We came here for dinner last night as we are staying in Yarraville, my partner and I both had black opal wagyu steaks, they were cooked to perfection and so delicious. The staff were phenomenal and so nice! The atmosphere of the bistro was beautiful, dessert was so delicious, thank you for having us! We will be sure to come back again!

We attended the Mothers Day high tea today. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Always a great time at this wonderful venue.

Very disappointing that you have a nice area and a big screen but don’t put the AFL on there if it isn’t free to air. I’m sure you make plenty through the pokies and bistro to pay for the kayo subscription/foxtel subscription.
Another pub will make money off of me and many other people who would’ve come in to watch the footy, have a feed, have some beers and play the pokies.

This is one of our favourite places to dine in. Food is always good and well priced...with friendly and welcoming staff. The bistro is clean and has lots of natural lighting from the big windows. Onsite parking makes it super easy too.

The Bistro has great food and vibe. We went on a Thursday which is burger & ribs night. The ribs were excellent. My partner enjoyed his Parma. The girls also liked their vegan burger and chicken schnitzel burger.

Solid bistro pub with an area for watching sports and a dining area. There was another room full of people playing Mahjong!
$30 steak nights on Wednesdays.

Service and staff exceptional, service is prompt and professional. Highly recommended coming here for dinners, catch ups or private functions

Review for the Bistro:
Had the retro Garlic Prawns and Spicy Tiger Prawn Linguine, a garden salad plus a couple of drinks.
Food done well in a relaxed atmosphere.
The drinks unfortunately was not as described albeit still refreshing.
Well priced portions and friendly staff. Prompt service.

Our first time dinning at the club. Exceeded my expectations, staff were on point, the lamb was perfect and a really good portion. Vegetables cooked to perfection , dessert was delish....certainly will be returning.

Nice place and great food, been here a few times and every time they delivered good food and good service.
$22 lunch special is worth the try great selection of food to choose from.

my family and l visit the club regularly and went last night for Steak Night as it was my wife's birthday the steaks were great and cooked just as we liked, staff are always very friendly and attentive

I used to love this place. Not anymore. Staff truly are wonderful. But the food. The Parma wasn’t real chicken, basically the same as the supermarket fake chicken. And the pork ribs. Oh golly, so old and stunk. Poor quality full of fat and inedible. Please change the food quality to what it used to be as everyone is talking about the poor food quality. We were so hungry. Wasn’t worth eating as both sick afterward

I hosted a retirement function for 75 people in the main function area and settled on a 6 x item hot canape menu. The night was an outstanding success - the initial planning with the event manager, Gabi, ensured that the room, the stage, microphone and tables etc were set up according to what we agreed upon. The food was excellent!!!! It came out hot at the pre-arranged time and was very tasty and well cooked.
The Club arranged for good coverage of bar staff, lead by Finn, so there were no delays or queues to get a drink.
A terrific night at a very well run venue.

I found this venue to be asthetically very pleasant. It had a clean, calm vibe with its style.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The menu had ample choice, with most of our group opting for a seniors meal.
The quality & presentation of the food were of a high standard and delicious.
Prices were very reasonable and with particularly good senior meal deals/ combos.
The bathroom was spotless, and l had to mention as l have never been so impressed with the decore of a bathroom.

I attended the Gin tasting night. Great people there and very friendly as I went by myself my fellow table peeps were great. The platters were very nice and dessert delicious. The Gin and master tasting class was fantastic. Very reasonably priced as well.
It didn't disappoint at all. They do hold good tasting and event nights. Thanks Team 😊

Had Sunday lunch with a few mates. We all had various forms of schnitzel, all were fantastic. Good size and well cooked. Great atmosphere and venue.

Had a lovely meal, servers were all very friendly and helpful with suggestions about the meals.

Had a great night at YC for trivia, pizza and a few drinks. Have to give a shout out to Dan the manager as he was not only good fun but very attentive, appreciate the great night out!

Good food. However, management needs to improve the quality of service and make sure that the customer is well and comfortable, of course all establishments have rules, but there are also exceptions when the establishment is not that busy. To think about!

First time weve been to the Yarraville Club & found it to very good venue for a small family function. The meals were delicious, suitably sized & very reasonably price. The wine selection was very good & also very reasonable placed. The venue is not that large & is very well presented. The background music was just that background & we didn't have to compete with it to have a discussion. The off street parking was good.
The staff were excellent & efficient but didn't hover over your table but knew just when we needed to order.
Unfortunately our table was situated directly inline with the AC airflow
& became quite chilly at times.
Would recommend to anyone to visit but pick your table location carefully

First timer there, for a live band gig....will never go back, 3/4s of the dancefloor sectioned off for table seating... why not put the tables on the carpeted area on the same side as the bar and leave the whole dance floor for people to stand or dance...your set up, makes no sense!

Excellent service from very friendly staff. Food was very nice. Steak and Guinness pie was yumm and piping hot but let down slightly with the mash and gravy being only luke warm. Will definitely be back. Bistro a very warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Awesome venue, very and very classic food. Superb staff and friendly atmosphere. Something that surprise me was the head chef was walking around and talk to the guest.

Attended the Mother's Day eve afternoon tea and it was lovely. Beautiful food and attentive staff. We all had a lovely time. Thank you. I hope you do this again next year.

Always feel welcome by the staff. Friendly and helpful. I only drop in when in Melbourne but always the same welcome. Food is also good.

$1,000+ bottles of Grange in the fridge and Keno on the TV. The Yarraville Club isn't quite sure what they're trying to be.
The staff tried their best at a friend's recent birthday booking, but seating arrangements were clumsy, and there was a weird dissonance.
"Is this a place where my kids can relax? Or is it an upmarket dining experience?"
I like both, but from the menu to the dining room to the service, the Yarraville Club needs to pick a lane.
