The meals were delicious. Very good portions and extremely tasty. Prices were fair and the drinks were also well priced . I’ll certainly be back .

The food is amazing here yet it's always so quiet. Like parras best kept secret, Surf and turf, anything with cream sauce is so good. Best parmiagana i've ever had too, actually had crispy bacon on it. Prices are reasonable, old time photos of the area on the wall, love the atmosphere.

Stopped in after day 1 of the jammin festival. Bar staff were awesome and polite. Security gaurd was also polite and friendly. Played some awesome tunes for us throughout the night too. Good experience for a first time visit to Sydney!!

Standard drinks, reasonable prices, and the staff is friendly. The best part is the Thai restaurant in the back which is absolutely fantastic, and you can bring your bar drinks into the restaurant space.

Our experience at Woolpack hotel last night was incredibly disappointing. Despite going there with friends for a party, we were met with subpar service and a lack of professionalism. The staff, particularly Stafford, were not attentive or professional.
To add to the frustration, there was no food available, which is not only against regulations in Australia but also a basic expectation when serving alcohol. When we asked about food options, we were simply told that the kitchen was closed without any further assistance or alternative suggestions.
Furthermore, the security guard's behavior was commendable, but the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. We were unjustly accused of smoking, despite not engaging in such behavior, and were abruptly asked to leave. It was evident that they were searching for any excuse to remove us from the premises.
Overall, the service was abysmal, and the lack of food options and unwarranted ejection from the establishment left a sour taste in our mouths. We certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

One of the oldest hotels in Parramatta & this place still delivers great service and atmosphere.
Ethan the head chef cooked our meals to perfection, we asked for medium rare and we received just that, just super delicious.
So delightfully full.
The bar staff are on the ball, Maggie is exceptional, super friendly and pulls a great beer.
Highly recommend this hotel.
I can't fault this place, even the manager came up and said hello.
Just a wonderful place to go for lunch.
Thanks guys for making my afternoon highly enjoyable.

Nice pub with generous serving sizes for meals. Standard pub offerings, with a collect your own plate from the kitchen when the timer you're given on ordering goes off. Have seen these used in coffee shops/cafes before, but it seems slightly risky asking Nana Jean to carry her beef cheeks back to her table while managing her walking frame. Or Uncle Jeff who had a few early pints, sustain a burn as he carries his plate and sways his way back to his table. Clean, no frills, Aussie pub experience in Paramatta? Woolpack Hotel is worth it for the value for money.

My Goto Place at Parramatta, walking distance to parra station, can spend a little time here for a friend chat after my work on a weekday. Good food and great staff. They have seating at outdoor/backyard, my favourite spot. Neat and tidy standard drink options and standard price.

It's not a bad little establishment. Nice interior, it looks like it's kept pretty clean and maintained. On tap beer selection is pretty stock standard, so don't be expecting anything exciting. Can't speak to the food as I didn't eat there, but the staff are pleasant, and I'd recommend it to drop in for a cheeky beer on any day of the week.

It's a pub with a pretty average environment but okay selection of beers and decent food.
The pork ribs were good and the schnitzel was okay, the Diane sauce was a miss.
Servings were massive though if that's what you're in to.

Great pub to attend before and after events at bank west stadium.
Great variety of drinks and excellent service.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Food was only warm when finally served. Bought a 2nd round of drinks whilst waiting. Won't return as one particular staff member was rude when I asked where a missing meal was & how long it would be til' it arrived.

Food isn’t bad here. $18 specials are a good serving. We had the steak and chicken schnitzel and were happy. The steak was a little smaller than expected but where can you get an $18 steak these days?? I tried one of their cocktails (Magnifique) and it was fair priced and delicious.

Excellent value with the $18 every day menu specials. The quality & presentation were excellent & were quite large serves for hungry men after a day at the Commbank Stadiu
It's easy to get a beer from the non-crowded bars, too.

Clean and well located pub. Drinks were pricey and the hotel lacked atmosphere.
A good place to meet and have a quick drink before heading off for dinner.

After a long day I was eagerly yearning a pub feed, drinks and kick back with some mates.
Located in the heart of Parramatta, Woolpack was an easy and convenient trek for a group of famished, young men.
Prepared to drop half my weekly salary on a feed and some drinks as I would on your typical Sydney pub, I was surprised to see extremely reasonably priced food and drinks.
Would definitely recommend the place to all. All that is missing is a large TV to be able to watch the weekend footy.

A fairly charmless and generic casino pub. Staff friendly but not very knowledgeable on ABV content of the products they sell.

6 girls come from QBN every year XMAS shopping and always have tea here. Service & staff excellent food excellent.
