrated staff. I was pleasantly surprised with smiles all round and timely service. Food servings were HUGE.

Came here on a Saturday night after a long day exploring the open range zoo. Staff were polite and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ingredients were noticeably of a high quality. Even though the hotel I’m staying in (the adjacent Ibis Budget) hasn’t lived up to any promises, I’m glad I managed to get the opportunity to have dinner at the Westside. Definitely a great pub to visit when in Dubbo.

A short walk from accommodation to play Keno and have a go at the pokies. Very enjoyable.
