Yeah the dinner was as good as dogs water, every time I lifted the lid of the food selection I was punched in the face with a waft of some incredibly disgusting stench of off food. We went to Pacino's, 1st time there. Staff and service were great. Ordered garlic bread and meatballs to share for entree. Garlic bread was good, meatballs 2 of 5 were raw inside. Staff were apologetic offering more but already turned off.
Mains we ordered were steak with vegetables and mash,which was instead served with salad and chips, pork cutlet with vegetables and mash but came with some sweet potato no vegetables so we assumed that there were no vegetables left, a pasta dish which was fine and a I ordered a prawn pizza. Why are the tails still on the prawns when they go on a pizza. It means that I either have to eat the tail, or dig the prawn out from under the rest of the topping to take the tail off which destroy the pizza. How long does it take to take the tails off the approx 10 prawns before you put them on the pizza. Prices were okay but I don't think we'll be back.

Very clean and tidy. Buffet was OK. Prawns, beef cheeks and pork belly didn't leave much space for anything else. Premium drinks package for $10 - a bargain for Di Bortoli wines.

Total waste of money, don't bother eating there the food was absolutely tasteless! You'd think this day and age there would be some vegetarian options (my wife paid $40 to eat some steamed veggies and roast potatoes) half way through my Jack Daniels and coke bottle a fly decided to have a swim in it which topped the night off perfectly. Didn't bother having salad or dessert as it look like it could have been sitting there a week, very disappointing!!!!

The place was ok. My kids did not know you had to pay for food under tv until after they eat. The buffet was bland, but the ice cream was decent. The room was really clean. My kids were disappointed the pool was under maintenance. But the staff were nice. Hopefully you can improve of this feedback.

Their was so much food and so much variety, and the pancake making machine was amazing with such a lot of choice of toppings to choose from. And of course the staff were very helpful and made our night very enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

The coffee shop/bar attached to the pokies had the rudest female staff member during my recent stay at the mantra Gladstone. She served me one morning and was so rude it made me feel uncomfortable. Might need an update on customer service skills.

Signed up to a membership recently and was denied entry to the cafe by a rude worker. Usually I wouldn't mind but the degrading tone and attitude was just appalling. The club has zero atmosphere and gives off the impression that they're trying to be fancier than they really are. Quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Rooms are great and good value for money.
Pacino's restaurant is average at best. The wait staff have improved.
Chips were dry and awful really.
Other than the original order, I have never been asked if I would like another drink, which is just weird.
Air-con was very cold and uncomfortable. Asked to have it adjusted, which was fine except the change takes 30 min to kick in.

New to the area signed up to get discounts and wow there are so many. Had buffet lunch bloody amazing spread. I am in a food coma right now
Cakes looked a little worse for wear but plenty of other desserts to choose from Great atmosphere to friendly staff

New to Gladstone, this sports club is a gem, very modern.
Had the encore buffet for $20.90 and was delicious.
Will make this a regular for lunch and a bit of a flutter on the pokies.

I was taken out to dinner for my 60th Birthday by my husband & my favourite friend.
Atmosphere was delightful
Seafood 🦞 was great
Lounges were comfy
Cake 🎂 was delicious

I visited the club for the buffet breakfast with 2 friends on the 16/11/23. Was very disappointed with the quality of the food on offer. Scrambled eggs and chioplatas were tasteless, the baked beans and mushrooms were dry, actually the mushrooms looked like they had not been cooked but left in the sun to dehydrate. Waitress didn't bother
to tell us that we could get eggs cooked to order. Didn't realise till we had finished when another table ordered them. Hotel guests seemed to get more attention than walk in guests. Waitress didn't pick up any dirty plates from our table, but did from all the hotel guests tables. Expresso coffee was at an extra cost. So that brought each person's bill to $27. Will not be returning to the buffet. I am more than happy to pay for quality but this is not. At 8am about 10 hotel staff came in and helped them selves to the buffet and then proceeded to have a prestart work meeting. It's great you feed your workers but team meetings in public space seems strange. Wish I had read the buffet reviews before we came, we wouldn't have bothered and could have gone somewhere better.

Great breakfast, can order eggs your way, very good service, good coffee. Dinner at Pacino's wasn't as good as expected, meat was not quite cooked well enough (for lamb and steak).

For the price this place is great. Plenty of choice of hot and cold. Dessert bar covers most tastes.

Do not tell you the right information on the phone drove an hour after making a reservation and refused to seat us because they can’t tell you the T and Cs over the phone. Absolutely horrible service from the lady with brown hair at counter

Called them up to book a table and front lady said not to worry about it and that there will be tables when we get there. Once we get there, there was no tables and was told to leave. Payed $53 to get there and now having to pay that again to go home. Wouldn’t recommend these dogs to anyone.

Buffet lunch with so much to choose from was fantastic and delishess 24th Dec, yummy and friendly staff. Not a big eater but filled me up even though I did squeeze in dessert too, great choices.

Absolutely amazing service and just as amazing food left here a few kilos heavier, all you can eat buffet and self stone cooked steak wagyu cuts where perfect and The eye fillets looked juicy and fulfilling will definitely have to come back when back in town

$162 for a family of 4 to attend the buffet dinner, I would say I will never go there again. The food was poor to average, definitely not worth the money. Good luck if you want to check it out, hope you don't get sick. Good idea but the food needs to be better for the price. You do save $4 per person if you sign up for a $5 membership, didn't really see the value.
