About Westside Hotel
Relaxed hotel with free Wi-Fi & breakfast, plus a playground, a laid-back restaurant & a bar. This straightforward hotel is 6 km from Truganina Coastal Parklands, 11 km from Scienceworks museum and 13 km from Pacific Werribee shopping centre. Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent service. Super friendly staff. Food was amazing. T-bone steak to die for. Highly recommend

We were so lucky to celebrate our family occasion with the staff at Westside. Service was outstanding the food was deeelicious! My Thai beef salad was the envy of the table, great work from the chef. Night is not over yet, we will probably try squeeze in a dessert.

We stayed 2 nights the room was great, however housekeeping needs a little improvement, eg the body wash was not replaced between 1st and 2nd night the shampoo and body wash was not replaced. We had dinner in the bistro... excellent food. The bar staff are friendly and helpful

We frequently visit the Westside Hotel, and their customer service extremely impressive. A special thanks to Suraj, an exceptional team member. I have health challenges that require meal modifications, and Suraj went above and beyond, working with the chef to ensure my needs were met. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care and attention. I highly recommend this place for its delicious food and superb service.

Visited the Bistro. Food was Good. Customer Service wasn't the greatest on the day we visited. No meal of the day Knowledge or if Main Ingredients for meals where available, which meant ordering took longer. Otherwise great Family Outing destination. Children's Play Area Onsite. Bistro is located at the far back corner.

Very good location near the exit of highway.
Entrance and parking area should be nice and welcoming.
Food and service is excellent. Should include lobster dishes as well.

The gaming staff have always been truly amazing with the utmost care towards our privacy, enjoyment, and hospitality. Drew makes a killer Latte and Natalie has never been anything short or superb in every way.

The best local pub we always love to go to. The staff are so friendly and always take care of our needs. Best complimentary coffee made by Michelle is to die for. The whole management is so great.

Staff was lovely like always. But was very disappointed by the food , my partner and I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience and always really enjoyed the food but this time was terrible we both got chicken parmas and both of them where had so much gristle and one of them had a dark line inside the meat which I assume it just gristle but it was all throughout the Parma. Neither of us ordered salad with our mains yet both plates had a small amount of carrot and cucumber as if they put it on then removed it and didn’t even care to remove it all. Just left it mixed with the rest of the food doesn’t affect the food but it’s just a little thing that doesn’t need to be there. Overall really disappointed by the quality paying over $100 for two people we expect better. Do not recommend coming here for the food. The quality is definitely gone downhill. Really sad to see a place we would Frequently come to turn out like this.

Nice meal, friendly staff. Mgr and staff took time to have a quick chat on a busy Friday night. Able to provide a vegetarian meal on short notice. Will be back

I would give our server Chris 10 stars if i could, 10/10 service and professional, he cares to make his customers happy. My salmon was spot on, delicious. Mash potato creamy and so yum. The sauce with herbs is the best, it goes so well together. Im coming again for sure, thank you

I play darts here a couple of times a week, I get served by Evie and she's an absolute legend. The service is always friendly and she always good for a laugh and some banter. Keep up the great work.

Had the aussie parma, which was an absolute delight but the service by Chris was the highlight, absolutely top tier. An example for all in excellent customer service. I'm going to become a repeat customer because of Chris.

Had an amazing experience at Westside Hotel thanks to the exceptional service from Suraj. He went out of the way to accommodate our kids and ensure a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious, and cocktail tasted amazing. Highly recommend for a memorable meal!

Great service from Michelle today. The gaming was quiet but she was still so bubbly to serve customers. Will return was so nice to see people smiling whilst at work.

Great bistro! Reasonably priced tasty dishes, especially seniors menu! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Dropped in for lunch and was not disappointed. Friendly manager and bar staff. She's not a pretty pub and im sure its been a while since she was chockers but good food and good service was a winner for us.

Delicious food with a comfy environment. Chris (staff) has been attentive and showed professionalism 100%. He would check in on us making sure me and my family were content 👍

Chris went out of his way to make sure we had a an amazing dinner!! It was SO good… that from now I’m only eating here when Chris is working (just kidding hahaha) but yeh… Chris was great! Food was good! Like really good! (Not kidding haha) but on a serious note, the kitchen was a rock band, which would make Chris the frontman hitting every note. He did!

Chris's has very accommodating in all aspects.
He has made my visits to the hotel a very enjoyable experience with all the banta and having my drink ready before I reach the bar
